00:40But EU lawmakers have already delayed the legislation twice, once after Trump's threats to impose new tariffs on European allies
00:47who failed to back his proposal of acquiring Greenland.
00:50And another time after the US Supreme Court struck down Trump's global tariffs.
00:56There are also disagreements over safeguards, including a clause that would delay implementation until the US meets its commitments,
