00:28including a military presence, as soon as it's safe to get vessels through.
00:33Now, we've discussed that on a number of occasions with a coalition.
00:38We've been discussing that at the European Principal Community Summit here this afternoon.
00:43A lot of attention on this because it's having such an impact back at the United Kingdom.
00:49It's in our national interest to be closer to Europe.
00:53And whether that's the EU loan scheme, which we are discussing with them,
00:58that's a great benefit to Ukraine, but it's also a great benefit to the United Kingdom as well
01:03in terms of the jobs that it will create in the United Kingdom.
01:06So the benefit there outweighs the cost.
01:10But more generally, it is important that we see our future as a closer relationship with the EU.
01:16That's in our national interest.
01:17And that's what I've been discussing here and on previous occasions.
01:21And, of course, at our summit that will be coming up in coming months.
