00:08In fact, it is only going to add a further burden.
00:11Those workers are going to ask for garbage bags.
00:13Those workers are going to ask for gloves.
00:15Those workers are going to ask for resources that we don't have the money to be able to provide.
00:21And so, whilst it may look good and fancy on paper,
00:24the reality is that sending additional labor does not fix the fiscal fiasco that we are currently in.
00:32It may have been more useful for some of those financial resources to be allocated to the corporation.
