40:25Angela Montgomery has been denied bond and the public defender recommended a mental health
40:30evaluation after an officer testified today that she was found in her home with the twins
40:35and a .40 caliber pistol.
40:37Officers say this was the same type of gun that was used to shoot the infant's mother.
40:42He said she was unaware of the crime, that she was assisting her twin sister, which she does not
40:48have and that she took possession of the children from this twin sister and then tried to pass them off
