00:22where outline planning permission for up to 1,200 homes was originally granted in 2018.
00:29Together, 72 homes were previously approved, with 14 built or under construction,
00:35while amendments include changes to appearance, landscaping, layout and scale,
00:41garages replaced with open parking and bungalows replaced.
