00:11Now I've been running online businesses for over two decades and I've made millions of dollars in the process
00:17And I've also taught many people to start their own online
00:21Businesses as well and what I'm going to show you in this video is one of the laziest
00:26Beginner friendly ways to make money online because it doesn't require you to show your face
00:31It doesn't require you to have thousands of followers
00:33You never have to deal with creating or shipping any kind of products and you don't have to do any
00:38writing or
00:39Anything like that and it gets even better
00:42This method used to be extremely expensive to start but there's a new method that's free or extremely cheap
00:49And I found a new AI app that'll do most of the work for you
00:55Now it is related to selling stuff online
00:58But like I said earlier, you're not gonna have to touch any products or deal with shipping or anything like
01:04that
01:04And the first thing we need to do is set up an online store and that's where this AI tool
01:10comes in
01:10It's gonna set up the entire store for you in just a few minutes
01:16I want you to follow along with me step by step. I'm gonna show you how to do it
01:19Now the first thing that you have to do is go to the build your store dot a I
01:24Link that I put in the description of this video
01:28Then you're gonna click on the red button there that says build your free store
01:32And you're just gonna fill it out with your info right there next it's gonna ask you to pick a
01:38niche
01:38You don't have to overthink that at this point
01:40I'm gonna show you how to pick an itch later on in this video
01:43So you can just pick one that you like best or you can just click
01:45I'm not sure then it's gonna ask you to pick a banner for your home page, which you can always
01:50change later
01:50It's just gonna try to match the banner with whatever niche topic you picked now
01:55The next step is to build your store a I is gonna connect with
02:00Shopify because we're actually gonna set up a Shopify store and the AI builder is gonna set up the entire
02:05store inside
02:06Shopify and again
02:08You might have seen Shopify tutorials before but I really encourage you watch through this video because this is gonna
02:14be something different
02:15Than what you've seen before now you can see here. You're gonna be able to sign up for three days
02:20for free
02:21Then it's only gonna cost you a dollar per month for three months
02:25So again, we're trying to do this with very minimal startup costs
02:29Like I said at the beginning of the video now, it's gonna ask you what you want to sell
02:33We're gonna click create an online store right there and then here we're gonna click
02:38I'm not selling yet because we actually haven't sold anything yet
02:42And you can check different boxes here depending on what you want to sell for this tutorial
02:46We're gonna click drop shipping products
02:49You could sell other things through your Shopify store as well
02:53But we're gonna get to that later when you're picking your product
02:56So for now you can just check drop shipping and then we're just gonna choose the basic plan
03:00Like I said before it's only gonna be a dollar per month for three months
03:04Once you're all done with that, you're gonna click done and now the build your store AI
03:09Is gonna tell you what to do next now?
03:11It's gonna lead you through a few more steps. You just want to click through each one
03:15It's gonna lead you step by step
03:16But what's really important is when you get to this step that says install build your store app
03:23And what that's gonna do is actually put the AI
03:26Build your store app inside your Shopify store so that it can create everything for you
03:32So it's gonna connect them together. So we're just gonna click install app and then we're gonna click this black
03:37button install
03:38Okay, so that step is done
03:40You can see and then we're gonna click on customize your store and it's going to create a store
03:47Inside Shopify in just a few minutes. There you go. That check mark shows that that is done
03:52Now the final step is we're going to register for auto DS and auto DS is a very
03:59Important tool in the process of this specific business model, which is going to make sense a little bit later
04:05in this video
04:06So we're gonna go we're gonna scroll all the way to the bottom here and click register
04:10Auto DS now, I know this might be overwhelming
04:13We're creating a lot of accounts here, but we're almost done with the steps
04:17You're just gonna sign up right here for this auto DS
04:19We're gonna select our selling channel which in our case is Shopify and then we get to this find the
04:25right package for you page
04:26And again, we're gonna click on start here for
04:3099 cents so so far
04:32We've only had to spend two dollars to set up this online store now
04:37The one thing I will say make sure you look on the right of your screen and click on monthly
04:42instead of on
04:43Annual because otherwise you could accidentally be charged for an entire year instead of getting the cheaper monthly cost and
04:50we're just going to
04:51Select the payment method here again. It's only going to be 99 cents
04:55Make sure you got monthly chosen you're gonna fill this out and once you've got all registered with auto DS
05:01You're gonna click done and you can see right there your Shopify store is
05:06Live and you can click that button to see the entire store that has been created
05:12Using the AI and it only took us a few minutes now. It's gonna automatically put some products in there
05:18We're gonna actually change these products a little bit later in this video
05:21I just wanted to show you the power of this AI tool and how it can set this whole thing
05:25up for you in just a few minutes
05:26And you can see here Shopify is pretty simple to use you can just click on delete products here
05:32And you can delete products and they'll automatically be removed from your store
05:36You can also click customize right there
05:38And you can change the look and feel of the store if you want or you can just leave it
05:41exactly how it is
05:42You're gonna you can change the text you can change the banner there
05:46You can change the background even of the banner that just gives you a little sample of what you can
05:51do with this
05:51But I wouldn't get too caught up in that yet because now we have to decide
05:56Specifically what products are we going to sell now?
