06:31all right let's cutting across straight to the updates coming in and this is a warning these visuals that
06:38are coming in are horrific in nature these are the visuals the actual visuals of the stabbing that
06:49happened in Mumbai this is this looks like a CCTV visual over there where on camera you can see
06:57the stabbing of the guards take place now what exactly happened here let's just sort of tell you that in
07:08detail now police have tracked this CCTV footage the man in question has also been arrested within just 90
07:16minutes but all of this unfolded all right quick correction there we are told this is not CCTV somebody has
07:26captured the entire
07:28stabbing on camera and this seems like a camera somebody was watching over this entire incident and has caught it
07:35on camera so
07:37there you go the horror of the Mumbai incident there on Meera road being caught on camera now you actually
07:48see a lot of it there but this is a big disclaimer and warning for anybody watching right now that
07:53these are sensitive visuals now what exactly happened we are told that this man who you see stabbing who's now
08:00under custody studied in the United States until 2019 he later returned to India he was living alone in
08:07in Meera road his landlord his landlord had recently asked him to vacate his flat as well he had also
08:13been teaching chemistry mathematics at coaching centers until just three four months before the incident after which he stopped so
08:22what exactly happened how did this teacher turn into a murderer
08:30what happened how how has this happened that this man mr. Ansari as we know him you see him in
08:38custody over there is seen stabbing two security guards there now there were earlier links being drawn to a bigger
08:48plot but now it's very clear that this is a lone wolf attack meaning and he was also self radicalized
08:55there's no group behind him
08:59so those are the details that we have for you at the moment Devesh Singh joins us for more details
09:05on this Devesh take us through who exactly caught this entire video I'm told it's not CCTV somebody is use
09:13their phones to actually you know capture the entire incident
09:22well the incident has been captured as per police sources it has been captured by a person who was working
09:29on a nearby construction site there are multiple construction sites where the incident has happened and it's a huge complex
09:36so there is another building adjacent which is also under construction there is a worker working over there hearing screams
09:43of the security guards this person is
09:47said to have moved close to the wall and that is when he shot it from upstairs though the video
09:52is not very clear it has been shot from a mobile phone from a second or third story which is
09:59from an adjacent building when the incident was unfolding when the incident was taking place and while this incident happened
10:07this video was also shared with the police
10:10okay it is suspected it is suspected that it could be used as evidence it could further be used as
10:16evidence against the accused but as of now this video has surfaced and it shows that how the incident unfolded
10:24how the security guards had been screaming for help and without any altercation without any issue when there was no
10:34dispute between them
10:35this person this person asks them asks them asks them asks them asks them asks them asks them asks them
10:41to recite Kalma and then stabs them one of them has suffered minor stab wounds but one of them has
10:47suffered grievous injuries and he is recuperating at a multi-speciality hospital nearby luckily the hospital was located nearby and
10:56that is why within the golden hour period this person who had suffered multiple stab wounds
11:02was rushed was rushed to the hospital and was rushed to the hospital and was provided medical treatment and he
11:06was because he reached there in time he is still alive but he is still critical he is still battling
11:11for his life
11:15any idea what the police is saying could be the reason for this attack now the chief minister has come
11:23out to state it very clearly that this is lone wolf there is no terror angle to be associated with
11:29this at all it seems like a case of self-radicalization any idea on the mental state i mean this
11:36man was teaching just three months ago
11:42well india today has accessed the FIR and gone through the complete complaint statement with minute details on exactly what
11:51was the sequence of events that unfolded that night these two watchmen these two security guards one of them is
11:58a guard one of them is a supervisor they were on duty initially this person came to one of the
12:04security guards who's the complainant asked him about if there was a mosque
12:08nearby remember remember again i'm pointing out at this point that zeb ansari had walked just a few feet from
