00:00This secret code right here when combined with ChatGPT can make you $200 per day and it only
00:07takes around 60 minutes of work. I'm going to let you copy it from me and you don't need any
00:13experience and you can get started for free. Now this online business method used to take an entire
00:19team of people working in the background but you can now do it with a couple of AI tools that
00:25I'm
00:26going to show you in this video. Let's get right into how to do it. Now to start you have
00:30to type a
00:31special cheat code into Google to get Google to do what you want. After we complete this part with
00:37Google then we're going to go over to ChatGPT for the next step. So here's the code you can see
00:42it
00:42right here site colon yellowpages.com plumber or plumbing. Now you want to type it in exactly like
00:48I have it right here and you can copy and paste this exact thing from the description of this video
00:53below. But if you see here I've got site colon yellowpages.com then I've got the word electrician.
00:58You can insert any business type right there where it says electrician but I'm just doing electrician
01:03for the sake of this example. And then we have listed a whole bunch of different codes that
01:08represent different email addresses. And basically what this is telling Google to do is I want you to
01:13give me a list of all the electricians in the yellow pages that have their email address posted
01:21publicly for anyone to see. And you can see what this has done is brought up a huge list
01:26of different electricians and it gives me their email addresses and their phone numbers for each
01:32one. So then what we're going to do is we're going to highlight with our mouse this entire page of
01:38results all the way down to the bottom. And then we're going to right click and we're going to click
01:45copy that. Then we're going to go over to ChatGPT and we're going to type in this exact sentence.
01:51Format the data below into a table with these columns. Full name, company name, website URL,
01:57email, and phone number. And then we're going to right click and we're going to paste this entire
02:03thing that we grabbed from Google into this box. And you can see it's a huge mess of text that
02:10would be
02:11very difficult to make any sense of. But if you click this little arrow, watch what's going to
02:14happen. You can see here that it's taken the data up here that was a big confusing mess and it's
02:20formatted into a nice spreadsheet that I can use. And I can literally copy this into Microsoft Excel
02:27or Google Sheets. And it's a nice, neat, organized list of all the businesses that Google found for me
02:33over here. And you might tell me, how am I going to make money with this? Well, now I'm going
02:38to take you
02:38to another AI tool where you're going to see exactly how you can make money with this.
02:42So the first thing that you have to do is go over and you want to sign up for a
02:46Suno.ai account.
02:48And you can just sign up for a free account. It's really simple to do. I'm not going to lead
02:52you
02:52through the signup process because it's real, real simple. But what this AI does here is it creates
02:58songs for you. It'll write the lyrics for you. It'll include the vocals, the instruments, and everything.
03:04Now stick with me. This is all going to make sense in just a second. So I want you to
03:07type in some
03:08instructions similar to what I'm showing on my screen right now. And what I've found is out of
03:14all the different kinds of styles that this AI will make, indie pop, country, and soul are the
03:20three styles that Suno.com tends to do best with. So what I'm going to do here is choose the
03:25soul,
03:25R&B, and jazzy options. And we're going to do a song about a small diner called Mike's Diner.
03:35And then we're just going to click create. Now what you're going to do is you're going to pick
03:39any of the businesses that we found. Remember earlier when we were on the yellow pages and
03:45you're going to put in their name into suno.com for it to make a song about it. Now you
03:51can see
03:51it's created two songs for us here. And what it's actually done is it's created a little theme song
03:57for this business, Mike's Diner. Now while I was doing the research for this video,
04:14my wife made a little song for her physical therapist office and sent it to them via email
04:20and they absolutely loved it. Now here's how you're going to make money with this. If you go
04:24over to a site called Upwork and you type in the word jingle, you can see right here all kinds
04:30of
04:30people that are actually looking for someone to create a little jingle for their business.
