00:04So over here, you can see that I have a PowerPoint presentation file. And let's say what I want to
00:09actually do is I want to go ahead and then share up this file with others. So for that, you
00:15can
00:16actually go ahead and create something called a sharing link. For that, you need to have your
00:21PowerPoint saved in your OneDrive. And of course, you need to be signed in with your Microsoft
00:25account right here. So now in order to create a sharing link, you need to go ahead on to share.
00:31And then over here, you can see that copy link is an option. And as you were to actually go
00:36ahead
00:36and do that, what happens is that it loads up a dialog box right here, which gives you a link.
00:42So right now, anyone with the link can edit, but I'm going to go ahead and see, let's say for
00:47example,
00:47instead of edit, I'm going to see can view right here, and it creates a public view link that you
00:55can go ahead and copy. And then what you can do is let's say for example, paste out that link
01:00or
01:00share it out with others. And then if you were to go ahead and paste out that link, then others
01:05will
01:06be able to go ahead and view that particular presentation file right here, just like this,
01:10they'll be able to download it, save it onto their own OneDrive and so forth. But if you were to
01:16actually
01:16go ahead and change it to anyone can edit, let's say for example, and then click on apply. And then
01:23if
01:23you were to go ahead and copy right here, let's just go ahead and then access out that link. Now,
01:29then an online version of PowerPoint opens up right here, just like this. So let's just go ahead and
01:35close it. And from PowerPoint, let's say I'm going to go around and say technical design right here. So
01:42I can go ahead and change that out right here. So I'm just going to go around and click outside
01:47and
01:47maybe for example, correct it out to technical. And then what happens is that they will be able
01:53to go ahead and edit this out right here online as well. So you can go around over here, change
01:59it
01:59out. So whatever changes you actually make right here, get saved out on and will be replaced out
02:05in the original file later on as they actually go ahead and edit it. So this is basically how you
02:11can
02:11go ahead and create out a share link that anyone can view or edit as they like inside of Microsoft
02:19PowerPoint. So I hope you found this video useful. Be sure to hit the like button. Don't forget to share
02:25this out with your friends and family. And for more contents like these, do follow simple tutorials.
