00:06Our heart is broken for our sister.
00:09Alexis really wanted to make it to the top of this competition.
00:12Unfortunately, I feel like this was her time.
00:15Wishes come true, not free.
00:18You're my sisters, always.
00:20Alexis, we love you.
00:21We love you so much, girl.
00:23We love you, sis.
00:24It feels bad coming to the top for just having lip sync for my life.
00:28So whatever the next challenge is, I need to rock the shit out of it.
00:34Congratulations to Ms. Shea Kuday!
00:37I won four challenges now, so come on, Mamoru.
00:42Hand it on over.
00:44I will say I thought this was going to be my week because I actually did have a rainbow look.
00:52Shea might have won this challenge, but I will get that crown.
00:57We are the top four.
00:59You guys!
01:01Can I just say this is the top four that I really wished for?
01:07Bitch, please.
01:08Don't get me wrong.
01:09I love these other girls, but I want to make it in the top three.
01:13Somebody needs to go.
01:14It ain't me.
01:15Enough talking about it.
01:16Let's get done, honey.
01:18These girls are major, and all of us are hungry for that crown.
01:23So I may have to resort to other memes.
01:26I don't know what that means.
01:28That sounds shady.
01:30It did sound a little fight-hardy.
01:33It did.
01:39The winner of RuPaul's Drag Race receives a one-year supply of Anastasia Beverly Hills Cosmetics
01:44and a cash prize of $100,000.
01:47The winner of RuPaul's Drag Race receives a one-year supply of Anastasia Beverly Hills Cosmetics
01:58It looks like we have a sickening top four.
02:01I'm really excited about it.
02:04How do you all feel going into this final challenge?
02:07Yeah, me too.
02:09Can we all do a peppermint scream together?
02:11Yes.
02:11One, two, three.
02:18Hello, hello, hello.
02:19Oh, yes.
02:24Condragulations, final four.
02:26Yes.
02:27This is your last chance to prove to RuPaul that you're top three material.
02:31To help you stretch your charisma, uniqueness, nerve, and talent, you'll be working with the
02:36incredible Todrick Hall.
02:38Yes.
02:40He's back.
02:41Yes.
02:43And he's not pussyfooting around.
02:45First, each of you needs to write and record an original verse for the sickening season nine
02:51remix of RuPaul's Category E.
02:54Oh.
02:56Then, you'll put on your dancing shoes and learn some killer choreography.
03:01Oh.
03:02And tomorrow, on the main stage, you'll be making your all singing, all dancing category is
03:08world debut.
03:11Wow.
03:12But you'll have one more shot to really impress Mama Ru when you guest on her critically acclaimed
03:18podcast, RuPaul, what's the tea with Michelle this eye?
03:23Hi.
03:24Hashtag, are you top three?
03:27Get it?
03:27Are you?
03:28Ru?
03:29Hi.
03:31As we've seen this season, anything can happen.
03:34So, don't fuck it up.
03:36Bye, Zs.
03:37Bye.
03:41Has anyone done this before?
03:43I actually have an album out on iTunes.
03:47Ooh.
03:48What are you ladies thinking of doing?
03:49Singing or rapping or like a spoken word?
03:51I think I'm going to rap.
03:53Mine is definitely spoken word.
03:54I don't know how to rap.
03:56Well, I can't sing, so I don't really know what you're going to call this.
04:01Barnyard noises?
04:02Ah!
04:04No, ma'am.
04:05Don't try it, bitch.
04:07We have to rap, dance, write.
04:10Trinity can't do any of those things.
04:12Trinity, you in danger, girl.
04:17Well, ladies, wish me luck.
04:19Good luck.
04:19Good luck, darling.
04:20Good luck, girl.
04:23Hi, Shay.
04:24Hey, Todrick.
04:25So, it's time for me to record my verse to Rue's single, Category Is, with Todrick Hall.
04:29This is Vonalore.
04:31Vonalore, hi.
04:31He is Rue's producer.
04:33He actually produced the track to Category Is.
04:35Okay.
04:36This is the real deal.
04:38People will be hearing this shit.
04:40I have to nail this.
04:41Okay, let's hear what you got.
04:43Because I want it, I get it, and girl, I'm ready to show them how these bitches, I own them,
04:46I guess.