12:15his residence and asked this security guards whether there is a mosque nearby he has been residing in this place
12:23for good five six years and despite that he's asking the security guards whether there is a mosque nearby at
12:304 a.m after that he goes to and when the security guard tells him that there is a mosque
12:35nearby you can go straight and take a ride
12:37he asks him what is the name of the mosque when the guard tells him that he doesn't remember the
12:43name but there is a mosque nearby then he asks him are you a hindu and to which the guard
12:48replied in yes that yes i am a hindu after which he left
12:52this guard then this guard then went to have tea after half an hour he has tea again sees this
12:57person roaming around around the tea stall around a cinema hall which is again located nearby when he comes back
13:03again this person comes back to him charges on him tells him that you are a hindu and again attacks
13:08him this man the security guard
13:11subrotho saying tries to hide inside the security supervisor's cabin that is when this person zeb ansari the accused charges
13:19inside the cabin again attacks the security supervisor and tells him to recite kalma when he is unable to recite
13:27kalma he stabs him grievously again and again there were repeated stabs and that is when this person fled zeb
13:35ansari also left from the spot leaving the two injured person and
13:39other other security guards and other staff then ran to their help they were rushed to the hospital and police
13:45was informed within an hour or so
13:47uh zeb ansari was traced to his residence which is a building located barely 90 feet from
13:53the construction site he had left with a knife that means it was pre-planned he had already he had
13:59clearly planned
13:59this attack he clearly went on to look for but why why you're not getting answers to why he did
14:06that
14:07how come a teacher from who went abroad studied there came back is teaching why did he do it
14:17well sonal there are two things that have come to light in the investigation as of now uh the in
14:25the internet
14:25history of his mobile phone the internet history of his youtube the internet history of his laptop reveals
14:33only one common thing those are propaganda videos of isis syria that he had been watching regularly and
14:40regularly and regularly and regularly and other than that there are incriminating documents there are
14:45incriminating texts that have been found there are propaganda texts of isis that have been found at his
14:52residence that has been seized and these texts also point out that as chief minister of maharashtra
14:58devendra fardavish said it initially preliminary input points out that he could be a self-radicalized
15:05person but the investigation is still on okay and there could be a handler there could be an online
15:11handler who was instructing zeb ansari who was pointing out to zeb ansari to carry out these kind of
15:17attacks he could be a sleeper cell which was activated and then he carried out this
15:22attack to disturb law and order and peace that is in mumbai and the satellite cities of mumbai so
15:27he could have done it with some motive but that is still under investigation primary inputs
15:34preliminary inputs point out that he was following isis propaganda videos but we should leave it there
15:40for the moment thank you so much for uh bringing all those details uh for us so that's the shocking
15:47detail really of teacher one day the next day he's a murderer and he's stabbing people to death is
15:52the most brutal way and that entire incident now on camera
16:01all right bengal's election battleground is now flashing red turning into a direct cop versus
16:08carder confrontation at the center hardline ips officer ajaypal sharma deployed by the election
16:15commission as police observer in the south 24 parganas a sensitive district ahead of the phase two of
16:22polling now at the center of the storm is ajaypal the election commissioner like we said of police
16:28officer in 24 pargana and what do you hear him saying in those uh visuals there we'll just play them
16:34out
16:34for you in a moment as well he's like the singham style officer with the reputation of tough no-nonsense
16:40sort
16:41of policing he's also 2011 batch ips officer from the up card currently serving as an additional cp in
16:49prayagraj handpicked by the election commission for a sensitive district now known for his high risk
16:54operations the swift crackdowns and also dabang image as we are told that's earned him the tag of
17:01up singham now this video went viral and after it went viral explosive rhetoric now pouring in from tmc's
17:10jahangir khan as well with warnings like picture abhi baki hai you started the khelaar and we will finish
17:17it even taking a swipe at the security presence sort of saying rivals are on a high uh because crpf
