00:00You might have heard of Google Sheets. It's a free online spreadsheet program
00:04that's very similar to Excel and is very easy to use. But did you know that you
00:09can make between $700 and $1,000 per day using Google Sheets? Right now I'm
00:14gonna show you a step-by-step strategy that you can use to do this, even if you
00:19have zero experience with Google Sheets or anything like this. Here's a video of
00:23my teenage daughter me driving her home after she made her first money using
00:28this strategy. And here's the payment that she got from doing this. So let's
00:32dive right into it. Now, before we get into ChatGPT and Google Sheets, I have to
00:36take you first to a tool called D7 Lead Finder. And some of you guys may have
00:40seen this tool before, but stick with me. This is gonna be different than what I've
00:43shown you before. And basically what D7 Lead Finder does is it scans the internet
00:47for all kinds of local businesses and brings some really interesting data
00:51about them. Let me show you here. I'm just gonna do a search here for towing
00:55service in Baltimore, Maryland. And I'm gonna click Get Leads right here. And you
01:00can see it's brought up a huge list of all the different towing services in
01:06Baltimore, Maryland. And here's the cool thing. If you see these little columns
01:10right here, you can actually sort by different pieces of information about
01:16those businesses. And so for example, this column shows if those businesses have a
01:21Facebook page or not. This column shows if they have an Instagram or not. This
01:26column shows if they have a Twitter or not. And there's a whole bunch of
01:29different information about them. But what I want to focus on is the social media.
01:34And if you click here, if we sort in these columns here, I'm gonna sort by
01:38Facebook page and I'm gonna sort by Instagram. I'm gonna sort by Twitter page.
01:43And now we have a huge list of businesses. Look at all these businesses that are
01:49towing services in Baltimore, Maryland that don't have a Facebook page, don't
01:53have an Instagram, don't have a Twitter. In other words, they don't have any social
01:59media setup at all. You can actually contact these businesses and offer to do
02:03their social media setup for them now. But what I want to tell you to do is I
02:08want you to offer to set up their social media for free. Now, why would you do that?
02:15This is crucial to making money off of this specific technique because it's
02:19gonna be very simple for you to set up their social media. To set up a Facebook
02:23page is very simple. An Instagram, a Twitter, very, very simple to set up. But
02:28obviously these business owners don't know how to do it. So if you offer to set
02:33it up for free, you're really gonna get their attention. Where you're gonna make the
02:37money is you're gonna tell them, I'll set up your social media for free as long as you
02:43pay me a fee to keep the social media updated. In other words, to post regularly
02:49on these various social media platforms to get them new customers. Now I'm gonna
02:55show you later in the video specifically how to get these businesses to give you
03:00money for this. So you don't have to worry about that part. But first let me show
03:04you how to set up the system so that all the social media posting will be done
03:10automatically by Google Sheets and ChatGPT. Now you can see a business right here who's
03:17doing this exact service. They're charging between $147 per month up to almost $500
03:25per month to do these social media posts for businesses. That gives you an idea of
03:32the kind of money that you can make doing this. First you're gonna need go to Google
03:36Sheets. I'm just gonna click right there and we're gonna click sign in and then
03:41we're gonna do right here is we're gonna click this plus right here and create a
03:45blank spreadsheet. You're not gonna have to know anything about Google Sheets to do
03:50this. All you need to know, you need to type the word news link in that first box
03:56there in the sheet. That's gonna be really important later. You'll see why. And then
03:59depending on the industry that you're in, I want you to do some searches in Google for news
04:05articles about that specific industry. So let's say you were doing this for an
04:10electrician. You would type in electrician news into Google News or let's say you
04:17were gonna do this for a plumber. You would type in plumber news and get a bunch
04:21of news articles about plumbing and you're gonna make a big list of it. Now just for
04:26the sake of this video, I'm only gonna put one article in there just so you just so
04:30you guys can get an idea of how this works. I'm just gonna paste this article
04:35right in there. And after you put a bunch of news articles in your Google sheet, then
04:40you're gonna go over here to make.com and you're going to set up an account by
04:47pressing this pink button right here, get started free. Once you've created your
04:51make.com account, you can just go up to the top here and click create new scenario.