04:47Just take a deep breath and make sure you get every single word in.
04:50I wrote some really fast lyrics, you know, a la Twista.
04:53Like, I'm trying to spit that shit, like, so fast so that they know that, hey, this girl got ganged.
05:00Because I want it, I get it, and came up to here and did it, and girl, I'm ready to
05:02show them how these bitches, I own them, got that supermodel switch.
05:05Okay, cut.
05:07Just try to get me more diction.
05:08Okay, I'll eat it up.
05:09All right, play the track.
05:10Come on, Mama Rue, give the queen her crown.
05:12I approve this message, and all I'm going to say is some shake Kool-Aid, and I always...
05:16Great.
05:17I got chills.
05:18You're just a badass bitch.
05:22Hi.
05:23Hello, ladies.
05:24Hi, that's a man.
05:25I used to watch The RuPaul Show with Michelle and Ru, and here I am, a guest, on their podcast,
05:32It's a Dream Come True.
05:33You made it all the way to top four.
05:35You know, for us, we see the girls year after year, and I think the biggest challenge is for them
05:41to get past their conception of themselves.
05:44Have you been able to do that?
05:46Yes.
05:47Before the competition, I really had a hard time balancing kind of my day life and my night life.
05:53Because I know that you have revealed that you are trans, you're a trans woman.
05:57Is that what we're talking about?
05:58Is that what...
05:58Yes.
06:00I mean, a really well-known and respected queen back in New York said,
06:05Oh, you know, are you transitioning?
06:07Because if you are, I'll support you.
06:08But then she immediately said,
06:10But you know you'll never work in the gay community again as a drag queen.
06:12But that's not true.
06:13I see that now, but that scared the shit out of me.
06:16For how long?
06:17Years.
06:18Years?
06:18Until a couple weeks ago.
06:19I still worked, and I still continued my transition, but it made me kind of push them to opposite ends
06:24of the room.
06:25You don't ever need to be one or another.
06:27Nobody has to put anybody in any kind of a box.
06:29I definitely didn't think being a drag queen and a trans woman would ever mix.
06:36And now, after this experience, I know that those two things can coexist if that's who you are.
06:43And that's who I am.
06:46Thank you so much, Peppermint, for being so honest.
06:49You is a marvel.
06:53I'm ready to hear what you got.
06:54Okay.
06:55Playback.
06:55My name is Trinity, and can't you see?
06:57I've got a lot of plastic parts up in me.
06:59The talent I've got, you just can't replace.
07:01Even with injectables in your face, the time has come...
07:03Let's pause.
07:04Let's cut the track.
07:05You gotta take that off, honey.
07:06Get comfortable, because we got a lot of weight to do.
07:09All right.
07:09Performance quality that needs to be.
07:11You're at, like, 35%.
07:14What?
07:15I've got to push more.
07:16I've got a lot of plastic parts up in me.
07:18The talent I've got, you just can't replace.
07:19Even with injectables in your face.
07:21Okay, cut the track.
07:22Okay.
07:23I don't think that you need to take the note.
07:25It's that you need to yell into the microphone.
07:27Relax and just be funny.
07:28Let's do it again.
07:29Crowns and gowns and tiny thongs too.
07:31Other bitches wishing, but you ain't me, boo.
07:33The talent I've got...
07:33Let's do it good again.
07:35Was I off?
07:35You're off, yeah.
07:36Just tap your foot and get that rhythm on fleek, okay?
07:39But you ain't me, boo.
07:40The talent I've got.
07:41Yeah.
07:41Good.
07:41You're saying the talent I've got, honey.
07:43And that line.
07:44Right.
07:45Oh.
07:45Gotta show.
07:46Yeah, show us.
07:46Show us that you got it.
07:47I've got a lot of plastic parts up in me.
07:49Crowns and gowns and tiny thongs too.
07:51Yours ain't me, boo.
07:54I'm freaking out.
07:55I have to get it together.
07:57Or all of this work is going to be for nothing.
08:01Coming up.
08:02One, two, three, four.
08:04Down, down, turn, six.
08:07Oh, my gosh.
08:08Sasha can't dance.
08:09Oh.
08:15Oh, my God, look who's here.
08:17Hello, you beautiful legends.
08:18Hi.