17:26is
17:27there khan seen as somebody very close to abhishek banerji as well has also issued a chilling threat
17:33claiming that if he steps in even crpf won't hold ground
17:40uh
17:55is
17:56is
17:58is
17:58is
17:58is
18:11all right and the bengal singham cop rao is now a full-blown political slugfest the bjp is now
18:16backing ajay pal sharma as an encounter specialist while the tmc calls him thok do cop
18:23the bjp hails him as a singham of up police and tmc hits back alleging his track record is rather
18:30dark videos have been circulated online claiming of his rather colorful activities earlier has been
18:37quoted no verification there these are claims that have come in from the tmc the bjp insists that law
18:43and order will prevail the tmc claims that he will uh was once booked for criminal conspiracy as well
18:49and while the bjp says that the era of intimidation is over the tmc alleges corrupt political observer
18:54has been handpicked by the election commission a sharp political face-off with a cop now at the
19:00center of the bengal's high-stakes battle
19:13in less than 24 hours voters of bengal will seal the fate of candidates in the fray for the second
19:18phase of assembly elections before voters exercise their franchise the spotlight is on uttar pradesh ips
19:27officer ajay pal sharma handpicked by election commission as the police observer for south 24
19:33parganas while on duty sharma want falta tmc candidate jehangir khan's relatives citing complaints of voter
19:43intimidation
20:00jahangir khan hit back at a public rally jahangir khan won't picture abhi baqi
20:18mera dost
20:20mera dhust
20:20tumra bhaf cho nila gay quieta sierra pfb a poor or a bottle of it cho kinto aster bong
20:29number one to the monarchy the hittadina sierra pavaria
20:33The war of words has ignited a political storm.
20:38The TMC alleges Ajaypal Sharma has been parachuted to influence voters.
21:04S.P. Chief Akhilash Yadav has backed the TMC charge.
21:26Home Minister Amit Shah has assured the voters of Bengal
21:29that central forces will stay in the state for the next 60 days.
21:48The Bengal elections are being held under the supervision
21:51of more than 2 lakhs central security personnel.
21:54The controversy involving Uttar Pradesh police officer
21:58has sharpened the battle lines.
22:02Bureau Report, India Today.
22:08All right, Inderjeet joins us for more perspective on the story.
22:11Inderjeet, now there's a video versus video battle.
22:14One video of the cop that you see on your screen right now.
22:18The TMC has released its own video talking about his rather colorful past.
22:22We have no way to verify that, so we're not playing it just yet.
22:25But if you, beyond just what's happening on this one cop,
22:31as West Bengal actually goes into the second phase of polling tomorrow,
22:37how much is the fear of violence really?
22:41How big is the fear?
22:45Well, every time there's an election in West Bengal, Sonal,
22:49there is always an anticipation of violence.
22:52You know, that has been, unfortunately,
22:55the template of elections in West Bengal in recent past.
22:59However, we've seen that changing slowly.
23:012024 Lok Sabha election onwards and even the first phase of elections
23:05that took place here,
23:07compared to the kind of, you know,
23:10visuals that we're generally used to about West Bengal elections,
23:12we haven't seen that.
23:13Yes, the first phase was, by and large,
23:16extremely peaceful with certain pockets of sporadic incidents of violence.
23:20So, therefore, you know, one could expect that the Election Commission,
23:25and given the kind of record number of central armed paramilitary force
23:30that have been deployed in West Bengal for these two-phase elections,
23:34one expects that no such thing would happen.
23:38You know, there is unprecedented deployment.
23:40There are armored vehicles that have been deployed.
23:42CRPF is doing area domination for the last several days now.
23:46What you've just shown, you know,
23:49this IPS officer from Uttar Pradesh,
23:51he has been brought in specifically to South 24 Pargana
23:55and Diamond Harbour at that.
23:57Diamond Harbour, you would know, is the Lok Sabha constituency,
24:00which is won by Abhishek Banerjee.
24:03It's his bastion.
24:04And in that location, placing this officer,
24:08who also is kind of a viral sensation,
24:10is a big deal on social media,
24:12and, you know, his visuals have now gone viral.
24:15This is also a lot to do with optics.
24:18And the BJP, of course, posting the visual of this very officer
24:22on their social media page,
24:24goes on to show that they want to play that game of optics
24:27ahead of these crucial final phase elections tomorrow.
24:31The Trinamal, of course, hitting back,
24:32saying that if he is a Singham,
24:35then they are no less than Pushpa.
