00:38in demand in terms of services whether it's for street vendors or people coming in to to see the
00:45tournament and the games the football matches then unfortunately you know young girls are likely to
00:52be sold there'll be more demand so that's why it's really important to get the public to get the
00:57travelers to really understand what it is Mexico is a country of origin of transit and of destination
01:04for human trafficking which has intensified it we're talking about states of the republic and
01:09northern and southern borders where we know there are large numbers of victims or possible victims
01:14victims and the center of the country these events they demand a lot of labor you know you have some
01:23people demand food stalls people to you know parking cleaning all of those uh and and many of these
01:29cities are just not ready to absorb this um especially in this particular case we're talking about three
01:35countries where games are gonna are gonna happen so you will see people that you know human drafting for
01:42labor right for you know people that will be you know providing a service um but there's also
01:50another element you know whenever there's these large gatherings uh there is uh you know people that
01:56are trafficked for the purpose of you know sexual exploitation you go to a game in la and then you
02:02go to a
02:03game in mexico and then you go to a game in canada same person three different realities so it's
02:10the challenge here is for us and everyone involved is how does communication flow so that criminals and
02:19fraudsters don't take advantage of the fact that these are three separate countries that might be sharing
02:25or communicating less than what they should this is the the the raised level of complexity in this particular
02:33uh project