04:57Now the first thing that we're gonna set up is a trigger and this trigger is what's
05:03going to start the whole automated process of posting on these social media
05:08pages. So in our scenario, the first tool that's gonna trigger our automation is a
05:13Google sheet. So that's the Google sheet that I just showed you how to make. And on
05:19the first row I type in news link, then I'm going to go here and I'm gonna press the
05:25plus button here and then I'm gonna search for Google sheets. And after
05:31selecting Google sheets, I'm gonna select watch new rows. Now this function will
05:37trigger the automation to retrieve values each time I put a new row into my
05:45spreadsheet. So each time there's a new article in the spreadsheet, it's gonna
05:50trigger this whole automation to automatically start. For first time
05:54users are going to be asked to create a connection. So you just click that and you
05:58sign in via Google. Then you choose the file name of your pre-made Google sheets
06:05under spreadsheet ID and then your sheet name. And since I wanted to write only one
06:12article at a time, I'm going to change the limit to one because I only want to do one
06:19social media post at a time, not a whole bunch of them. Then you just press OK. And
06:23at the bottom left of the page, we can change the scheduling setting. By default, it's
06:30going to run every 15 minutes. But I'm going to change this interval to every day
06:35because basically what we want is we want this automation to run once per day and do a
06:41post once per day on the business's social media. We don't want it to run and do a post
06:47every 15 minutes. That's kind of like overkill for somebody like a plumber or an
06:51electrician. So now that we've set up the trigger, the next thing we have to do is to
06:57have AI go and read the article that's in the sheet. So this is where we use a tool
07:05called Perplexity. And Perplexity is basically like a competitor to a ChatGPT, OpenAI, or
07:13Claude. But what it does better than those other two language models is it can actually
07:19access the web and return information about different articles in real time. And it's
07:25also a little better at writing human sounding snippets because we want this automation to
07:30write little AI snippets to go on Twitter, to go in Facebook and so on. And we really want
07:37it to sound like a real person. Perplexity is really good with that. So we're just going
07:41to click the plus button here and search for perplexity. Then we're going to select create
07:48a chat completion. And it's going to ask to create a connection. And then you just click
07:55OK. And so for the next step, we're going to be needing what's called a perplexity API.
08:00And don't worry, it sounds high tech, but it's basically just a way for make.com to talk to
08:07Perplexity in computer language. So we're going to go over to perplexity.ai and we're going
08:13to create an account. Just click on the gear icon here and go to the API tab and then just
08:22scroll down and click generate. Then we're going to copy that API key that we just made. And
08:30we're going to go back over to make.com. Just going to paste it right there into make.com.
08:40Okay. So the next step is under message. We're going to click add item. And in the content field,
08:47we're going to type summarize this article because basically what we want perplexity to do is we want
08:54it to go and read the article. And then we want it to make a little summary, like a little
08:58couple
08:59sentence summary of the article. And that's what's going to be posted on your business clients,
09:05social media. So we're going to click news link or column a, and that's remember, that's the column
09:12where I said, type in news link at the top. Make.com is going to go and look for that
09:16column in the
09:17spreadsheet. And it's going to look for the specific column called news link. That's why we had to name
09:21it that. So that's the column where our news articles are all going to be located under role here.
09:27You're going to click user, and then you're going to click. Okay. All right. So the next step is adding
09:34a router. So I want you to click the plus sign and then add a module search and select router,
09:42then click here for the third router to appear. And now we're going to click a plus sign on the
09:48first
09:48router at the top here and select Claude. And then we're going to select create a prompt. So now we
09:55have
09:55to add another API key because we're using a couple of different AIs here. And so we're going to go
10:01over to the Anthropic Claude website here and under settings, then API keys, and then you're going to
10:11click create key. Then you're going to copy the API key there, and you're going to paste it under
10:20connection as shown earlier. Okay. I'm going to set the max token to 350 right here. And then under
10:29messages, I'm going to click add message and then select user under role. Then I'm going to click
10:37add content and select text. And then in the text box, I'm going to paste a pre-written prompt and
10:45you
10:45just pause and copy my exact prompt because it works really good. Basically this prompt is going to tell
10:51the perplexity AI to summarize what it's read. So it's going to go read the article and you're going
10:58to tell it to summarize it into a Facebook post. So you can just copy exactly the same prompt that
11:05I
11:05have here. Then under choices, you're going to click message and you're going to select content and then
11:12you're going to click. Okay. All right. And I'm just going to right click to rename this module as
11:19Facebook. So we can easily distinguish which module handles, which social media here. All right. So the
11:25next part we're going to set up is Instagram and we're pretty much going to follow the same steps.
