00:55Kalau macam skincare tu, kita ada satu produk, kita R&D satu produk.
00:58Tapi kalau cincin, kita bukan satu batu. Cincin yang sama, desain yang sama, tapi kita ada beratus batu.
01:04So, setiap batu tu ada R&D dia, kalau salah cut tu sendiri, memang habislah.
