00:00on sober house
00:01Seth is 90% sure if I'm home tonight
00:04I wasn't over here
00:05Waking up in the hospital really just
00:08left me very distraught
00:09I'm scared for you
00:11Crack
00:12Where'd you find this?
00:13It was in my shorts
00:14I think the f*** is always gonna haunt me
00:17Wow, you can just cut that up
00:19No, no, no
00:20Everyone says David's like an f*** lover talking about Seth like that
00:23I don't care, Mary
00:25I'm drinking in first class
00:27See you soon, okay?
00:28I'm not so stupid
00:30Like he thinks I am
00:32And tonight
00:32Rehab ends
00:34The work begins
00:36You're about to watch
00:40Recovering Addicts
00:43Continue their fight
00:44Outside of treatment
00:46Without a safety net
00:48I'm Dr. Drew
00:50And this is Sober House
01:03It's 8pm on day 22
01:05And Mary has made the decision to attend Swingfest
01:09Despite repeated warnings from her peers about how it could jeopardize her sobriety
01:13We're concerned about it
01:15It's just really tempting
01:17And it gets really weird
01:18And you're gonna be with someone who you're uncomfortable with right now
01:24I wish you guys a moment
01:26I know
01:27She's going with her boyfriend, David Weintraub
01:29With whom she continues to have issues
01:31And I fear that this event could lead to a relapse
01:34I'm drinking in first class
01:36See you soon, okay?
01:39I'm not so stupid
01:41Like he thinks I am
01:51Mary, but if you
01:52Listen, if you can't trust me
01:54And you can't listen to me
01:55I can't do it
01:55David, with all his drama
01:58And a hotel full of partying swingers
02:01I think it might be a little hard
02:03To maintain sobriety
02:11Please get ready
02:12We need to walk out of here in three minutes
02:14So please get dressed
02:15I am dressed
02:17Mary's gonna host today
02:18She's got a number of events, parties, autograph sessions, interviews, press
02:24We'll see where it takes us
02:26Babe, enough
02:27Stop
02:28I just keep saying that
02:29No, you're being annoying
02:30Just let me deal with it
02:33David's so mean
02:43She's the host
02:47Sometimes I really feel like
02:48David just wants to exploit me
02:50We'll come back for a little candy
02:51She likes it sweet
02:52If you know what I mean
02:53And just make money off me
02:55What you're doing
02:56Is what you're supposed to do
02:57Exactly
02:59You gotta run a hundred yards
03:00That's it
03:03I'm not sure if he really cares about me
03:05Or if he just sees me as some stupid whore
03:08You can make money off of
03:09This is the face of Swing Fest
03:12The one and only
03:15Mary Carey
03:16You know, Mary Carey is like a fake happy
03:18It's like I'm, you know, just smile for everybody
03:21Because I feel like I have to
03:24I'm definitely happiest when I'm Mary Ellen
03:26Swing Fest that way
03:31You can do the challenge of the G-Man
03:33And Mary Carey is nice
03:35Hey, Mary
03:36What's up, girl?
03:37Hey, do you want a drink?
03:38No, I'm actually sober
03:38I'm actually 17 days sober
03:40I want to stay sober
03:41But this is definitely a challenge
03:44It was vodka, Red Bull, maybe
03:46You know, it's hard, too
03:48Because David's drinking
03:49If he was really wanting to be supportive
03:51He would be staying sober with me
03:53I need a vodka and Red Bull
03:56Without us ordering it
03:58From the waiters
03:58Just bring it to the table
04:00I know
04:07Somebody's going to come up to you
04:08And bring you a drink
04:09What?
04:10When it comes, you'll know what it is
04:12I'm not going to do that, David
04:13No vodka, no
04:14No vodka, no
04:17When I finish this process
04:19And become sober
04:20I don't even know
04:21If I want to hang out with David anymore
04:26I was really upset
04:27When I left Swingfest
04:28Because I switched my flight
04:30To leave as early as possible
04:31And David wanted to stay
04:33The extra day longer
04:34At this time, we'll continue
04:35With our ghost card holders
04:36I don't know how much
04:38I trust David
04:39I know he was at a swinger's party
04:41And, you know, he's probably drunk
04:42But, you know, he was just a gross
05:01Fake
05:01You all right?
05:04Nah, I'm...
05:05David'
05:06You're fine What
05:07happened? mountain
05:09trippy I
05:09mean
05:38mean
05:40I want you to be my agent, that's it.
05:42Show them some maturity.
