00:00It's the most important thing about the show for me was how Beth and Rip were going to be together.
00:05We didn't want to cheapen that.
00:07We had carved out, Taylor had carved out such an incredible love match and love story.
00:12And to continue that was very, very, very important to me.
00:18We're not trying to reinvent anything here.
00:21We're just trying to take it on into the future.
00:24I'll tell you, the grass here is good.
00:26About as good as I've ever seen.
00:29Cowboys are the only people on earth to get excited about grass.
00:33It's very rare that you have characters that we've poured so much of ourselves into them.
00:37We really love them and it's an honor to play them, honestly.
00:41And it's an honor to be in a show that was so loved and these characters were so loved.
00:46So you could end it where it ended with Yellowstone.
00:49And that's what I think we're trying to say is that it did end.
00:52We're not trying to continue something.
00:54I knew as long as we weren't repeating and we were trying to move on with something new
01:00that there was more for me to find in the character and there was more story for the audience.
01:07And there was an appetite, there was a want for it.
01:10And I feel very, very lucky that we get to come back to them in this new iteration.
