00:00I saw a clip of this poor boy living all by himself in an abandoned house.
00:04As a Dota producer, I had to reach out to Donna from Stray Rescue of St. Louis.
00:08She said with a bad snowstorm incoming, there was no more time to waste.
00:12Hi buddy, you up here?
00:13St. Louis was just about ready to get a really bad snowstorm.
00:18What's the matter?
00:20Nervous?
00:21Poor dog was so scared about us.
00:25You big boy.
00:28What?
00:28Are you freezing?
00:30You could just see him trembling and it was so cold.
00:34I mean, I had barely been out there five minutes and my fingers were already frozen.
00:44You're not quite trusting of that.
00:53Come on, buddy.
00:54He was a little bit leery at first of the leash,
00:58but finally let me just get the leash on him.
01:08And then we got to that narrow corner and he just put the brakes on.
01:12He was absolutely terrified to try to make that turn.
01:35He was definitely ready to be out of that house.
01:44Hi, buddy.
01:45Hi, buddy.
01:46Hi, buddy.

02:03I'm going to go down the steps.
02:05It's going to be nice and warm now, buddy.
02:08No more cold.
02:09My God, that wind up there, too.
02:11You know it had to be horrible up on that second floor.
02:17We got him back to the shelter and he found his forever home,
02:20which he did find on Valentine's Day.
02:23So Snowmageddon got his forever home on a day filled with love.