05:44Show them your age.
05:46That's a good point.
05:48Because obviously, if you like someone, you cry.
05:51Don't cry.
05:53Laugh.
05:56This is true.
05:57I think it would work out much better that way.
06:11After a night of reflecting on her unhealthy relationship with her boyfriend, David Weintraub,
06:16Mary finally found the courage to take a critical step towards claiming her sobriety.
06:21Hey, David.
06:23You know, everyone in the house is right about you.
06:25The way you talk to me is totally wrong.
06:27The way you've treated Seth is wrong.
06:29And I just really think that I want to keep it strictly business.
06:34And I really don't want to keep it business, except for the fact that we have the book deal.
06:38Yeah, I got a f***ing 12-year-old, f***.
06:42He hung up on me.
06:44What a surprise, David.
06:45He hung up on me.
06:47Breaking up with David is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do.
06:51But it made me realize how much I value the friendships and support that I have found with my new
06:55fellow roommates.
07:08Since Andy's arrival, he's had a stabilizing influence on the house.
07:11However, he has suffered with his addiction for many years.
07:15And it's been at the core of his belligerent behavior that not only cost him a great deal of public
07:20humiliation.
07:21Back to the valley!
07:23But also destroyed many of his closest relationships.
07:27I wanted to have him sit down with renowned psychiatrist Dr. Charles Sophie to help him address these issues.
07:32Hi, Dr. Sophie.
07:34Andy?
07:34Hello.
07:35How are you?
07:35Nice to meet you.
07:36Have a seat.
07:37Make yourself comfortable.
07:38Thank you so much.
07:38So we were going to meet today as an initial meeting to kind of get some kind of plan to
07:42move forward.
07:43So tell me, when you were using, what was your drug of choice beer?
07:49A lot?
07:49A lot of beer.
07:51Regularly?
07:52Every day.
07:53Any criminal history?
07:56A little bit.
07:57What's that mean?
07:58Well, just a little bit.
07:59I've been arrested a couple times and, you know, I crashed my car and got a DUI.
08:04We went to jail for that.
08:06Tell me, what was it like growing up?
08:08My dad was in the Navy, so he just physically wasn't there.
08:12And my mom was drinking a lot, so she wasn't there.
08:14You know, look at that.
08:16But they were great.
08:17My mom had dinner on the table all the time.
08:19Did you just hear yourself?
08:21Oh.
08:21My dad was never there.
08:22My mom was drunk.
08:24They were great, though.
08:25Well, they were.
08:26That's all I knew.
08:28Yeah, I understand that.
08:29But that doesn't mean they're bad.
08:31But that does mean that maybe you didn't get parenting.
08:34Yeah.
08:34I don't think I got much parenting.
08:36And I think that there's a lot of stuff in there to trigger anybody.
08:40How old do you think you are emotionally?
08:45I might be 12.
08:48Are you afraid to grow up?
08:51I'm not afraid.
08:52I just, I kind of don't want to.
08:56So tell me, do you like yourself?
09:00Yeah, sometimes.
09:01There's a lot of things about my past that I don't like.
09:07I would love to redo chunks of my life.
09:13Go back and just redo it.
09:14Do it right.
09:15Well, you know, you have the opportunity to do somewhat of that.
09:19Kind of going out and making your amends.
09:22And repairing the people that, you know, got trampled on in the meantime.
09:27Yeah.
09:28Because if you don't, that's what triggers you to drink.
09:31Okay.
09:33That's our plan.
09:35Yeah.
09:35Okay.
09:36All right.
09:38Nice to meet you.
09:39Nice to meet you.
09:39Thank you again.
09:39Thank you, sir.
09:48My drinking has destroyed a lot of my closest relationships.
09:54And right now I'm going to sit down with a very close friend of mine, Lo Collins, who I have
09:59hurt.
10:00She has been in the trenches with me.
10:03Hardcore.
10:04With drinking and drugging.
10:07Then she stopped.
10:09I don't know if she's comfortable talking about her stuff, but we'll find out.
10:18Oh.
10:19Oh.
10:20Did I scare you?
10:22I'm sorry.
10:24You did scare me.
10:25Hi, baby.
10:26Hi.
10:26Hi.
10:29Thanks for meeting me.
10:31Aw.
10:33Are you losing weight, Danny?
10:34No.
10:35You're just always skinny.
10:37Thanks for meeting me.
10:39Well, I wanted to see you because I'm still living up in the house and I can't really go out.
10:44But I wanted to apologize.