08:19It's time to do the What's the Tea podcast with Rue and Michelle.
08:22I'm really excited to get to spend some time hanging out with them.
08:26When you look at yourself in this competition, what were your missteps?
08:30The biggest was how I tackled 90210.
08:32I thought I could think my way into humor.
08:35Turns out that doesn't work so well.
08:37And what about in life in general?
08:39I think a lot about my relationship with my mom.
08:41She passed away last year.
08:43And I feel like there were a lot of missed opportunities for us to connect.
08:46I'm not sure she ever really got to see the type of drag that I believe in.
08:50But she knew you did drag.
08:51She knew I did drag.
08:52But I could have shared it with her.
08:53Included her.
08:55My mom was always a little bit unsure about why I was doing drag because she didn't see
09:00how it could be a career.
09:02But she was interested, especially in the last couple months of her life.
09:08She wanted nothing more than to see what direction my life was going to take.
09:11And I didn't really open up.
09:14I think all the time about how it must have felt for her feeling like she was going to
09:20miss out on so much.
09:23That loss made me realize the importance of opening up.
09:27My dad has fallen in love with drag.
09:29Papa Velour.
09:30Papa Velour.
09:31That's what people always call him.
09:33Well, thank you, Sasha Velour.
09:36And give my love to your father.
09:38I will.
09:38But before you go, we have a parting gift.
09:41Oh, what is it?
09:42Today's podcast is sponsored by Squatty Potty.
09:45Best poop of your life, kiddo.
09:47Guaranteed.
09:48Thank you so much.
09:49You know, I'll write a whole philosophy piece about it.
09:54Hey, Tadrin.
09:55How are you doing?
09:55I'm doing good, baby.
09:57We're twinning.
09:58Oh.
09:59I love to sing.
10:00I love to rap.
10:01And I love to perform.
10:02And that's exactly what this challenge is.
10:04I'm going to win.
10:06Let's just dive in.
10:07Sugary sweet confection.
10:09Spicy red hot chocolatey.
10:11I'm minty fresh.
10:13Let's do a peppermint.
10:14Because there's nothing worse than messing up a lip sync
10:16than messing up a lip sync that you wrote.
10:19Sugary sweet confection.
10:21Bad for your teeth.
10:22Spicy red hot chocolatey.
10:23I'm minty fresh.
10:24But it ain't for free.
10:25Cut the track.
10:26Whatever you're doing right now, take that and run with it.
10:28Because that is like your personality.
10:30Classy, but I can still take it to the street.
10:31So you know you better never try to come to me.
10:33I love it.
10:34That's it.
10:34Shake a shake a shake.
10:38How are you?
10:39Shake a leg.
10:40Shake a leg.
10:41Now, somebody told me you were teased a lot as a kid.
10:44Yes.
10:44Where we lived was a mostly white neighborhood.
10:47And so I was teased because I was the only black kid.
10:50You know, they'd call me blackie.
10:52And then I would go to church.
10:54And then they would make fun of me because they said I spoke too white.
10:56So I really didn't feel like I belonged much anywhere.
11:00And it really took doing drag to become stronger and more confident.
11:04It's my armor.
11:05When you went to this church, did you get into the spirit of the Lord?
11:08Oh, girl, yeah.
11:09I used to shout and I used to fucking jive and throw it all around.
11:12Did you speak in tongues?
11:13Oh, yes.
11:13Boom.
11:14Sha-la-la-la.
11:14Ha-la-la-la.
11:15Ha-la-la-la.
11:15Ha-la-la-la.
11:16Ha-la-la-la.
11:17Ha-la-la-la.
11:18Ha-la-la-la-la.
11:25Ha-la-la-la-la.
11:26I love you with that one.
11:27I know that one.
11:28That was at my church.
11:29Yes.
11:30I love it.
11:30Yes.
11:32Hey, listen, we actually have a parting gift for you.
11:35It's going to be your very own.
11:36Oh, my God.
11:38Shut up.
11:38Yes.
11:39The squatty potty.
11:39Yes.
11:40As for you, hope in good health.
11:42Thank you, guys.
11:43Bye.
11:44Bye.
11:45That bitch knew what squatty potty was.
11:47Hell, yes.
11:48Squatty potty ain't no joke.
11:49I love it.
11:50A thinking queen speaks to the heart.
