01:06I like to venture into the unknown.
01:08One thing I did know is that what we had been doing, we already done that for 30 years.
01:12Living in the National Harbor in Maryland, we worked 24-7.
01:16And I mean, it just didn't end.

01:20I had my own home health care company.
01:23400 employees with four offices all over the state of Maryland.
01:27I am a project manager, IT consultant.
01:29I just started working for myself.
01:31And I just recently sold my company.
01:33And now we are expanding our portfolio of properties.
01:37But I want to make sure I don't end up going back to work, work, work, work, work, 10, 12
01:42hours a day.
01:43Which is why we're here.
01:44And I hope we find our dream house.
01:46So that we can make this a part of our lifestyle.

02:15The serenity that you find here is unmatched.
02:18So what are your ideals in a home?
02:21What are you looking for?
02:22My preference would be like a two-level home, about 3,000 square feet.
02:27A good amount of space for like when the kids come visit.
02:30Keeping it simple.

02:32House, beach, ocean.

02:35I want to be on the water.
02:36When I get up in the morning, I want to walk to it.

02:40A pool is nice, but I would actually put a higher value on having a space where I can
02:46grow fruits, vegetables, just have a nice little garden.
02:50I really like nice outdoor spaces where you can lounge.
02:53I would love to sit outside all day too, but I'm really into making interior spaces beautiful.
02:58So for me, an open space would be ideal.

03:03One other thing that's very important to me is when I am inside, I like to cook.

03:58This has resort-like amenities, the tennis courts, and spa, plus convenience,

04:07Sabrina and Felton has expressed simple wants.
04:10However, they need some understanding of this real estate market.