06:00I would advise you against just selling any random product online
06:04You want to be strategic and find something that you resonate with that makes sense to you and something that
06:10you could sell for a long period of time
06:12Now I like to use three categories when I'm encouraging people on how to pick what products to sell
06:19One pick a product area that you know and love and understand
06:24It's gonna make it a lot easier later in this process if it's something that you understand and at least
06:30something that you enjoy
06:32Second you want to make sure that people actually want it
06:35I'm gonna show you how to find products that people actually want in just a minute
06:39One of the great places to go to get ideas like this is just simply chat GPT
06:44You can literally type into chat GPT something like this
06:47I'm passionate about self-care pets and hiking so those are my three subject areas
06:52What are some online products or niches that I could sell in an online store?
06:58That's not over saturated and chat GPT is gonna literally give you some trending ideas right there
07:03But before I go any farther, I want to talk about the number one mistake that I see a lot
07:08of beginners making when people think about selling through an online store
07:11They immediately try to become like the next Amazon like building an online store with dozens and dozens of products
07:18in the product category
07:20So let's say we like the camping and the hiking niche like I showed you earlier in chat GPT
07:24You might think yeah, I'm gonna sell collapsible water bottles. I'm gonna sell fire starters
07:29I'm gonna sell hiking boots and all kinds of hiking stuff, but ultimately this approach is
07:35Overwhelming and inefficient and it's not gonna work long term
07:39You end up spreading yourself too thin and it becomes impossible to market all those different products and actually get
07:45people to your store to buy them
07:47Let me give you some examples of people that took the opposite approach
07:50You may not remember this
07:51Do you remember those sticky things that were popular a while back if you check out this tic-tac video
07:56right here?
07:56It's just 16 seconds long and it says that they sold over
08:00100,000 of these things meaning they made between half a million dollars and even as high as two million
08:08dollars selling one
08:10Single thing or how about those pop it fidget toys? They're colorful
08:14Silicone toys that mimic bubble wrap they became a massive trend especially among kids looking for stress relief
08:21Sellers reported that they sold hundreds of thousands of these pop it fidget toys and with prices anywhere from five
08:29to twenty dollars
08:30That means they likely generated millions of dollars in revenue
08:34Now you might look at this and say those products just went viral by random chance
08:37But if you think about it, this actually shows us the way to a much bigger opportunity
08:43This is not about having dozens and dozens of products in a certain category
08:49What I'm actually going to show you is the exact opposite
08:51It's simple
08:52It's efficient and it's very profitable and I call it the sniper shot method
08:57So what is the sniper shot method?
09:00Like I said before instead of trying to sell many many different products
09:03You focus on just one single product on one single optimized page
09:09For instance, there was this online store on tik-tok that exploded by selling a brain boosting supplement
09:16The store had only one product on it. It had one message on it
09:21They made videos about RFK and health concerns and they absolutely crushed it
09:26There's also this ear camera cleaner right now. That's totally crushing it
09:30It's making hundreds of thousands of dollars again one product one page one focus
09:35You might say how am I gonna find a product like that? It seems like a needle in a haystack,
09:39right?
