00:03I would like to say that I have a big motion to be here.
00:09I want to come as a common Venezuelan, as a normal people that encourage us to begin
00:21this pilgrimage, as in a date like this, like April 19, 1910, in a moment where the first
00:32outcry of independence and the people that knew how to break the chains of Spanish colonialism
00:42and with that historic date marking our way, I feel the motion of beginning this pilgrimage
00:52Why are we in this pilgrimage?
00:55We are in this pilgrimage for Venezuela.
00:59Nobody's owner of the pilgrimage but only the Venezuelans that love our homeland.
01:07We are marching, walking, singing and praying, as I said, we are talking as a Venezuelan and
01:15as I say, the Venezuelans speak, the Venezuelan dialogue.
01:19Venezuela lives and finds itself for supreme interest of our republic and this interest
01:30is a Venezuela free of sanctions.
01:31I ask here to the people of the United States, to the people of Europe and their governments
01:41and authorities, enough sanctions for the humble people of Venezuela.
01:46Venezuela has the right, it's not a privilege.
01:55Venezuela is reclaming their rights and a fundamental right is that Venezuela will be free of sanctions
02:02so that it can be developed with the war, so it can be free, so it can be developed without
02:09without intervention, without restrictions, without limitations, so that the hydrocarbon industry
02:17and I say, if I go to Zulia, I have to go and see my colleagues from the industry of
02:25oil,
02:26from gas, from petrochemical industry.
02:29I say, we are a historical state of oil producing state, an oil producing state.
02:39Here is your governor and I said it in front of him, this is a state that has an extraordinary
02:49potential to develop and to guarantee a future to the people of Zulia.
02:59And this pilgrimage has a profound spiritual sense, not only material, it's also spiritual.
03:06So in order to achieve happiness, social happiness and economic happiness, we need peace, we need
03:13understanding, we need to erase from our hearts the hatred and intolerance, racism, classism,
03:23must be stopped forever.
03:27Venezuela wants something different, this Venezuela wants something different and wants something
03:32different from their leaders.
03:35They want leaders to be responsible to the people, to the citizens that will be free, that
03:41will be paying attention to the future and we don't come here to promise magic, something
03:51different.
03:52We know how to move forward, we know how to go and move the obstacles because we know how
04:01to work alongside the workers in the last five years and we still have things to do.
04:06And that's why we need a Venezuela without sanctions.
04:10Every coercive measures, unilateral measures, 1,081 that is still present is a measure that
04:21attempts to the national economy.
04:24It's an economy, it's a sanction that attempts to the salary of the workers.
04:30So that's why we need to pray all together, we need to sing all together for a Venezuelan
04:37free ascension, for a Venezuelan that doesn't have limits on their heart.
04:41Thank you all for right?
