00:05about i'm going to show you how to do it in this video at first it was bringing me between
00:10800 and
00:10a thousand dollars a month and that was on autopilot but then i made one small change

00:25i repeated this with a second product and here's a 21 000 deposit and here's another 15 000 deposit

00:54and i noticed a group of people who were selling things like digital guides and ebooks and things
01:00like that using a website that hardly anybody had heard of at the time now at this time in my

01:05i had really been trying a lot of different online money-making opportunities and what really caught my
01:11attention with this was people were not just making a few dollars here and there they were building real
01:16sustainable businesses with real measurable income and the best part was they weren't doing anything
01:23complicated or technologically challenging they were just really smart about how they did it and i'm
01:28going to show you the specific process in this video now i'll tell you the truth at first i thought
01:33this was too good to be true i decided to test it out for myself and what happened blew my
01:38mind within
01:39months i ended up creating my own product that took me only a few hours to put together and ended
01:45up
01:45bringing in between 800 and a thousand dollars and it was consistent every single month for a long time
01:52but there were two really interesting things about it first of all it was passive income in other words
01:57didn't have to do ongoing work to bring that money in and the second thing was i discovered a way
02:02to
02:02turn that passive monthly income into one massive payday which in this case was a massive payday of
02:1024 000 that came in all at once now i want to be transparent with you this isn't a get
02:16rich quick
02:17scheme it did take me some months of tweaking and testing everything and getting everything set up
02:22but once i did the system practically ran itself now let me run through how i actually did this so
02:28you can do it as well the first thing that i did was to find a problem that a lot
02:32of people were searching
02:33google about and a problem that people were having where they were actively spending money to solve
02:39that problem now the way that i did this was through a website called clickbank now if you've
02:44watched my videos you'll probably hear me talk about clickbank before this is a really different
02:48way of using clickbank that i can almost guarantee you've never heard before it's gonna blow your mind
02:53and here's exactly how i did it one thing that i've learned from years of online business is that
02:58success leaves clues in other words if you see multiple products in the same type of niche
03:05making consistent sales that is not a coincidence that's an indication of a lot of people spending
03:12money in a certain area of the market and that's exactly what i was looking for on clickbank now if
03:17you don't have an account with clickbank just go ahead and set one up really quick you can literally
03:21just hit pause on this video go set it up it's really simple and then come back and hit play
03:26while you're creating that account let me explain why clickbank is so powerful for this method and
03:31i don't get paid anything to recommend clickbank i've used it for years and it's really one of the
03:35easiest ways to get started online for a newbie you see unlike other platforms clickbank gives you
03:41detailed metrics about how well different products are selling in the marketplace you can see average
03:49sale amounts you can see refund scores you can see how much other people are making with that exact
03:55same product and this data is absolutely crucial for what we're about to do once you're logged in
04:00i want you to go into clickbank take a look at a few products that you're personally interested in
04:05and that's going to make a lot more sense later on in the video but as you can see if
04:09you look scroll
04:09down through the different clickbank categories almost anything that you are personally interested
04:14you're going to be able to find products that are for sale on clickbank in that specific category
04:20whether it's home and garden or health or fitness now the next thing that you want to do once you've
04:27picked a product area that you're interested in you want to sort the list right up here in the upper
04:32right hand corner and organize it by high to low in other words you want to find a product that
04:39you can
04:39make a lot of money on for each sale and one that is really selling well in the marketplace in
04:45general by
04:46other people that way you don't have to test out a product it's already been tested out by other
04:50people trying to sell this thing once you find one that other people are really selling successfully
04:55you're going to generate what's called a hop link and this is going to be a unique link that's encoded
05:01with a specific code that's only yours and that way anyone clicking on that link is going to be tracked
05:07back to you and you can get paid now in my case i ended up finding a product about chess
05:13and i
05:14decided to give it a shot promoting it now the next thing that i did is i went over to
05:18ads google.com
05:21and this is a website where you can actually set up ads on google so when someone does a search
