00:19more than 135 Hezbollah targets across Lebanon in the past day, including areas in southern
00:25Beirut, southern towns and the Bikal Valley. The IDF also confirmed it carried out a precision
00:31strike in Beirut on Thursday, marking the first attack on the capital since May 6.
00:37Israel has largely avoided strikes on Beirut following a ceasefire agreement that took
00:42effect on April 17, after reported pressure from the United States. Meanwhile, Israel said
00:48its ground forces had crossed the Litani River and advanced beyond the designated buffer zone
00:53in southern Lebanon. An IDF spokesperson also claimed Israeli forces had eliminated nearly
00:59a third of Hezbollah's fighters during the conflict.