04:36See this person, $50. This person, $50. 40 to $45. $200. $150. Now what these folks are thinking
04:49is that all this is going to have to be done manually. And that's how it used to have to
04:53be
04:53done. In order to create a little jingle for your business, you had to write lyrics. You had to hire
04:58a professional vocalist to sing the lyrics. You had to hire musicians to create an entire music track
05:05behind it. It took a ton of time and it was very expensive. But now this brand new AI tool
05:11can do it
05:12in just a few seconds. So you can go out there and sell these jingles to small business owners for
05:18between $50 and $150 each, but it's only going to take you a few clicks of the button to do
05:24it.
05:24Now I'm going to show you how you can make even more money with this in just a second. You
05:30can
05:30actually take this $50 and multiply it by three, four, or five times even more with the technique
05:36that I'm about to show you. But before I do, I do want to tell you there is one disadvantage
05:41of this
05:41business model. And that is that you have to be willing to go out there and continually hustle
05:47to find new clients to sell these songs to. So it is a lot of work to constantly be emailing
05:53these clients and trying to sell them a little jingle. Now I tried to make it as easy as I
05:59could
06:00for you by doing that special code with Google where you got a whole list of electricians or
06:05any kind of business type that you want and all their emails. So you can email all of them and
06:09send
06:09them a little sample of the custom jingle to see if they want to buy it from you. But you
06:14are going to
06:14have to send out a lot of emails and continually hustle to get these small businesses to be your
06:19clients. But if you don't want to go through all that constant hustling, I do have a free class in
06:25the link in the description of this video that's a huge shortcut and actually allows you to automate
06:30working with small businesses so that you get money on autopilot and you don't have to constantly
06:36email them to make those fees. Now my free class actually talks about a loophole in Google Maps that lets
06:43you set
06:43up a money making system with small businesses where you don't have to work hardly at all on an
06:49ongoing basis. So just enter your email and the link in the description and I'll send you that free
06:54class. Now getting back to making music for small businesses, the way that you can make even more money
07:01than these jingles, like I said before, three, four, five times as much is with something called
07:06message on hold music. That's the music that you get when you call a business on the phone and they
07:13put you
07:13on hold. And while it's playing, you hear a little bit of music. Sometimes there's some promotional
07:18text there where they're promoting their, their latest sales or latest deals. And it's something
07:23for you to listen to while you're waiting for the representative to get back to you. I used to have
07:26a client whose entire career was making these message on hold productions for small businesses.
07:33He made thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars on it, but it also costed him thousands of
07:40dollars to create these productions. They wrote custom music. They had voiceover artists. They
07:46had copywriters making the advertising text for them to read. And these message on hold productions
07:52cost a lot more. The small business owner will pay you hundreds and hundreds of dollars every single
07:58month to have these message on hold productions custom made for them and playing on their phone system.
08:04Now these message on hold productions can be all made with the power of AI. Let me show you how.
08:10The first step is to go back to suno.ai and it's going to be a little bit different this
08:15time because
08:15now we're going to check the box here that says instrumental. And we're going to actually make an
08:20instrumental track instead of a track with words. So I'm just going to have it make me an instrumental
08:26jazz song. And here we go. And I'm just going to use this one because I like how it sounds.
08:32And then I'm going to click download right here. And I'm going to download that thing onto my computer
08:38and make sure that you keep track of where you put it. So because you're going to need to go
08:41and
08:41find this later. Now, the next step is we're going to actually go over to chat GPT, and I'm going
08:47to
08:47ask chat GPT, write me a short script that might be heard if you were to call a small town
08:54diner called
08:55Mike's Deli. Now, if you look right here, chat GPT is creating the entire script for me. Again,
09:02this used to cost thousands of dollars. They would hire copywriters to write these scripts.
09:07And look, now I'm doing with just a few clicks. Okay. Now, the next thing that you're going to do
09:11is you're going to go over to another AI tool called Eleven Labs. And again, you can sign up for
09:16a free account. And once you log in, it's going to look something like this. And literally, we're just
09:23going to paste what chat GPT wrote right into the box. And Eleven Labs is going to read it for
09:30us.