11:33Um, but in this case, we're going to use open AI to write the Instagram post instead of Claude.
11:40And open AI is the same thing as chat GPT. So you're going to search and choose open AI. And
11:48then you're
11:49going to select create a completion. And if this is your first time connecting to open AI, you need to
11:55click add at the top and you need to put your API key here. And if you don't have an
12:01API key, which I'm
12:02assuming probably you don't, you can just go to the open AI website, then click on the API key tab,
12:09and then create a new secret key. And then you're going to copy and paste it to the API key
12:17field in
12:18make.com. Okay. Going back here, we're going to select which model we would like to use. And I'm
12:26going to choose chat GPT for Oh here, which is the latest model at the time of recording this video.
12:32And under messages, I'm going to click add message and the role is user. And then I'm just going to
12:40use another pre-written prompt here. Again, you can pause this video and use my exact prompt because
12:45it works really good. And we're going to click on choices and messages, and we're going to select
12:52content. And right here, I'm just going to set the max tokens to 350 and click okay. And I'm just
13:01going
13:01to rename this module as Instagram, just so we kind of know what we're what the different modules
13:07are. If we ever have to come back, we'll know what these different things are. Now that we have our
13:11Instagram and our Facebook modules set up, we're going to create one for X also. And it's the same
13:19process as the first one that we created using Claude. The only thing that's different about this
13:24process is the prompt. Prompt is going to be a little bit different this time for Claude.
13:29So again, right here, we're going to choose Claude and we're going to click create a completion,
13:35and we're going to set the tokens to 350. And I'm going to enter a pre-written prompt here. Again,
13:41you can paste and use my exact prompt. You can just pause the video and paste the exact prompt in
13:47for
13:47yourself. This is specifically for X or Twitter. And then again, you're going to click choices under
13:53message and you're going to click content to populate the summary of the article. And then
14:00you're going to click, okay. And we're going to rename the module to X or Twitter. Just so later
14:06on, we know what this is. If we were to come in and adjust it, there's a lot of different
14:11things
14:11connecting here, right? All right. So then in the next step, we're going to actually generate an image
14:17for our Instagram post. Because in Instagram, you can't just post text. Like in the other ones,
14:22you can just post text, but we have to actually generate an image for Instagram. So we're going to
14:27make this automation also do an Instagram image as well, all automatically. Press the plus sign
14:34next to our Instagram module here. And we are going to use OpenAI to make the image. Select
14:42generate an image as a function. And we're going to use doll E3 model here. And then we're going to
14:49enter a prompt. And what your prompt is, is generate a photo realistic image of, and then we're going to
14:58select choices, message, and then content, and then click. Okay. Now to save the scenario, click the
15:06save button here and click run. And then we're just going to wait for make.com to do its job.
15:14And so
15:15basically after you click run, you want to just check the output by clicking on this little bubble
15:21here and make sure that the content that this automation is makes sense to you. Make sure that
15:26everything's working right and it's all doing the right thing. And if you're happy with the content, then
15:30the next step is just to connect our social media pages to each respective module. So we do that by
15:37pressing the plus sign. Then we'll type Facebook pages and we'll click on create a post and then
15:44connect your Facebook account. And then we're going to select the Facebook page here where we would like
15:51the content to be posted and click on message and then content and then text. Then you're pretty much
15:59just going to repeat the same process for Instagram and Twitter or X, and that will complete the setup
16:07for this entire thing. And I know that was a lot. Feel free to pause the video, rewatch it for
16:12all the
16:13different steps and feel free to post in the comments if you have any questions. Now, I promised you that
16:18I would show you how to actually get these small businesses to give you money for this. But before I
16:24do,
16:24I just want to emphasize this does involve sales. So you are going to have to actually contact these
16:30business owners and convince them to pay you a fee to keep their social media updated. So if you're
16:38uncomfortable with the sales aspect of things and you really don't want to have to call business owners
16:44or contact them or visit them in their place of businesses to sell this service, I really recommend
16:49you click on the link in the description of this video and get my free class. I specifically set
16:53that free class up for people who are uncomfortable with sales, but still would like to make money from
17:00local businesses. And so what it does is it actually uses a loophole in Google maps that enables you to
17:09make money from small businesses without having to do all kinds of sales and calling or visiting small
17:14business owners to sell a service in the free class in the link in the description actually sets
17:19up an autopilot system that makes money, whether you're talking and contacting small business owners
17:25or not. So again, click on the link in the description, enter your best email there, and we're actually
17:31going to send that free class to your email. And that's specifically for people who are watching this
17:37that feel uncomfortable with sales and feel uncomfortable with calling small business owners or selling
17:42a service like that. But it's actually not that hard to get small business owners to pay you
17:47for social media posting if you do what I'm about to show you. Now, if we go back to D7
17:55Lead Finder here,
17:57if you remember, we did a search here of D7 Lead Finder towing service in Baltimore, Maryland. And if you
18:03scroll down here, you can see this little envelope for each business. It gives you their email address.
