00:19where heavy rains continues to fall in the Guangxinzhuang Autonomous Region.
00:25Here, the authorities have issued a Level 4 Flood Alert due to severe storms and flooding that have caused significant
00:35damage in several cities.
00:37The rainfall, which intensifies in recent days with extreme accumulation in some areas,
00:45has left street completely flooded, homes underwater and hundreds of people evacuated in ongoing emergency operation.
00:54In cities like Guangzhou, one of the hardest hits, rescue teams of the armed police and firefighters continue working with
01:05floatable boats
01:06to evacuate residents trapped by the rapid advance of the water levels.
01:13So far, more than 800 people have been bringing to safety.
01:18The Guangxin Meteorological Office warns that heavy rains will persist in the Wednesday, today,
