02:01So this is quietly but quickly developing.

02:07My brother has been coming here for a really long time,

02:10and he owns his own home here,

02:12and he's just been trying to get the whole family

02:14to come over here to Rotan,

02:16and it's finally our turn.

02:21As you know, I have a huge family.

02:23I have six siblings.

02:24I'd love for them to visit here as often as possible,

02:26and so I'd love a house that has five bedrooms.

02:30so maybe the family doesn't visit as often,

02:32but 30-plus people under the same roof.

03:11I love the hustle and bustle of the west end.

03:14Even though I'm like a very social, bubbly person,

03:17when I'm like home, I want it to be my sanctuary.

03:22We also differ on this.

03:23So the way that we view and spend money is very different.

03:27I kind of grew up in a rough childhood.

03:30Six kids, single wide trailer, no money.

03:33I grew up in a completely different, you know, household.

03:42And I'm more like the 2, 2.5.

03:44It's really rare for me to have clients that give me

03:47a million dollar range to play with.

03:50I'm going to have to educate them in terms of

03:52what they can find on the west and the east side

03:54and have them compromise.

04:09I believe that buying this house in Roatan is for us.

04:13It is for the zesty era of Matt and Jenna.

04:17But I really do believe that our family's going to want to come

04:19and be a part of Roatan and be on the beach

04:22and have a free place to stay, if I'm being totally honest.

04:25We're at beautiful Luna Beach.

04:27We're going to see a house that is listed at $1 million.

04:30I know that Jenna wanted to stay a little lower

04:33on the side of the budget, and this one delivers.

04:37I thought since we're in the neighborhood of Luna Beach

04:40that I would show you a house with a lower budget.

04:47This area is between West End and West Bay.

04:50It's still really close to all the amazing amenities

04:53that you can find in West Bay Beach

04:55and in West End Town.

04:57So we're in a very privileged location.

04:59The downside is that it's only three bedrooms,

05:04That's what I'm talking about.

05:05I knew there was a catch.

05:07No pool, but there is a great ocean view.

05:11If I want to go under your budget just to keep you happy, Jenna,

05:15we have to give up some things.

05:17We have to give up bedrooms, give up more square footage.