05:28kind
05:28of like this you can get an ad that'll show up right here on top right here where it says
05:34sponsored
05:35now here's a trick that you might not know about google ads you can start running ads just like the
05:41ones that i'm showing you right here and google won't charge you for the ads right away now in
05:48my case i can spend up to 500 in ads before google even charges my credit card and you're going
05:55to see
05:56why this is really important in just a second so let's say in my case i set up an ad
06:00in the chess
06:01category i would have an ad showing up right here on top what i would do is instead of sending
06:07people
06:07who click on this ad to my own website i would just send them straight to my clickbank hop link
06:14to the chess product that i found on the clickbank site so then what happens is someone does a search
06:19they click on my link right here which sends them directly to my clickbank link and when they buy the
06:26product off of clickbank i get paid a commission on that sale so then what i did is i took
06:32all that
06:32money that i was getting paid and i funneled it directly back in to paying for more ads now i'm
06:40not going to get into the whole process of what it takes to set up the ads accounts and everything
06:44but
06:45i will say i did a lot of testing with different types of ads i tried out different headlines different
06:50text to see what would work the best but in the end my goal actually wasn't to make a profit
06:56and this
06:57is really really important all i wanted to do with these ads is make sure that any money i was
07:03getting from the product sales on clickbank was enough money to pay for the cost of the ads my goal
07:10was actually to break even now i know this probably doesn't make any sense to you why would you go
07:15through all this trouble just to break even on the whole deal well we're not done yet on this strategy
07:21we have a few more steps to go all you're doing here is getting market research you're testing the
07:28product to see how well does a chess product in my case perform when you really get it out there
07:36and
07:36put it out there for people to buy you want to see how well does this product actually sell and
07:42then
07:42what i did was i turned around and i made my own version of the product and i started selling
07:47that
07:48online instead but i already knew that it was going to work because i tried it selling someone
07:54else's product first by the end of the whole product research phase i knew what keywords people
07:59were searching for i knew which ads would work the best to sell a chess product i knew which demographic
08:05groups were the most interested in it because the google ads told me what kind of people were buying
08:09it what age they were what country and what state they were from i learned all this information basically
08:15for free because remember all the commissions i was getting from my clickbank link i was just using
08:21those to pay for more and more ads so let me just repeat first you're going to try selling some
08:26products
08:27through a clickbank link from google ads and you're not going to have to pay for the ads because
08:33you're going to be making commissions off of those clickbank links that is going to pay for the cost of
08:39running ads on google now once you find a product that's really working well then you're going to go to
08:44the
08:44next step which is you're going to create your own product in that same category i'm going to show
08:49you how you can do this very easily i did it in just a few hours now you don't want
08:53to make a carbon
08:54copy of the other person's product that you've been doing all the testing with but you do want to
08:59make it similar enough so you can get the same results once you start selling your own product and
09:04once you're selling your own product you're going to be keeping 100 of the profit for yourself
09:10instead of just getting paid a small commission on it now the easiest way to make a product which is
09:15what i did is to create a digital product like an ebook or an instructional pdf or even a screen
09:22capture video so in the example that i'm giving you in this video i found out a product on how
09:28to win
09:28at the game of chess was selling really well through my ads so then i went out and i made
09:34my own
09:34product and you can literally go to chat gpt and have it create the product for you check this out
09:41it's literally making a product as we speak in this exact category now what i did is i also hired
09:48someone
09:49to make videos where they were showing a little chess board and moving the pieces around to make
09:54the product even more valuable but you don't even have to go that far as long as the product that
09:59you
09:59make is very similar to the one that you've already had success selling that belonged to somebody else
10:04then what you're going to do is you're going to go straight back to clickbank and you're going to go
10:09to clickbank.com forward slash sell i'm showing right here you're going to click start here and
10:15then you're going to sell your own product through clickbank and you'll be right up there with everybody
10:21else in that category so for you'll be keeping all the profit for yourself and i'm not just making this