24:38So, you know, a lot of anticipation
24:41as far as this phase is concerned.
24:44We just hope that there is no violence
24:46and given that the task is absolutely cut out.
24:50As long as the politicians can stick to
24:52just the names of movies in their speeches
24:55and there is no violence on the ground,
24:56I think we are okay.
24:58But I want to ask you, Indrajit,
24:59about something that the Home Minister said.
25:01He made a statement yesterday
25:02where he said that CRPF will stay there for 60 days.
25:07That means almost two months.
25:09What's the rationale behind that?
25:14Well, the thought, of course,
25:16is, you know, stems out of the post-poll violence
25:20that Bengal witnessed in 2021.
25:22Not just what the Home Minister said yesterday,
25:25but yesterday the Raj Bhavan,
25:27the governor, has also swung into action
25:29and he has already, he has a helpline in place
25:33and the Raj Bhavan has come out with a statement
25:35saying that that helpline and a team
25:38will be monitoring the situation
25:40and will be operated for one full week
25:43after the election results are announced.
25:47So, 4th of May is when the election results will come out.
25:50This helpline will be operational till 10th of May.
25:53So, full one week after that.
25:55So, yes, given what we have seen in previous years,
25:59especially in 2021,
26:00it's still fresh in our minds.
26:02The election mandate came out,
26:03but so did post-poll violence.
26:06So, one can only hope that that is not repeated
26:09whichsoever party comes to power in Bengal.
26:12All right, Indrajit, we'll leave it there for the moment.
26:14Good luck covering the polling tomorrow.
26:16We'll keep coming back to you
26:17and understand more about how things are actually progressing.
26:20All right, shifting focus now from West Bengal to Uri San.
26:23And this story, this story doesn't just shock you.
26:26It indicts a man, a system and a grief so unseen
26:31that it has become a spectacle about, you know,
26:36just too real, too raw to even digest.
26:41Jitu Munda, a daily wage laborer.
26:44His sister's gone two months now, right?
26:47And all that remains of her is her bones, literally.
26:52And 19,000 rupees sitting locked up inside a bank.
26:56The money she earned by selling her cattle.
26:59The kind of saving that takes years, right?
27:02The kind of system erases in one signature.
27:06But to the system, she didn't exist anymore.
27:09There was no death certificate.
27:10There was no paperwork.
27:11There was no proof.
27:12And thus, no payout.
27:15So what did Jitu do?
27:16Jitu knocked every door.
27:19But none of the doors opened for him.
27:21So in a desperate move,
27:25on a morning that should have never happened,
27:28he went back to where he had buried her.
27:32Dug her through the earth
27:33and carried whatever remained of his sister
27:36on his shoulders
27:38across three kilometers of road
27:41to place her remains,
27:44just bones now,
27:46outside the bank
27:47that held her money.
27:50Mind you, this was not a protest.
27:52This was not done for camera.
27:53It's just been shot by a passerby
27:55who's just wondering
27:56what really is going on over there.
27:58But because he had run out of every other option,
28:02he wasn't making a statement.
28:05He was making the bank look.
28:09The video has gone viral.
28:11The machinery is stirred.
28:13The money has now been released.
28:15But ask yourself,
28:18what kind of system waits for that image
28:21before it moves?
28:25What kind of country makes a brother prove death,
28:28not with documents,
28:29but with remains in his arms?
28:33Now, the relief has come,
28:35but it has come too late
28:37to spare his dignity,
28:39too late to spare his grief,
28:41and far, far too late
28:42to spare him
28:43from becoming a story.
28:55In Odisha,
28:57a story that shocks the conscience
28:59and exposes the brutal edge of poverty
29:02and bureaucracy.
29:08a man dug up his sister's body
29:11two months after her death
29:13and carried her skeletal remains
29:15to a bank
29:16for just 19,000 rupees.
29:24Jitu Munda, a daily wager,
29:27had been trying to access the small savings
29:29his sister left behind,
29:31money earned from selling her cattle,
29:33her last asset.