10:51And you know what?
10:53I'm sure there's a million things to apologize for.
10:56I'm glad you asked.
10:57Here's my list.
11:00The scroll.
11:01Yeah, I was gonna ask you because most of the time I was so drunk I don't even remember.
11:05Let me hit the ones that I remember.
11:07Okay.
11:08I remember you were on stage at one of the comedy clubs and I was out of my mind.
11:14You ruined my set.
11:16You ruined my set.
11:16Yeah.
11:17I apologize for that.
11:18As per usual, Andy Dick, you had to make it about you.
11:24But not, not anymore.
11:27I'm not drinking.
11:28We'll see.
11:31Do you remember having a conversation with my ex-husband?
11:37Oh, my God.
11:41That was horrible.
11:43Now.
11:44I'm divorced now.
11:45I should make a mess to him.
11:47That was really painful for him.
11:53For God.
11:54That was really bad.
11:56That was a big one.
11:58It really is.
12:00I was trying to help.
12:03But I was sick and I was, you know, there was a lot of stuff going on if you remember.
12:11That's why I called you.
12:13You're really one of my only friends I have left.
12:16You understand, you know?
12:18But all my other friends, I really lost.
12:22I really almost killed them.
12:24Killed them.
12:27Yeah.
12:27You're one of my only friends.
12:34That was very good for me to do.
12:35But I need to do that hundreds of times over with a lot of different people.
12:46Coming up.
12:47This is a.
12:55For every patient, relapsing brings with it additional problems and stress.
13:00Unfortunately for Steven, his last relapse precipitated legal consequences as well.
13:05You still smell it?
13:07Still completely chaked with heroin.
13:21Well, I'm getting ready to go to court.
13:24Take care of business that I brought upon myself that I need to take care of so I can move
13:30on to the future.
13:32And the only way to do that is to show up.
13:36And that, and I don't want Dog the bounty hunter coming looking for me.
13:41Steven Adler seems to be doing better since his last relapse.
13:46All right.
13:47That's respectable, huh?
13:49However, as a result of his actions, he's had to hire a lawyer and now must appear in court.
14:02This is a simple, we call a pretty basic drug possession charge.
14:08The only difference is that it's heroin.
14:13Which carries probably the most stringent penalties of all the drugs you could abuse.
14:19That is a bus you never want to be on.
14:22There's two places you don't ever want to be.
14:25And it's in jail and having to have to wear the court.
14:28And the morgue.
14:30There's three places.
14:30And the morgue.
14:31You don't know you're at the morgue.
14:41Good luck.
14:41We'll catch you when you're coming out.
14:43All right.
14:48Okay.
14:49Good luck.
14:50We'll see you when you come out.
15:01How'd it go in there?
15:02It went great.
15:03It went great.
15:04We, uh, we have the matter put over to the 20th of August for arraignment.
15:10How'd you go about this, Stephen?
15:11All right.
15:11Well, listen.
15:12The bottom line is, I made a mistake.
15:15I relapsed.
15:17You gotta pay for your mistakes, you know.
15:19Stephen, any advice?
15:20Have your loved ones videotape you using.
15:26And then watch it when you're sober and see how terrible you look and terrible you act.
15:33And I'm pretty sure that'll help you not want to use any more.
15:38And I'm pretty sure that'll help you not want to use any more.
16:03I'm pretty sure.
16:16I don't know.
16:20I don't know.
16:21I don't know.
16:24I don't know.
16:26I don't know.
16:30That's how beautiful this place is.
16:33How are you doing, Andy?
16:34How are you?
16:36I'm doing a lot better.
16:39Well, I came to address, you know, me coming to your bar.
16:45I think a lot.
16:46You came here, like, right when I opened.
16:49You haven't made it to my new one yet.
16:51What's that?
16:52I'm not telling you.
16:55Well, I want to apologize for the way I act when I just drink too much.
17:02Obviously, I'm drinking to the point where I don't know what I'm doing.
17:07And I do something to upset somebody.
17:09And all of a sudden, I'm being escorted out.
17:11I've come to learn to just go along with it.
17:13As soon as I feel somebody grabbing my arm, I'm like, what did I do now?
17:17I don't even fight it.
17:17And I just leave.
17:19I mean, I appreciate you apologizing to me.
17:21I don't enjoy having to tell people to leave.
17:25I specifically don't enjoy seeing people that you need to stop.
17:32You know what I'm saying?
17:33Yeah.
17:33I mean, yes, this is what I do.
17:34And this is where I make my money.
