00:07Officer at Manpower Group. Hi, Valérie. Hi, thanks for having me. Well, tell me,
00:12how has your company's innovation strategy changed over the last 10 years and where do
00:17you see it going in the next decade? As you can imagine, our innovation strategy
00:22has evolved quite a bit in the last 10 years. Like many, we started internally to apply technology
00:28and digital to improve the way we work every day and augment our own people. But most recently,
00:33we really pivoted to drive impact for our clients and talents. And we're not doing that alone. We
00:39are also looking for getting the best of breed out there in the market, driving partnership with the
00:44likes of Hubert AI, for example, to impact the customer journey for the best experience. Or
00:50most recently with SoundHound, an AI conversation agent who's really helping us to build agents to
00:56work alongside humans. Interesting. So how is AI changing your company now?
01:02As you can imagine, quite a bit like everybody else. And what's super important for us is that
01:06we want to remain human first and digital always. And we want to deploy AI responsibly. And I really
01:13weigh on this word responsibly. Obviously, we start by augmenting our own people to make sure that they
01:18can let go of low value tasks and really concentrate on the value they bring to the talents, like coaching
01:24them, for example, helping them to get the best job possible, but also improving the experience for our
01:29clients, going faster, improving the fill rate, for example. One of the most recent example for candidates is
01:36how we got them to be able to interview outside of office hours whenever they like. Isn't it cool?
01:42That is great. So what can visitors expect on your booth at VivaTech this year?
01:47Well, we're very excited to be here for the 10th consecutive year because we've been here since the beginning with
01:53VivaTech. Very proud to be here. And as always, we really want to showcase how AI is really changing
01:59the way we work, the future of work, how it's influencing HR. And we will particularly showcase
02:06the most innovative startups because we are this year again having our startup challenge and they
02:11will be pitching on the booth. Come and visit us. Great. I can't wait to see it. Thank you for
