00:03We go live now to Venezuela, where acting president Alessio Rodriguez
00:07lists the 100-day review for the Program for Democratical Existence and Peace.
00:11Let's listen to the president.
00:14If there's something I'm proud of, it's this program, because this program is the show of a different Venezuela.
00:23And I particularly want to thank...
00:29These people that when proposed, they accepted and came to Miraflores Palace the January 23rd
00:37and said, we're going to go forward with this program.
00:41And this is Blanca and it's still Blanca for whoever wants to join the program.
00:50This program, I can say we've learned a lot from this.
00:53This is part of a great diagnostic about Venezuela, about the different vision to Venezuela,
01:01that Ernesto and Ana Maria have a different vision for the country.
01:06Going from the program, I want to say hi to the program, to the ministros of youth,
01:13to the vice president of the National Assembly, Gracia Cortonara,
01:20to the magistrates of the Constitutional Chamber's president.
01:26Now I see Venezuela in a different light.
01:28I know better the problems of Venezuela, because I've seen other parts of Venezuela, other light.
01:36I've seen the diversity of Venezuela.
01:38And I want to ask everybody in front of the university, I want to ask the Constitutional Chamber
01:46a new doctrine about diversity as a basic human right.
01:53I want to ask the Constitutional Chamber
01:58that because our country is waiting for it, is expecting that, what that means.
02:14We're going to build what that means, a fundamental right that I have understood better
02:22since we started this program, which is the diversity.
02:27And not only that works for the sexual identity diversity, but also for political diversities.
02:38That we've met so many people on the way.
02:42And we've managed to open hearts, to open different hearts.
02:46That is a very difficult task.
02:49We've found a lack of acknowledgement and lack of trust.
02:54And many times we've been denying that, because there's no trust.
03:01But if we don't have that trust, and if we don't move forward,
03:06we're going to lose ourselves, and we're going to be losing out on getting to the new horizons
03:13on what can be great in human quality.
03:16And saying, don't be afraid to the culture, don't be afraid to diversity.
03:20There's always stress, but it's worse to stay still.
03:24We need to move forward.
03:26We need to take that step.
03:28And I'm thanking all of you, because the road we have walked through is a great one.
03:44And now, only after two months of the approval of the amnesty law, for democratic coexistence
03:52and tolerance, over 9,000 people have been benefited.
03:56And so, as a matter of fact, I think it's a great one.
