40:58that you know opposition parties opposition leaders are gallivanting have they having iftar party shows
41:03that the situation is not so bad having said that you know many of the opposition leaders whether in
41:07karnataka or in you know samajwadi party leaders in uttar pradesh have been caught holding cylinders
41:14ideally they should have been sacked by the by their respective parties by now i can reassure you that
41:20you know barring the supply side you know backlog which we had experienced in the initial days
41:25and the backlogging which we are experiencing now the situation would be under fully under control in
41:30the next three to four days okay but you know dr toheen sinha the fact is gallivanting on iftar parties