11:52She's stranger than fiction, better than art.
11:53I'm more true than real.
11:57I'm a magical bitch, darling.
11:59That's how I feel.
12:01Okay.
12:02I am just going to be real with you.
12:04I'm not all the way sold on this.
12:06For somebody who's coming up for the finale of RuPaul's Drag Race,
12:09it just doesn't seem powerful.
12:11You're a drag queen, and you know what I mean?
12:12I feel like it needs to be.
12:13But I'm this kind of drag queen, Toddrick.
12:16I'm not saying you need to be, like,
12:17popping your tongue and giving us Alyssa Edwards.
12:19But right now, it just sounds like you're saying lines into a voicemail.
12:23Oh, God.
12:24It's important to show Toddrick I can be a star and still be myself.
12:29Play the track.
12:30Bright-eyed and bushy-browed,
12:32be the strange you wish to see in the world.
12:35Sasha Velour relies on brains.
12:37Beauty be damned, let monsters reign.
12:39I'm a magical bitch, darling.
12:40That's how I feel.
12:42Awesome.
12:43How'd you feel about that?
12:44Better.
12:45You were right.
12:47Now, you're from Birmingham, Alabama,
12:49and you were raised by your grandparents.
12:51I was.
12:52What do they think about you as a showgirl?
12:56I never told my grandfather,
12:59although I think he probably found a couple of wigs under a towel once
13:02and didn't say nothing.
13:03Uh-huh, uh-huh.
13:04Now, my grandmother,
13:05she had a really hard time with me being gay,
13:09and towards the end,
13:10we had a big falling out,
13:12even though I was taking care of her.
13:15Was the falling out over your homosexuality?
13:17It was.
13:17Or the drag?
13:18It was over me being gay.
13:20We got into a really big fight before she passed,
13:22and I told her that I hated her.
13:23I didn't mean that,
13:24but it's something that haunts me, like, still today.
13:26Like, I just wish that wouldn't have been, like,
13:28one of the last things that I told her.
13:29Right.
13:31I don't know.
13:32I just...
13:34There's a lot about the last few months of her life
13:37that I just don't have closure with.
13:41Like, I just...
13:42I wish there would have been more conversations.
13:43I wish there would have been more time.
13:45I can't go back and be like,
13:47I'm sorry that I said that,
13:48because she's not here.
13:49Yeah.
13:49My guess is that if she were here,
13:51she would forgive you.
13:53I hope so.
13:54No, she would definitely forgive you.
13:56She would say,
13:57I am so proud of my baby.
13:58She sounds just like that.
14:01I didn't want her to ever think
14:02that I really didn't love her,
14:05because I do.
14:06She was the best parent I could have ever had.
14:12Here are my queens.
14:13How y'all doing?
14:15Good work earlier today,
14:16but the challenge is just about
14:18to really get started right now.
14:19It's time to learn your choreography
14:21for the performance tomorrow.
14:22My goal is to challenge every single person
14:25based on their own skill set.
14:27I really want to push them,
14:28because that's what this competition is about.
14:30Let's go, Peppermint.
14:31You ready?
14:31All right, baby, I'm ready.
14:32So I want to see if you can sit like this,
14:35so they can go like that.
14:36This performance determines the top three.
14:38I cannot afford to drop the ball on this one.
14:42Bring it to the runway.
14:43Left, right, left.
14:45Let's do this.
14:46Let's try that from the top.
14:47Five, six, seven, walk.
14:51Bring Keith.
14:54Put her down.
14:56Left, right, left.
14:57Right, left.
14:58Awesome.
14:59Cool.
15:01Next up, Sasha.
15:03Okay, can you just do fast walks?
15:06Boom.
15:06And then walk, walk.
15:08Five, six, seven, walk.
15:12Can we try it?
15:13Sure.
15:14What is Tadrick thinking?
15:16Sasha can't dance.
15:17One, two, three, four.
15:19Down, down, turn.
15:20Six, seven.
15:23Oh, my gosh.
15:24I'm scared.
15:25Me too.
15:27Boom.
15:28This should be fast.
15:30I'll do my best.
15:31Sorry.
15:31Let's go back.
15:32Five, six, seven, eight.
15:36I'm really, I'm honestly trying my best.