09:39Well again, I like to go over to chat GPT to shortcut this process
09:43Let's see we've typed in what are some products that are trending right now on tik-tok that aren't haven't
09:48over saturated the market yet
09:50And literally tik-tok is gonna come and find us the exact products that are trending right now
09:56But haven't reached a saturation point where it would be impossible for us to enter the market
10:00Or let's say we wanted to find products in the hiking area we could just ask chat GPT the same
10:05question
10:05Products related to camping or hiking that are trending but not over saturated
10:09And you can see here it's listing for us trending products in the hiking area that we could look into
10:15Another way to find these products is through auto ds and you remember
10:20I had you sign up for auto ds at the beginning of this video and if you log into your
10:25auto ds account
10:27We're gonna click over here on the left on this link called ads spy and what that's gonna do is
10:31again show us
10:33trending
10:34Products on these different video sites that are absolutely going viral right now
10:39And you can see right here under this likes drop down
10:41Let's say we want to find product where the videos have received more than 10,000 likes and then here
10:47in this drop down
10:48We want to say we only want videos that have a linked product. So we don't just want any old
10:53video
10:53That's about a viral trending product. We want to actually have a link below the video
10:57So we know that the person is actually selling something to rank like yes, and you can see right here
11:01We got a steam mop here. We've got a cooking product here
11:05We've got women's jeans and these are massive videos that have hundreds of thousands of views and likes
11:12And then what we can do is if we click right up here on this button add products
11:16We can add these products to our store and it'll add it to the online store that we set up
11:23earlier in our video
11:24What you can also do is click on this marketplace link right here
11:28And you can just search for the product right here and see all the different kinds of products
11:33For example, I did a search for dry mop
11:35And you can see all the different dry mops that are available for me to sell and you can see
11:39here
11:40It automatically tells you how quickly this would ship to your customer just a reminder auto ds is going to
11:47handle all of the shipping
11:48It's going to be automated the fulfillment of the orders and everything and you can see here
11:54The product will be automatically shipped in one business day to your customers
11:58Let's say you were selling this dry mop here or this one over here
12:02And you can click in and it gives you a whole bunch of
12:06Text that you can use right here to promote it. You could copy and paste this right into your store
12:11It gives you the supplier right up here
12:13You can see where this product will be shipped from a company called trzs and everything will be handled by
12:20auto ds
12:22Automatically so everything will be fulfilled automatically everything will be shipped automatically
12:26The payments will be processed and everything and you don't have to do hardly anything now
12:31Once you've picked some viral products and you've added them to your store now
12:35It's time to get traffic to your store now
12:37One of the simplest ways to get traffic to your store is to actually go back to the videos that
12:42you found earlier
12:43That gave you the product idea in the first place remember we found videos that had hundreds of thousands of
12:48views and likes and recreate your own
12:50Version of that video with a link to the product page below the video
12:55You already know the video went viral
12:57You already know the product is viral and you already know that that specific video idea is very very popular
13:04But let's say you don't like making videos
13:06It's a lot of efforts to go through to create a whole video and then maybe have the product not
13:10even work or sell
13:11That's where google ads comes in many successful drop shippers get instant traffic using google ads
13:19With google ads you can target specific keywords that are related to viral products
13:24You can actually have your ad appear
13:27Specifically when people search for that viral product
13:31And one hack that I like to tell people that are just beginning with google ads is to use promo
13:36codes for free google ads
13:39clicks
13:39What most people don't know is google ads actually is trying to entice people onto their platform
13:46By giving away free clicks sometimes it's spend 20 dollars and you get a hundred dollars in clicks
13:52Sometimes they'll actually match however much money you spend on ads and they'll double it
13:57Sometimes you can get even better deals on google ads clicks and the way that you can get these free
14:02google ads coupons
14:04and what this allows you to do is
14:07Test out different products without having to spend too much of your own money
14:11That way you don't have to wait for a video to go viral or anything like that
14:15You just click a few clicks and now your product is instantly in front of people who are searching for
14:21that exact viral product
14:23In fact, do you remember earlier when we set up a shopify store frequently?
14:27Shopify actually offers these google ads credits just for setting up a shopify store
14:34So if you log into your shopify account that we created earlier and click on the marketing link in the
14:40left menu bar and look for a promo code
14:43Inside your shopify account that lets you get free clicks from google ads now
14:49One warning that i'll say is you want to be very careful that if you just go searching in google
14:53for free google ads coupons
14:55A lot of those sites are scams
14:56So you want to make sure that you're going with a bigger brand that you know about for example
15:00I know i've received free google ads coupons from godaddy when I registered a domain
15:05I also received free google ads coupons
15:08Just by going to google maps and setting up a new business on google maps
15:13Now remember these google ads are meant to give you a jump start in testing the products
15:19What I really encourage you to do if you're running google ads and you find a product that's selling really
15:24well
15:25Do what I said earlier go back into auto ds
15:28Find the viral videos that originally inspired you to sell that product and try to recreate those videos
15:35As best as you can or you could even pay someone to do it
15:38I know i've sold hundreds of thousands of dollars just by linking a product below a video
15:44In fact, if you look at this video that you're watching right now
15:47I'm linking to products below this video that i'm selling that helped me to make money and monetize this channel
