01:34and apparent we're hearing that eli tomac may be hurt he's down on no oh man he's only just come
01:41back from injury oh yeah he's in a bad spot too right off in the middle they're probably gonna
01:48they speculate but probably stop this race where he's at great start honda lawrence now roxon's out

03:20great spot for him he is usually lethal in those whoops in the sand section he has not been able

03:25find traction with the rear end so i'm just wondering if it's something that they made him adjustment or
03:30maybe can for the main event you can kind of see hunter warrants riding off in the distance a little
03:35bit that's something they're going to need to address before it really counts yeah i i agree and
03:40that's kind of the way he looked all day long and i feel like if this was the main event

03:44probably wouldn't be you know racing him but in um heat race he'll probably will but yeah ken's been
03:50a little bit off all day and i don't know ricky if there's anything you really can change at this
03:54point it's look the same yeah i mean you can't reinvent the wheel here by any stretch of the
03:59imagination this race team's going to do the best they can do to get the bike as comfortable for ken
04:04as they can listen everything is a compromise on these motorcycles and ken knows that his team
04:09personnel know that you know if you need something more from the rear most likely it's going to take
04:15away from that front so at the end of the day yes the team can play a role but the
04:20rider needs to make
04:21the final decision because it's on him and he's the guy riding it garrett marchbanks vince freeze
04:27this is the sixth and seventh grant harland is in a transfer position and so too is quadlock honda's
04:32shane macklerath he's been able to get ahead of kyle chisholm chisholm was in a transfer position and
04:38indeed it was jordan smith who went down and he was as high as sixth place and he's dropped to
04:4311th now
04:46it'd be interesting to see these next couple laps what kenny is able to do if he's able to make
04:51some
04:51ground and james you know the mental side of the game if you were in ken's spot would you would

04:56help you going into the main if you made up time on him right now yeah i was gonna i

05:02about that exactly if if you're in kenny like you want to close that gap especially hunter's been quicker
05:07all day long and all that struggling and then hunter i want to try to pull away from him to

05:13demoralize him all right here's this guy hunter lawrence who's been working incredibly hard with
05:19his team on starts and boy you saw the proof in the pudding right there as he blasted out of
05:25the gates
05:25grabbed the whole shot took off he has however over the last lap lost about seven tenths of a second
05:32to ken roxon well he has the last lap like to diff's point ken was a 50.5 hunter was
05:39a 50.9 you can see
05:41he's catching them watch this perfect execution and watch when he shifts right there that is huge
05:49the biggest thing that i believe he's gonna have to do is make sure that he does not overshoot his
05:54breaking going into there and fade out and let ken get to the inside or anyone for that matter yeah

05:59it's really easy to do that when you pull a whole shot like hunter because you don't have that you

06:04breaking point when oh roxon down pasha goes by so too malcolm stewart this is not gonna help the
06:12headspace of ken roxon well we haven't seen this happen i don't know maybe as crazy as this might
06:19sound this might be what ken needed right here okay obviously but not for the the going into the main
06:25event but take everything away quit looking into it just go out ride your motorcycle is going to come

06:34here gets on the gas but before that he was starting to close in on on um hunter lawrence at
06:40that point so you got to think he was pushing it jt he definitely was trying to close in time

06:45both of you made great points about the mental battle in this heat race what that means for the
06:49main event but now i'm thinking about that gate pick for the main event we saw how good hunter
06:54lawrence's starts are and probably will be in the main event but for ken roxon now you're talking
06:59about the seventh or eighth gate pick which is just going to make things that much harder for
07:03the main event i'm going to tell you though i mean knowing ken when he rode for carrie hart and
07:08i at
07:09rch racing this guy could come out and get a good a good start in the main event no matter
07:15where he's
07:16from and if he finds himself in front of hunter for some reason look out he could win this race