29:36But without paperwork,
29:38there was no access,
29:40no death certificate,
29:42no withdrawal.
29:45What followed was unthinkable.
29:49Munda exhumed her remains,
29:51walked nearly three kilometers
29:52and placed them outside
29:54the Orisha Gravmir Bank.
29:56A chilling protest
29:57against her system,
29:58he says,
29:59refused to believe him.
30:21After the video
30:22of his desperate protests
30:23went viral,
30:25the administration stepped in.
30:28Officials say,
30:29Munda has now been given
30:3020,000 rupees
30:31as immediate relief
30:33and the bank has released
30:34his sister's savings
30:35over 19,000 rupees
30:37in full.
30:39But even as the money
30:40finally reaches him,
30:43the haunting image remains
30:44of a brother
30:45forced to prove death,
30:47not with papers,
30:49but by carrying it
30:50on his shoulders.
30:51A story that moved the system,
30:54but only after it broke a man.
30:57With Ajainath
30:58in Kyon Jhar,
30:59we are a report,
31:00India Today.
31:09All right,
31:10that bank was
31:11Indian Overseas Bank
31:12and now,
31:12after the video
31:13has gone viral,
31:14everybody has picked it up,
31:15they have released
31:16a statement.
31:17Bank officials,
31:18the statement says,
31:19did not demand
31:20the physical presence
31:21of the deceased customer
31:22for withdrawal.
31:23It says that
31:24an individual,
31:25Jitu Munda,
31:26visited the branch
31:27for the first time,
31:28requesting withdrawal
31:28from an account
31:29held by his sister's name.
31:31The branch manager,
31:32it says,
31:33clearly explained
31:33that in an event
31:34of death,
31:35settlement can only
31:36be processed
31:37upon submission
31:38of valid documents,
31:39including a death certificate.
31:41The individual,
31:42who was in an
31:43inhibited condition,
31:45it goes on to say,
31:47became disruptive
31:48and later returned
31:50with the human remains,
31:51reportedly exhumed,
31:52after being buried
31:53a few days earlier,
31:55placing them
31:56in front of the branch
31:57and claiming it
31:58to be the sister
31:59while demanding withdrawal
32:00from her account.
32:01There is no case
32:02of any harassment.
32:03The bank is also
32:04in continuous coordination
32:05with local authorities
32:06for issuance
32:08of the death certificates.
32:09The claim will be settled
32:10on priority
32:11once the death certificate
32:13is actually submitted.
32:16Our sponsored regional,
32:18rural bank,
32:19Odisha Grameen Bank,
32:20remains committed
32:21to compassionate,
32:23lawful,
32:25transparent service
32:26to all customers.
32:28Words being used
32:29there in the statement
32:30by the bank,
32:31compassionate,
32:32lawful and transparent.
32:35All right,
32:35let's try and understand
32:36what exactly happened there.
32:38My colleague Ajay Naath
32:40joins us on the phone line.
32:42Ajay ji,
32:43bank ne toh keh diya hai ki
32:45inki koi galti nahi hai.
32:46Inno nekse
32:47death certificate maanga.
32:49Munda ji ke paas
32:50death certificate nahi tha.
32:52Toh in cases me
32:54jab death certificate
32:55koi nahi produce kar paata hai.
32:56Kyo ki dekhne se laghi raha hai
32:58that this is
32:58a tribal man,
33:00right?
33:01Uh,
33:02kya karna ho ta hai?
33:04Kya banks ko,
33:05kya local authorities,
33:06DM,
33:08panchayats,
33:08koi intervene nahi kar sakti?
33:09Itna extreme step
33:10kyo lena pada hai?
33:13Or,
33:14take the title of the bank,
33:21kya bank kya,
33:24kya bank,
33:25kya bank,
33:25Why did the bank get the help of the bank?
33:30We are talking about the bank official.
33:35The bank official told me that the bank was given to the bank.
33:41The bank was given to the bank.
33:47But the bank official didn't have the account.
33:50The bank official told me that you have to produce documents.
33:59If you are not alive,
34:03according to the bank,
34:05you have to produce a death certificate.