17:36But I'm not here to see people destroy themselves.
17:38I do have vague recollections of you just being really nice to me when I was not in a good
17:46place.
17:47I'm in a sober living right now.
17:50I went to rehab, went into sober living.
17:57So I want to apologize.
18:02Yep.
18:03Yep.
18:03That's very sweet.
18:15Coming up.
18:24With only a few days left until the residents leave the sober house, I'm encouraged by their progress, especially Rodney,
18:31who's steadily becoming more secure in his recovery.
18:34But I fear that if he doesn't find a healthy way to work and live.
18:38How are you feeling?
18:39Feeling good.
18:40Yeah.
18:40He may spiral back into his old ways when he leaves the sober house.
18:44I wanted to meet with him to discuss his plans for the future.
18:48My brother just started a job today.
18:50He just started the construction job.
18:53Yes, the construction.
18:55So I'm going to call him so I can find out when I can get started.
18:59Oh, you're going to work for him?
19:00Okay.
19:00Yeah.
19:01So it would fit into your structure here at Sober Living, right?
19:03Yeah.
19:04Oh, yeah.
19:04He'll make sure.
19:05Great.
19:06And what are your challenges right now?
19:08My challenges?
19:10Yeah.
19:11I've been really thinking on really turning the house into a sober living.
19:17Your own home?
19:17Yeah, my home.
19:19Will you have to get rid of some people to do that?
19:21You know, but I don't now.
19:22I don't now because my brother, he's moved on with my aunt.
19:27And so it's just, it's just me and Don there.
19:32And we was thinking about just, you know, getting an apartment somewhere and just, you know, make sure that the
19:37house runs like a productive, sober living house, you know, with the meetings.
19:42Right.
19:42And all.
19:43Great.
19:44That could be nice.
19:46Yeah.
19:47Yeah.
19:47I want to give something back, you know?
19:50Good.
19:51Part of being sober.
19:53Right.
19:54I think you're doing real well.
19:54I think you know you're doing well.
19:55Thanks.
19:57Thanks for everything, Doctor.
19:58Do it again, my friend.
19:59I really appreciate it.
20:08After talking with Dr. Drew about starting my own sober house, I felt pretty motivated about it.
20:13I decided to take a ride out to my house.
20:16I hadn't been back there since I got sober.
20:21But when I walked in, I was absolutely shocked.
20:26Gosh, I couldn't believe that's how I was living my life.
20:39I looked around and it was hard to imagine, you know, my drinking had got me to this place.
20:52For the first time, it hit me that my addiction had robbed me of everything.
21:11Coming back here and seeing my house in this condition is no way I can set up a sober house
21:18here.
21:20This was enough to make me want to start drinking again. I mean, I just wanted to get the hell
21:25out of there, you know?
21:33Life is more exciting, sober. I'm more childlike when I'm sober. I want to go explore and do things.
21:42When I was drinking, I just wanted to sit in my booth at the pizza place and drink my pictures
21:48of beer.
21:49That's all I wanted to do. So boring. My assistant would say, are we going to sit here in the
21:54pizza place again for five hours?
21:57Cooper used to be my assistant and we got sober together. He has remained sober and I remained drunk.
22:08So I need to make an amends to him because I think I made him look bad on a number
22:12of occasions.
22:13Good to see you, buddy.
22:14Hi, buddy.
22:18How are you?
22:21How are you?
22:21What's this?
22:22This is, um, they actually put me in the psych ward.
22:26They were smart.
22:27I drank so much that they tranquilized me in the ass twice.
22:32You would have laughed.
22:34I would have.
22:35You would have laughed.
22:39Well, the reason I wanted to talk to you in person like this is because I want to apologize for
22:44things that I've done to you that weren't cool.
