00:00What did you make of that story?
00:01I mean, USA Today even put it out there, too.
00:04You know, they ran an excerpt of what he said.
00:07But, I mean, your takeaway here, Bob, what do you make of this?
00:11Well, I think it's, unfortunately, a part of the culture in the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico.
00:16I don't think he knew it was illegal.
00:18I mean, obviously, it's going on.
00:20You know, I'm sure it's a lot of ball players, live athletes, you know, that are from there.
00:26You know, not say a lot, but participate.
00:29So, I asked MLB, I said, you know, are you going to investigate or anything?
00:34They said no.
00:35You know, unless he was gambling with a bookie, you know, that's illegal.
00:39But the fact he was right there doing it, certainly frowned upon.
00:44But there won't be any discipline or anything like that.
00:47Dodgers won't take any disciplinary because, again, you know, animal rights, I'm sure, will be knocking on the Dodgers' door.
00:55You know, it's California.
00:57So, again, I mean, any backlash against the Dodgers, though, with that when it comes to animal rights?
01:04Well, yeah, another animal rights activists have already, you know, sent letters to Rob Manford, to the Dodgers, you know,
01:12to the jockeys, as far as with the Preakness and stuff, to have them ban, things like that.
01:18I don't think it went anywhere.
01:19But, yeah, they have reached out to all the parties.
01:23Alright, so, see you then.
