00:00This mama duck found the right people to rescue her ducklings from beneath a storm drain.
00:04Almost done. Time to go to your mama's.
00:06Yep, let's go to your mommy.
00:08Let's go to mommy.
00:09It was pouring rain.
00:10You've got to be careful because sewers can fill up with water.
00:14We were waiting for the fire department and we realized that they weren't coming.
00:19And every tiny peep coming from below made it harder to just stand around and do nothing.
00:24We were fighting against time.
00:31Honestly, hearing them but not being able to reach them must have been brutal.
00:35So waiting around was officially no longer an option.
00:38We started Googling, is it possible to just lift the sewer drain lid?
00:43We saw someone do it on YouTube.
00:45So we're like, okay, if they can do it, like we can definitely do it.
00:48Uh, the white basket?
00:50Yes.
00:51Then came the next question.
00:53Where exactly do you put an entire pile of rescued ducklings?
01:00Apparently, in the most important laundry basket of all time.
01:05Come on.
01:06It's okay.
01:07Pick them up one by one.
01:10Here you go, here you go.
01:12Okay.
01:14The mother duck was waiting right next to the grass area.
01:22It was just beautiful to see the baby ducks running towards the mom.
01:27We're almost done.
01:30That's fun.
01:31Come on out.
01:32Come on now.
01:34I felt how happy and relieved that mother duck was.
01:37It was just such a special moment.
01:40Mama.
01:40The baby ducks are saved.
01:43Yeah, they found him.
01:44They're going into the bushes.
01:47And 45 very stressful minutes later, her whole family was finally back together.
01:52Reunited the family!
01:54Yay!
01:55Yay!
01:55Yay!