22:47whether it was me yelling at you or whether it's making you look bad because you you invited me to
22:54one of your clubs and then i show up drunk and the thing is the weird thing is that usually
22:59i
23:00was so drunk that i don't even remember and i'm asking you are there things that i need to
23:04apologize for that i'm not even aware of you get up you do stupid and it could quite possibly kill
23:14you there was the time when we were driving back from vegas that i had tried saying and you can't
23:19drink an open beer in the car and pouring it all over me i get out the car you drive
23:24off i was
23:25sitting there at 2 a.m on the side of the 15 in the middle of death valley like okay
23:30what am i
23:31gonna do now and my cell phone was in the car just so you understand that the level of insanity
23:38that
23:38that you went to you know there was the time where we were pulling onto the street and your
23:44foot was out the window i was rolling the windows up and you thought i had tried to trap your
23:49foot
23:49in the window so you started kicking me in the face
23:55i love you buddy and i'm always going to be here
23:59just not when you're acting like
24:01i just want to tell you that i have to apologize for all the crap i put you through but
24:09i'm sick of
24:10it i'm done with it and i ain't going back this is the first time where i have put sobriety
24:16before
24:16anything else career family you friends i just got it too you know if you take this seriously
24:26that's the best amends you can make to any of us who are actually close to you
24:34i want nothing more than for you to succeed i love you
24:41when meeting with andy went great i think he's taking it seriously you know he seemed honest and
24:46it's the first time i've heard him say that he's putting his recovery for anything else in his life and
24:51it means a lot to me uh because he's taking care of himself that's a big thing
24:58coming up today i really
25:04i have grave concerns for nikki who just two days ago was making amazing progress with her music
25:10until she got word of a tragedy surrounding her friends and family to make matters worse today
25:16marks the anniversary of her mother's death it's really hard dealing with the death of my mom
25:21sober you know god works in a serious ways everything hit me all at one time i was
25:29thinking about things and trying not to cry and just normally i would have a few drinks do a little
25:36bit of bloat and i'm the pain i mean just anything to to take it away tonight she must sing
25:43for the
25:43first time at her new job in beverly hills so i wanted to meet with her to be sure she's
25:48not on the
25:48brink of a relapse how are you we're very colorful yeah bright so how are you not very good yeah
26:00did
26:01you wake up feeling bad or did you anticipate feeling bad or were you thinking this would be
26:06easier easier than you thought
26:10i don't know
26:15give me your thoughts now what is all taking you today
26:18well when she was here wish i could just hug her one more time or hear her call me dirty
26:25bitch i don't care you know
26:30it's so hard it was so unfair are you blaming yourself less
26:36i don't know
26:39i just wish i wouldn't have been there partying with her okay fair enough
26:47you need to let yourself off the hook maybe not today but you've got to you've got to forgive
26:53yourself i don't know today i really feel like i need a drink i'm sure
27:01you know you'll be okay i don't know honestly
27:12aren't you going to perform tonight too yeah exactly okay i don't think so you don't think it's
27:17going to be okay it's just not really what i wanted to be doing today what do you want to
27:22do
27:24cry what's a better thing than just crying yeah well i just don't know if i'm gonna make it through
27:30inconsolable and i'm worried about that you know it's a really deep song about somebody that just
27:39passed away and you know i can't imagine her life my life without you kind of song
27:45i just don't know if i'll be able to make it through this song if you're not if you're not
27:49moving
27:50forward in recovery i am yes you are yes you are no no no nikki i'm very pleased with how
27:57you're doing
27:57very very pleased and you're tolerating today you have been doing very well i think i think that's
28:03just because that's me like i'm tired of trying to be the other person the hostile aggressive person
28:13right well that the rock star this one yeah no i have to figure out a way to you know
28:22be that crazy
28:23rock star on stage without drugs and alcohol like i have to totally turn it around and find a new
28:29way
28:29to do that and i think that that person is almost gone like the bad one and that more of
28:38me is coming
28:40out and i'm more positive and i'm more um sweet and sensitive and can you draw the two together a
28:48little
28:48bit i have to find a new way to do that i believe you will
29:07ever since steven's court appearance he seems to have had a shift in attitude
29:12not only has he become very lethargic but he appears to have adopted an aggressive attitude
29:19just a week ago he offered to help nikki with her music so steven i needed to ask you if
29:25we like
29:26put this whole band together will you drum yeah yeah please awesome really come on that'd be cool
29:32but now just hours from her big performance he's having second thoughts you okay yeah i got the
29:40naked center to do the nikki thing too yeah i don't know tonight yeah it's one song it's the one
