00:02Jackson Chorio obviously was hurt in a WBC exhibition game in West Palm
00:07playing for Team Venezuela.
00:09He kind of gutted it through the World Baseball Classic,
00:12but Chorio was out for the first month of the year
00:13with Jackson Chorio coming off the 10-day injured list.
00:17Chorio slots in and left and right wherever you want to put him
00:20in all likelihood in left field with Freelich holding down right.
00:22But Garrett Mitchell was off to a great start this year.
00:26Jelic is on the shelf right now,
00:27but it seems like there is a bit of an outfield surplus at the moment.
00:31The good news is Chorio and Vaughn come off the shelf at the same time.
00:35This probably is the best Brewer lineup that we have seen at this point this year,
00:40and there's still a couple games over .500.
00:43Yeah, I think this is as exciting of an addition for the Brewers
00:47as they could have because just they've been feeling it a little bit offensively
00:52I think since Jelic got hurt.
00:53And you look at the home run output over the last two weeks,
00:57I mean, it's pretty crazy.
00:59Last 18 games, I just went from like the middle of April.
01:05Everybody's played about 18 games since April 15th.
01:08The Brewers have hit five homers.
01:10The next least is the Giants at 11 homers.
01:13So, I mean, to be able to add Chorio and the power that he can bring.
01:17Look, we know he can be kind of like streaky at points,
01:20but I think this is a guy that's going to come off
01:21and be chomping at the bit to get going.
01:23I think this is a huge addition to a Brewers team that has,
01:27you know, again, felt it a little bit since Jelic hit the IL.
01:30This is a huge, huge return for them.
01:33And, you know, again, I think the offense, like you said,
01:35is going to be kind of the best that it's looked in a little bit.
01:38But it just felt like before the return of Chorio and the return of Vaughn,
01:42like with the Jelic injury, you're starting to look through and you're like,
01:45okay, it's Bowers to Renhifo to Hamilton to, you know, Tyler Black or Joey Ortiz.
01:51And we need some more guys that we can rely on here.
01:54And I think it's huge to bring in these two righties specifically as well,
01:58because I do think they were getting a little lefty heavy too.
02:01I'm pulling out the scorebook right now.
02:03I've got the scorebook in front of me because they ran out a lineup in Miami.
02:08Miami, I want to say it was in the middle game.
02:11No, it was the last game of the series that I was like,
02:15this is kind of a white flag lineup for Milwaukee.
02:18And again, they're two games over 500, but they ran out Garrett Mitchell,
02:22Terang, Bryce Terang's been amazing, obviously.
02:24But then Gary Sanchez, Jake Bowers, Luis Renhifo, Brandon Lockridge,
02:28Greg Jones, Luis Matos, David Hamilton.
02:30Like you're just not going to win very many ballgames with that as your lineup.
02:33So, I mean, you run into like that issue, I guess,
02:36and they were taking on Yuri Perez in that one.
02:38That was Mizorowski and Yuri.
02:41But like, you need William Contreras in there every day,
02:44and you need a Terang in there every day.
02:46You need a couple of other guys in there every day,
02:49and Churio is going to be that guy that is in there literally every day.
02:53One more note too.
02:54I'm looking at third base in an area that they're just not getting production from.
02:58Renhifo just hasn't been good.
03:00Jet Williams is starting to pick it up a little bit in AAA here.
03:02He's starting to put together some good stretches,
03:04like a nice handful of games here.
03:06And I think we could see him sooner rather than later as well.
