02:51So, I've come down here for many, many, many years.

03:13And Bonaire's my favorite.

03:14It's got the shore diving.

04:13I'd like to spend a $1.5 to $2 million.

04:18I'm going to probably have to take out a home equity loan on my current house to get the money

04:22to buy the place down here, and eventually sell the place up in Maryland.

04:27So, are you thinking I'm moving full-time here?

04:29I think it'll be a transition over the next couple of years, but that's the plan overall.

05:24Actually, the neighborhood's really nice.

05:25This is a great place to meet new people, make some friends, and the house is within walking

05:47There's also a lot of beautiful diving as well, and that's what makes it so fun.

05:58I think Bonairean, we have a little more Spanish influence.

06:01Bonaire is really a melting pot of all different types of cultures.

06:04We were initially founded by the Spanish, and now we're part of the Netherlands.

06:09And even the language is very mixed.

06:10Our local language here is Papumentu.

06:12It has a mix of Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, and some English.

06:17We're here at the end of a cul-de-sac.

06:19This is where the house is.

06:20This one is eight years old, but it's been newly renovated.

19:41But the privateness and nobody else comes trucking through your backyard, it's a real big deal.

19:46It makes it almost like a resort-based thing just for me.

19:51There's no bar or restaurant around here.

19:53And it's a long, hey, you want to keep partying?

19:57You think about the fourplex.

19:58The fourplex was like you had bars, restaurants, right there, literally right there.

20:02And it did have the shore diving.

20:03You need to figure out what your priorities are.

20:06Do you want the space and privacy?

20:08Or do you want something that's more social, not as private, and definitely not as much space?

20:13Well, I know it's more important to me, but, or at least when I visit, I know it's more important

20:18to me.

20:18But I figured out too many to get off of that.

20:20But unfortunately, I think you probably have to make that decision.

20:23Yeah, this could be a lot of money.

20:35Right, I'll pull out there.

20:38Decided to go with 60s house.

20:41Ultimately, the privacy was most important to me.

20:43We negotiated a little bit.

20:44We got the price down to 1.9.

20:46So we get the extra money for the pool, so Jeffrey could be happy.

21:16I'm now diving a couple times a day, doing a night dive.

21:22You get the amazing aquatic life.

21:23It doesn't get much better than this, and I have it in my backyard.

21:27This is totally surreal.

21:28It feels like I'm in another life.

21:30I'm living the dream, truly.