34:11When the bank has given the rules,
34:16the bank was given to the bank.
34:17After that,
34:19Jitu Mundah has tried.
34:21Jitu Mundah has tried for death certificates.
34:24But Jitu Mundah knows that Jitu Mundah is not so educated.
34:30Jitu Mundah has tried.
34:32But after that,
34:34when Jitu Mundah failed,
34:36then Jitu Mundah has come.
34:38As Jitu Mundah said,
34:39that Jitu Mundah was given to the bank again.
34:41And Jitu Mundah was given to the bank again.
34:45And when Jitu Mundah went to the bank,
34:48the bank official told me that he was intoxicated.
34:52Jitu Mundah was intoxicated.
34:55And when he talked about the bank,
34:57he told me that the bank was given to the bank again.
35:09and he told me that the bank was given.
35:12And he told me that he was not living.
35:13So, Jitu Mundah told me that the bank officially
35:16said that he was not a bank official.
35:17You are not saying that the bank will be told.
35:20We are not sure.
35:23Without account holders,
35:25without account holders,
35:26we will not pay you money.
35:28So, we will not pay you money.
35:30But Jitu Mundah showed this.
35:32Yeah, but Ajay ji,
35:33the responsibilities of the bank is well, right?
35:35The bank should be ensuring that especially people from tribal and rural backgrounds who cannot,
35:41who you don't expect them to be up with their paperwork,
35:44they should be assisting them to ensure that all the paperwork is in place, right?
35:48It can't be left to the person who's put their own money there
35:52and it can't be on them to sort of produce all of those details as well.
35:56But we leave that for the moment.
35:58The statement there coming in from the bank saying that they had simply asked,
36:03they were simply following the bullrook, the rule book there,
36:06which basically meant that he had to produce the death certificate.
36:09But, you know, let's take the story a little forward.
36:11Two cities, one system and two chilling extremes of Indian banking reality.
36:16You saw the story, Narissa.
36:18You saw the story of Jitu Munda, the 19,000 rupees for which he had to get his sister's body
36:25out,
36:27exhumed it and the system didn't move until the images broke the internet.
36:32But what's happening on the other side?
36:34Let's tell you the story of Pune.
36:36Same system, the other end.
36:38Here the problem isn't absence of money, it's the inability to repay.
36:43Recovery agents chasing credit card dues,
36:45allegedly dragging a man onto the street and beat him in public in front of his wife.
36:52Let that sit in for a moment.
36:54You see that visual?
36:56At one end, you must carry the dead to prove that they existed.
36:59On the other, you can be beaten for being too poor to pay back.
37:04This isn't contract for contract's sake.
37:08This is a system sort of revealing its character.
37:13That's the reality of the world that we really live in.
37:17Seven days, that's all it took.
37:21Seven Rajasabha MPs gone.
37:23Murmurs of losing two more in Lok Sabha.
37:26Its founder boycotting a sitting high court judge.
37:30And a party that swept Delhi with 67 seats now asking,
37:34is Sittagraya the only move left?
37:37Think about it.
37:38A party born in a movement that made the broom mean something.
37:43Tonight, its leader has gone back to the first stool of how he felt when he started that movement.
37:52Not a press conference, not a rally, not a legal strategy, but a Satyagraya.
37:57But there are several chapters to why our Madhuni party is looking the way it's looking today.
38:03Let's start with what happened on Sunday.
38:04Kejriwal writes to Justice Swarna Kanta of the Delhi High Court,
38:09not to argue his case, but to say, I will not appear before you anymore.
38:13What is his allegation?
38:14That the judge's children are impaneled as central government council, a conflict of interest.
38:19Reasonable apprehension of bias, according to him.
38:22He asked her to recuse herself.
38:24She refused, calling it a matter of institutional integrity.
38:29So Kejriwal announced total non-cooperation.
38:32Not just him, Sisodia also followed with Inars.
38:36Now, courts don't respond to Satyagraya as they proceed with or without you.
38:39And the consequences aren't political, they're legal, they're serious.
