Pualani Hodge, from Tennessee, USA, stepped in after discovering 13 ducklings trapped inside a storm drain.
The video shows the careful rescue as each duckling is safely lifted out and reunited above ground.
The quick action ensured all of them were brought to safety, turning a risky situation into a wholesome moment.
