00:25flags. If a person controls what you wear, eat or even the medicine you take, restricts and controls
00:33your finances, restricts your contact with family, friends and social groups. They might monitor your
00:41activity, saying they need to know where you are, what you are doing and who you are with. This could
00:47include stalking behaviour, like using tracking technology. They might control and monitor your
00:53phone and social media use, regularly criticise and belittle you, gaslight you, which is making you
01:00doubt your experiences and truth. They might pressure you to engage in sexual activities or threaten to
01:07post sexually explicit photos or videos. They may make threats against your children, pets or loved