38:43But Kejriwal has made a calculation that the street is now more valuable than the courtroom.
38:50The public sympathy he hopes will come from this is the last currency that he really has.
38:59He made the calculation in the same week his party was coming apart in parliament.
39:05For which, let's go back to Friday, what happened there.
39:08Raghav Chadha, 37, with the party since 2012, walks to a mic and says, plainly,
39:17we and two-third members of Ahmadi party in Rajasabha have decided to merge with the BJP.
39:22Seven MPs out of ten, Sati Malibar Harbajan Singh amongst them.
39:26The trigger, well, we've explained that to you earlier, but just to jog your memory there,
39:30Chadha had been removed as the deputy leader in Rajasabha on the 2nd of April.
39:34He had gone within three weeks of being sidelined.
39:37Bhagwan Spahn flew back from Europe, called them Gaddaars.
39:41By Monday, Rajasabha chairman had accepted the merger.
39:45Up, down to three MPs.
39:48BJP up, 213.
39:52The number that stings the most of Punjab's seven Rajasabha seats,
39:58six are now with the BJP.
40:01Six out of seven from the state that Ahmadi party is in power.
40:06The only state they are in power.
40:09And then came the whispers.
40:11Early this morning, two of Ahmadi party's three remaining Lok Sabha MPs
40:17are in talks with the BJP, apparently.
40:20The party has denied it, you know, outright.
40:24Sanjay Singh said all three MPs are very Punjab, you know,
40:28the stand there is very, very firm.
40:30That denial matters, so does the speed.
40:33You don't hold emergency press conferences to deny things nobody is saying, right?
40:39Three Lok Sabha MPs, that's AAP's entire national footprint.
40:43If two go, the party loses being recognized or a group status in the lower house.
40:49It's just a political blow.
40:51In fact, it's not just a political blow.
40:53It's a structural erasure.
40:55They stop being a party that matters and has a national footprint.
41:02And this week, we thought it started last, over the weekend on Friday, etc.
41:08It's not over yet.
41:09This week didn't cause the crisis.
41:11It sort of revealed itself.
41:13Because let's go back in time.
41:15Let's look at Gujarat 2022.
41:18Ahmadi party's national launch pad.
41:20They won about five seats there out of 182.
41:23The party that can't win Gujarat can't win India, apparently.
41:27And that verdict has not changed.
41:30Because what happened today?
41:3228th of April, 2026, Gujarat has delivered the verdict again.
41:36This time at the grassroot level.
41:39Results are in from the Gujarat local body elections.
41:4315 municipal corporations, 84 municipalities, 34 district panchayats,
41:49about 260 taluka panchayats over there as well.
41:53And nearly 10,000 seats.
41:56Guess where all 15 municipal corporations have voted for?
42:00It's a clean sweep for BJP.
42:03Every single one.
42:06Ahmadi party contested roughly 5,000 seats across all categories.
42:10It won 185.
42:12Even AAP's own Gujarat state organization chief has lost his seat in Surat.
42:16Congress finished a distant second.
42:19The party of record opposition there, Ahmadi party, finished as a footprint at the moment.
42:26But having understood that result that came out today,
42:29let's go back to February of 25 and let's come to Delhi now.
42:33Kejriwal lost his own seats.
42:35The man who had won 67 of the 70 in 2015 couldn't hold his own constituency.
42:40Then came the liquor case.
42:42The arrest, Tihar, bail, back to jail.
42:44Then in February of 26, Rao's Avenue court, discharge case, Rival and 21 others,
42:49the CBI case discredited entirely.
42:52That should have been a reset.
42:55Sriman Pankaj Chaudhary Ji, Jilla Panchaya Daddekshah, Behen Poonam Maurya Ji,
43:06Manj Parupasthit, Kaashi Ki Mahila Parshat,
43:11Aur Grama, Garaminder, Anjajan, Jayan, and Anjajan, Jannya Pratine Degan.
43:18And the people of color because they haven't done so much for me.
43:21My parents, babies, babies and babies.
43:26They could do so much for their service.