10:26this is literally what i've done multiple times followed this exact process but wait there is
10:33more because remember what i told you at the beginning of this video i'm also going to show
10:37you how to turn this around to a big payday of tens of thousands of dollars in my case with

10:45product it was a payday of 24 000 that all started from a tiny little ebook telling people how to
10:53play
10:53chess let's do a quick overview of what we've covered so far first of all you found a great
10:58product that someone else owned and you tested selling that product and discovered that it sells
11:03really well in a certain product area then you created your own version of the same product and
11:09started selling it also on clickbank but before i tell you the secret sauce of how to really get the
11:15giant payday that i talked about i want to address those of you that are watching this video and saying
11:20hey this all sounds like way too much work i mean i don't want to create my own product i
11:24don't want
11:24to have to pay for google ads and this all seems really complicated and overwhelming to me i do have

11:35maps that doesn't require you to create any product at all and you can still make a consistent
11:41autopilot monthly income without ever leaving the comfort of your own home so for those of you that
11:46don't want to create a product and deal with clickbank and google ads and all this stuff just

12:01still get great residual income from it but let's say this really intrigues you creating your own product
12:07to selling it online the next step is turning around and selling the entire website and everything to a buyer
12:14like a mini business you've probably seen on the news these companies that'll sell for millions and
12:21even billions of dollars they'll sell the whole company to a buyer or an investment firm we're doing
12:26the exact same thing but on a much smaller scale instead of selling it for millions and millions of
12:32dollars we're selling a mini little business that's generating maybe 800 to a thousand dollars a month
12:38and we're selling it for two years or three years worth of earnings so in my case my chess product
12:44was
12:44generating around a thousand dollars a month and that was pretty much all profit so i sold it as a
12:51mini business to a buyer for two years worth of profits 24 000 and you could do this too but
13:00there are a
13:00few things you need to do beforehand first of all you want to make sure that your product is in
13:04great
13:05shape make sure there's no issues with it there's no bugs everything in the payment process and
13:09everything works really really smoothly second of all you want to compile a report of all your financial
13:15data about that product so you want to have reports showing how much traffic is coming to it if you're
13:21running google ads you want to have reports of how much you're paying for the ads you want to have
13:25a clear financial statement of how much you're paying how much revenue you're getting every single
13:30month and what your total profits are and if you can do screenshots that show actual proof that makes it
13:37even more
13:37powerful so i would log into my google account log into my clickbank account take actual screenshots of
13:44the revenue and put those in the report now number three you want to make sure that you really do
13:48have
13:49the legal rights to everything in your product so make sure there's nothing weird you don't have any
13:53images in there that are owned by somebody else where it might cause you problems later if you try to
13:57sell the whole thing as a mini business but once you've done all these things then you want to list
14:02it
14:03online for sale as a business in its own right now the best way to do this is to find
14:10a broker
14:11to do it for you because your broker can lead you through the whole process make sure all the contracts
14:16are buttoned up make sure all the legalities are buttoned up and make sure that everybody gets paid
14:22that's the way i did it and if you get to this point and you're looking for a good broker
14:25let me know i have a great one i can
14:27recommend for you but a simple way that you can do it without even having to deal with a broker
14:31is to go to a website called flippa and if you look you can see other people selling their websites
14:36for some pretty big sums this one's 34 000 this website's going for 330 000 this one's going for 56
14:45000 and you can go on to flippa and see how much are buyers paying for website businesses like mine
14:52in fact you can even build your whole site based on what you see selling well on flippa in the
14:59first
14:59place but flippa is a great way to get started with this business model and they'll even do a free
15:04business evaluation for you to give you kind of an idea of what they think your website could sell for
15:10on their marketplace but what i would go for is maybe two years or even three years of profits so
15:18calculate how much profit you would make in a year and then multiply that by two or three now you
15:23can
15:23confirm that by just looking at other listings in that same product area on flippa to make sure that
15:28you're on track with your pricing but that's what a lot of people are selling their website businesses
15:33for these days it also helps if you have a number of months of proven sales records in other words
15:40you
15:40don't want to just set up your product sell it online for only one month and then go and try
15:44to sell
15:44it on flippa you'll make a lot more money and you'll be have a lot more interested buyers if you
15:50can let the product sales run for five months six months eight months so that you can show a steady
15:55track record of profits to any buyer you'll be amazed you can make quite a lot more than you might
16:01expect if you have a good track record of revenue over time to show and that is exactly how i
16:08did it
16:09turning a small website that was making maybe 800 to a thousand dollars a month into a 24 000 payday
16:16i've done this not only once i've done this multiple times and it's a great way to get a huge
16:20paycheck all at once even if you have a product that's not making very much online now again i do
16:26want to say that for those of you watching this and saying hey making a product sounds like a lot
16:30of
16:30work i don't think i'd be very good at creating a product or i don't even have any ideas for
16:35what a
16:35product could be that i could create i really encourage you click on the link in the description
