00:00I feel strong, I feel powerful, I feel slightly ridiculous.
00:04There's something incredibly powerful about being open as a woman,
00:09and being strong, and being comfortable being that powerful figure.
00:14Hi guys, I'm Sophie Simmons, and today we're talking superhero pose.
00:18When I don't feel very confident, this is what my posture looks like.
00:23We've all had our days when we don't feel so good, and our clothes just aren't fitting,
00:27and we're just not having a really good start to our day.
00:30This is a super simple way to get your mind in the right place.
00:34We've got a surge in power hormones, room five.
00:37There are four steps to your superhero pose.
00:40One, feet shoulder width apart.
00:42Two, hands on your hips.
00:45Three, shoulders back.
00:46And four, chin up.
00:48You should hold your superhero pose for about two minutes.
01:00Has it been too many times?
01:02Oh my gosh, seriously, this is the longest two minutes of my life.
01:08I am a queen of the world.
01:10No one's getting in my way right now.
01:13I just spent all afternoon doing my superhero pose all around town.
01:17I got a bunch of strange looks throughout the day.
01:20Don't worry about how you look, but just have fun with it.
01:23That's the most important part.
01:27I'm starting to feel more powerful.
01:29Or like I could sell you a Subaru.
01:31Thank you for watching, guys.
