00:00that as a human being I'm very glad about it feeling that this benefit have
00:09been taken to over 9,000 people and that it hasn't been well seen because of a
00:18small group with a big media power we're not getting to know those who have
00:24gained liberty we have not gotten to know the one that gave them liberty we
00:30need to take the chance we need to take the risks I'm not sorry about what we
00:36did I think the amnesty law was the right thing to do for the re-encounter for
00:42tolerance and now there are still people who don't understand the message that
00:49Venezuela is putting out there we are still gonna persevere and not giving up
00:56we need to do it and I'm telling this because on the way we have to go back to
01:02ours origins as apes we have to not give up that is my message we have to move
01:12forward and I've telling the program my faith my hope is in this program that
01:18this problem can reach all Venezuelan people and I want to thank the woman for
01:29the political diversity please stand up all the woman
01:35because in Miraflores palace it's the first time I've shared with so many
01:40women from the political university and has been great everybody exposed their
01:46thoughts that we met and coincided in the defense of the people in the defense
01:52of the homeland and that is how we hug and march together I'm very grateful we
02:00have always have to have this first experience so I'm very thankful for that
02:05and when it comes to justice because all of you know that the amnesty law is it not
02:14doesn't cover some of crimes and I said that from the first time those crimes
02:20except that that are not covered we need to analyze them through the
02:25democratic coexistence program because that is essential for justice not only
02:32those who have not been covered by the political violence because there has been
02:37political violence the violations of the judicial system have been have existed and still exists and I've asked for the
02:50judges to act in favor of the amnesty and that's why when I had to go to the Supreme Court
03:00of Justice there has been reshaping of the justice system
03:07and we move forward to a great national consultation for a new justice system we're going there and I think
03:14this program and I want this program to be integrated in that in that new justice system that we carry
03:22on listening and that women in this program are making that are doing a very important job
03:31because of because of because of all the women that I have lost or
03:34because of the political violence and we are looking for alternative
03:41measures to liberty provision and I'm saying that in the next few hours I
03:47wanna I wanna answer to the country I want results I want answers for the
03:54the works you have done for the people for the justice system with the
03:59minister of penitentiary we have seen that the woman in the country I want the
04:06woman to the country to see what has been done the vision we have of this encounter
04:12I also want to thank what the peregrination the national pilgrimage and the pilgrimage is still going on
04:25because we're doing this pilgrimage for a Venezuela in peace
04:31and I agree with the Venezuelan people that the Venezuelan people don't want or they want peace
04:39to defend their sovereignty and the independence of the Venezuelan people and the basic rights over those
04:45of the basic ones of the republic and
