00:00Mmm, mmm, mmm, dear, dear New York, you're New York, oh we're here in New York, it's New York.
00:12Hi, I'm Annie. I'm Tess. And today we're gonna work out. It's easy, quick, and perfect for at home.
00:17Let's do it. Let's do it. That's Rachel. And her mom. And they're the owners of Shays Fitness.
00:24Let's get moving. Workout 1 for your butt.
00:27The Curtsy Posse. Start with ballet arms up to your sides and slightly bent elbows.
00:33Extend one foot forward and turn it out. Cross your other foot back with your heel lifted and bend both
00:40knees down into a curtsy.
00:42Then push off your back foot into a passe and don't forget to engage your core.
00:50Workout number 2 for your legs. The mermaid kick.
00:53The mermaid kick. First, sit on your hip and bend your front knee forward and extend your top leg to
00:59the side.
01:00Then take your hand into a fist and bring your elbow down to the mat.
01:04Lift your top leg, flex your foot, bend your knee and kick your leg front and back.
01:09I feel like Jennifer Aniston, her smart water kid.
01:11Right? How much water do you think she had to drink for that?
01:14The Attitude Curl. Lie flat on your back with your hands behind your head.
01:18Lift one knee and turn it out.
01:21Turn out your bottom leg.
01:22Curve your head and leg up to cross your ankles.
01:25Release both down.
01:27Repeat 10 times on each side.
01:35Plie push-up. In a plank position, bend your knees and pull your hips back to your heels.
01:40Extend back into a plank and push-up. Repeat this 10 times.
01:44And if you're up for a challenge, repeat this whole thing one more time.
01:47But you already look great.
01:49You do look great.