29:46you
29:47recorded yeah i don't know i don't know what you're doing she doesn't need me necessarily well she wants
29:54you there yeah i know she doesn't receive what i i i i think about what i'm supposed to do
30:00this
30:00what i don't do is one show that we don't even have anything played together i said karaoke
30:08okay you know you guys okay she looks to you don't don't start with that i don't work to nobody

30:16nobody looking at me all right don't give me that try to make me feel guilty routine it doesn't work
30:21on me it's chuck that's not that's right and chuck is trying to make me feel guilty over here and
30:26it
30:26sounds crazy you can listen to the songs listen to it i'm playing it i'm totally different okay don't
30:34tell me about how to run my job i'm not telling you how to run your job don't tell me
30:38how to just do
30:39this i can do that i know what i can do i'm just giving you i know what i want
30:43to do i'm just telling
30:45you because you don't let anybody talk i i i'm talking because other people are telling me what to do
30:58but nobody's disagreeing with you buddy it seems like you are no i'm not i'm just my job is to
31:04give

31:41tonight i'm so excited to see you perform and then after that i got to perform and i'm a little
31:47bit
31:47nervous i don't know that i'll be able to make it through inconsolable this is a really important
32:01night for nikki and when i heard that stephen wasn't going to perform with her i wanted to see
32:05what was up with him are you going to perform tonight i guess i'm sure i don't want me to
32:12yeah they'd love you too
32:23i think that nikki just goes ahead of the table
32:29nikki why is this a special place what's magic here this particular location was the
32:35first time my mom had ever had pf tangs and it was while i was on american idol and she
32:41just raved
32:41about it so this particular location is in the middle this is the place this is the one i didn't

33:03high today how i can really tell us he's getting so irritable yeah and because he wants to be home
33:10he looks not himself again and i'm concerned for him i'm concerned he might be getting high or he's
33:16going to get something yeah he might just be going for a really tough time okay that makes you look
33:22really high you know there's a lot of drama and he doesn't like it yeah it's eight o'clock you're
33:28supposed to be on at eight o'clock i know the worst thing that could happen in my performance tonight
33:34was that i cry through inconsolable and i just can't do it there's just so much going on for me
33:41right now that i honestly can't believe i'm still sober i'm really nervous it's my first time performing
33:48sober really so it's um definitely going to be a new experience for me it's also um the anniversary

35:26this song is
35:36me
35:37Stay with me.
35:39Can you hear me?
35:49I can't go on.
35:53Pretending everything's gonna be the way it was.
35:58Can you hear me?
36:04I am inconsolable.
36:19It was really good just to be able to finally let go.
36:22I think I was afraid to show any kind of emotion
36:25because I was afraid that I was gonna break down and cry.
36:28And so to know that I can make it through it sober,
36:31I know my mom would be proud.
36:33It felt like I was honoring her memory.
36:43Coming up.
36:52My hope is that Nikki's performance has inspired the others
36:55to realize they can have similar triumphs in their own lives.
36:59Unfortunately, the group is now faced with the painful possibility
37:03that Steven Adler may have relapsed yet again.
37:07This is the latest you stayed up, Nikki, I think.
37:10Did you have fun?
37:12Yeah.
37:13I got to as you were saying.
37:15Steven did a good job, but he seemed a little wasted.
37:18He was falling high at my show.
37:21Oh, my gosh.
37:23Oh, I really hope he's not using.
37:25He's been high for so many years.
37:28That's crazy.
37:29And his, I mean, he's just so f***ed up.
37:33But you guys had him sober in rehab for the full time, right?
37:36He didn't do any drugs again.
37:37I'm like, now I know nothing.
37:39Do you think he ever smoked before process group?
37:42What does he keep getting all the drugs from?
37:44You know what?
37:45He was probably getting the drugs when he kept leaving the house a lot lately.
37:49Maybe, like, he was walking away and going outside
37:51and going to smoke a cigarette or something
37:52and having someone eat him.
37:54I mean, it's not hard.
37:55Drug addicts are smart when they want to get their drugs.
37:58You guys, I just got to go test him.
38:08Steven, I need you to do a pee test for me, honey.
38:26There's a female.
38:28I see it.
38:30To see a female.
38:33Is he high?
38:43Next, on the season finale of Sober House.
38:45The bail rules have been, you are to remain in treatment.
38:49You know what Steve is doing?
38:50I'm going, I got f***ed in this crap.
38:52Steve, Steve, don't walk out.
38:54Steven.
38:55Are you going to handcuff me?
38:56F***.
38:56And arrest me now.
38:57Just take me f***ing there.
38:58Go ahead.
38:59Go ahead.
38:59Arrest me now.
39:01Are there things you want to tell Lucas about how you've been as a father?
39:04I wanted to just apologize.
39:07It felt a little empty to me, I've got to be honest with you.
39:09I mean, you're talking about this young man's entire life with his father.
39:12And it's not, oh, I'm sorry.
39:15Did I tell you I found a cute apartment today?
39:16No, you didn't.
39:17Oh.
39:18It's a sublet and, you know, it has everything.
39:22I love you.