09:31And so I'm just going to pick through the voices here. And we're going to go with Tim Rooney. And
09:37you can just listen through it to find the one that you like best. And then right here, I'm going
09:42to
09:42click generate speech. And you can hear a little sample of what it sounds like. Now, literally,
09:48this sounds like a professionally trained voiceover artist reading our marketing script for Mike's
09:53Diner. It's incredible. Okay. Now I'm just going to click download and I'm going to save that to the
09:58same folder where I put the instrumental music that I made earlier. Make sure you put everything in the
10:03same spot so you can find it later. All right. Now the next step is we're going to put all
10:07this together
10:08into a professional production that can be played while someone is waiting on the phone. It's going to be
10:15really easy. I'm going to walk you through it step by step. What you're going to do is you're going
10:19to
10:19go to a site called CapCut. And you want to download that software and install it. I'm not going to
10:27go
10:27through how to do that. It's pretty simple to install. But once you have it open, you're going to click
10:32create project. And then I'm going to go over here and make this full screen so I can see it
10:38better.
10:39And then we're going to click import. And you want to import everything that you downloaded.
10:44Because remember I told you to put everything in the same folder so you could find it later.
10:47So we're going to download the original jingle that we made with the voice behind it. Remember
10:51we made a song at the very, very beginning about Mike Steiner. We're going to download that. We're
10:55going to download the instrumental version that we just made. And we're going to download the 11
11:01labs voice that's speaking that text. And we're going to import all of that into CapCut. Okay.
11:08Now the first thing that you want to bring into this software is the jingle with the words. And
11:15what we're going to do here is just listen until we get to the end of the first verse. Like
11:20you can
11:20hear it here. And when that verse ends, you want to just click split. And we're just going to drag
11:26this
11:26off to the side here. And next we're going to import the instrumental version that we made. And we're
11:34going to drag it just to overlap it just a little bit. And we're going to fade in and fade
11:39out because
11:40we want the words to sort of fade into the instrumental here. So you can see how we did that.
11:46And then finally, we're going to bring in the voiceover that we made with 11 labs. And we're
11:51going to add that voiceover file to the timeline. So we're going to just adjust the timing and leave a
11:59little space between when the voice talks. That way it sounds more like those commercial segments
12:05that you hear when you're on hold when you call a business. All right. And then when it's all done,
12:11you're going to click export and you're going to save the MP3 file. And you can then go and deliver
12:19that to a business. Now, if you want to get an idea of what to charge for this, just do
12:25a Google search
12:26for message on hold pricing. And you can see right here, you can charge anywhere from $379
12:34to $900 for productions like this. So whether you go the first route that I showed you, where you just
12:41make a little jingle about their business and you just email them a 15 second clip of the jingle and
12:47ask them if they want to purchase the rights to the full thing, or you can go full on and
12:52do the
12:52message full message on hold productions where you're charging three, four, five, seven hundred,
12:58even $900 a piece. You can do that too. If you want to go a little more complex with it,
13:03but either way it's costing you much, much less, just a few clicks of the button and less than an
13:09hour of work to create these entire productions that used to take weeks and entire teams of people
13:14to do. And right now, most message on hold companies haven't caught on to the fact that their entire
13:21business can be created by an amateur like me with just a few clicks with my home computer right here.
13:28So the prices are still really, really high, even though AI makes it really easy for you to do.
13:32Now, like I said before, if you don't want to continually email business owners and constantly
13:38making songs for them and constantly selling to them, you really owe it to yourself to click
13:42on the link in the description of this video. It still lets you help small businesses in your area,
13:48but the free class in the description actually teaches you how to exploit a loophole in Google
13:54maps to let you make money on autopilot day in and day out. And you don't have to constantly chase
14:00clients. In fact, with the business model and the link in the description, my own kids set up
14:06businesses using this business model and their businesses have generated them income on autopilot
14:11for years. Make sure you put your best email address in the form in the link in the description,
14:16because we're actually going to email that free class to you. I'll talk to you soon.
