00:02The international cruise ship at the center of the deadly Hantavirus outbreak arrived in the
00:07Dutch port city of Rotterdam this morning. The MV Hondias spent the past six days traveling from
00:13the Spanish Canary Islands, where health officials escorted remaining passengers off the ship and
00:18sent them back to their home countries for quarantine. Officials say the crew members
00:23and medical staff still on board will leave the ship in stages before the Hondias undergoes a
00:28thorough cleaning and disinfection process. Currently, all the crew members aboard,
00:36these are still 25 people aboard, and this nurse and the doctor, and they all are free of any
00:42symptoms. They have taken blood samples, and as soon as the vessel is arriving in the Rotterdam port,
00:49then they first, these tests material will go to the lab for testing. Meanwhile, Canadian health
00:56officials say a passenger who was on board the ship has tested positive for Hantavirus and remains
01:02hospitalized in isolation. Officials say the passenger's travel companion reported mild symptoms
01:08but tested negative for the virus.
