00:11hour are awarding rescuers with the medal Heroes of the Republic at this very moment to rescuers who have been
00:22involved in the operations of saving operations that have been taking place in those
00:30most hardest hit areas after the back-to-back earthquakes that struck the nation on June 24th. Acting President Delcy
00:41Rodriguez is also placing those recognitions in those canine dogs, those dogs that have been part as well such a
00:52crucial part on the efforts of rescuing and saving lives beneath the
00:59rebels those we have seen as well the important role that has been played by those dogs that have been
01:10deployed throughout the disaster zones and also in those hardest hit areas beneath the rubble such so much heroism so

08:32our people in which there is still hope of family and family.
08:38A family of families are finding people alive, people that have lost everything with a deep spiritual blow.
08:47Here you have been here with us brother nations to support our people. As I've said before, the Venezuelan people
08:56will never forget your friendly hand that came here to assist, who came to help, to come to offer comfort,
09:05to come to company.
09:07For those of you who leave our nation, you can go with the peace of Venezuela in your hearts and
09:15the deep gratitude that we have with each and every one of you rescuers that were here compromising your own
09:23integrity to save others.
09:25I don't see, I don't see, I don't see any other beautiful space when a citizen, women and men of
09:34the world cross its borders, his or hers borders to help others.