18:11And so what you all you need to do to get small business owners to pay you for this is
18:17you're
18:17going to do a search here to make sure that you're only showing business owners that don't have a
18:22Facebook page, don't have an Instagram and don't have a Twitter. And then right here, you're going
18:27to send them an email. Now, you can also do this same search here that I'm showing just manually look
18:33on Google for businesses that don't have a Facebook or a Twitter or an Instagram. But D7 Lean
18:39Fighters makes it a lot easier. And it also automatically gives you their email address,
18:43which saves a ton of time. So what you're going to do is you're going to send them this specific
18:48email. And this email is based on a template that my students have used over and over to make money
18:53with small businesses. Is competitor stealing your customers? And in this little box here,
18:59you're going to just do a Google search for one of the competitors. So let's say you've got Bob's
19:03towing service that you're emailing. So let's say you're sending this email to Bob's towing service.
19:09What you want to do is do a Google search and see who are Bob's competitors. And then maybe you
19:14find
19:15Bill's towing service over here is his competitor. So then you'd put in Bill's towing service right
19:20here. Is Bill's towing service stealing your customers? Yes, they are, but it's legal and ethical.
19:26I noticed they have a blank page and you don't. So in this box, you're going to insert whatever the
19:33social media platform that you're going to work with. So let's say it's Facebook. You would say,
19:38I noticed that they have a Facebook page and you don't. They're grabbing customers from,
19:42and then you're going to insert Facebook, Twitter, Instagram. That should be yours. If you'd like to
19:47take back what's yours, hit reply. I'll show you what they're doing and how to beat them. And then
19:52you're going to put your name. Now, remember, part of your hook here is you are going to offer
19:59to set up their Facebook or their Twitter, their Instagram for free, as long as they're willing to
20:05pay you a monthly fee to keep it updated. And that's really going to get their interest when
20:09you send them this. Now you can also send them a little more bold email here. You can see it
20:14is,
20:14is competitor cheating? Yes, they are, but it's legal and ethical. I noticed they have a Facebook
20:19page and you don't, they're stealing your best customers because of it. I could change that,
20:24hit reply, and I'll show you how your name. And if you send out five to 10 of these emails
20:31every single day, you're going to be surprised at how many business owners are interested in working
20:37with you. I just taught you all the steps that you need to do it on an automated way.
20:42And when they reply, you're probably going to need to call them on the phone. They're probably,
20:47if they're going to sign up with you for some kind of a monthly fee and give you their credit
20:52card,
20:52they're going to probably want to talk to you on the phone. So again, if you're uncomfortable with
20:57that, click on the link in the description of this video for a business model that doesn't require you
21:03calling small businesses on the phone. And then I'll email you that free class that teaches you how
21:10to set that up. And when I email you the free class, the other thing that I'm going to email
21:15you is
21:15some information about my paid mentorship program, because in my paid mentorship program,
21:20we have all kinds of ways to make money from small business owners. And we have a ton of templates,
21:27just like the one that you see here, where literally my students send out these templates
21:33and they make money. So again, if you click on the link in the description and you sign up for
21:38my free
21:39class, I'll also email you some information about my paid mentorship program, which includes a lot
21:45of these email templates, where literally you send these emails out to business owners. And then
21:49literally you saw the proof there, they sign on as your clients. And we also teach in my paid
21:55membership, all the skills that you need to know to serve these business owners as well. So again,
22:00click on the link in the description, get my free class also get it for you can also get some
22:04information about the paid mentorship, there's no commitment there. Even if you just want to just
22:08enjoy the free class and not anything about the paid membership, that's fine, too. So hope you
22:13enjoyed this video and I'll talk to you soon.