15:38I want to nail it, but I just maybe won't get it, like, immediately.
15:42But do you feel confident that you can do this on stage?
15:43I do feel confident that I can do it.
15:44Because if you don't, you should tell me now.
15:46I feel like I can do it, but it is a huge challenge that I want to rise to.
15:49Good.
15:49I like to hear that.
15:51Girl.
15:52Sasha is up there looking like she's shook.
15:55Coming up.
15:56She's just been up here.
15:57I'm a huge fan.
15:58She's got the real goods.
15:59Oh, no.
16:06All right, let's move on to Trinity.
16:08We're rehearsing our choreography for our main stage performance of Category Is with Todrick Hall.
16:13You ready?
16:13I mean, I'm going to have to be.
16:16I am extremely nervous.
16:18So can you go, what category are we on right now?
16:27What category are we on?
16:29Oh, wait.
16:30Wait.
16:30Yeah, it's in, up.
16:31Okay, so.
16:31What category are we?
16:33What category are we on right now?
16:37What category are we on right now?
16:39What dance move is coming next?
16:42What category are we on right now?
16:44Okay, I can get it, but it's going to take practice.
16:46The problem with Trinity is that her rhythm game is a little delayed.
16:49I feel like I'm always watching her on Skype.
16:51Okay, let's try it with music.
16:53Oh, my gosh.
16:54Okay.
16:55All right, set.
16:56Bring it, Trinity.
17:04Mayday, mayday, mayday, mayday, mayday.
17:05I may not have it right now, but I promise I will have it.
17:07But people have said that before.
17:09If I can't do it, that means, well, girl, I can't dance.
17:11Then you might not be in the top three.
17:14I deserve to make top three.
17:16I've worked my ass off for this.
17:19I've got to figure this out.
17:21Shea Kool-Aid, you ready?
17:22Yeah.
17:24What is this giggle about?
17:25You're throwing some real cut shit out today.
17:30Well, this is season nine.
17:31We've got to step it up.
17:32And I'm going to bring it real hard for you because I know you dance all the time.
17:35Okay?
17:35Can you do, like, a pirouette?
17:37Mm-hmm.
17:38A double pirouette?
17:39Mm-hmm.
17:39Or a triple pirouette?
17:40I can try.
17:41Let's see it.
17:43Work, bitch.
17:44Okay.
17:46One, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight.
17:51How'd you do?
17:52I did well.
17:53She did it.
17:54Damn it.
17:56Shea is going to continue to slay the judges.
18:01Yay for Shea.
18:02Five, six, seven, eight.
18:05Bitch.
18:06Like, I'm going to have to do some showgirl shit, throw some pearls down so she can, like,
18:09fall and bust her face.
18:10Awesome.
18:11All right.
18:11Great job.
18:22All right.
18:35Welcome to the main stage of RuPaul's Drag Race.
18:39Tonight, it's just family.
18:41This week, we challenged our queens to prove they are top three material.
18:45And now, they're ready to kick things off with a world debut of Category Is, with original
18:52material by the recording sensations Peppermint, Sasha, Shea, and Trinity.
18:58Or, as I like to call them, Seduction 2, Electric Boogaloo.
19:04Gentlemen, start your engines, and may the best woman win.
19:10Category Is, Bring It to the Runway.
19:14Category Is, Stars, Statements, and Legends.
19:17Tens, tens, tens across the board.
19:20T.J., start the music.
19:21T.J., and I'm Jory Is.
19:22T.J., sugary, sweet, infection.
19:24Got your teeth, spicy, red-hot, chocolatey.
19:26I'm minty fresh, but it ain't for free.
19:28Legendary queens, I'm NYC.
19:30Sassy, never shady.
19:31Classy, but I can still take her to the streets.
19:33So you know you better never try to come for me.
19:35C-Z-9, out, get it, finish line, no time to wait.
19:38T.J., down, let me read it, go.
19:40And I'm thinking of bitches out like Domino.
19:42South Street brook, Shea turns books.
19:43Trinity crazy, but off the hook.
19:45But the number one queen at P.E.,
19:46because P.E., oh, bitch, you know the rest.
19:49T.J., run, run, run, run.
19:51Runway, bring it to the runway.
19:53Bring it to the runway.
19:54Bring it to the, bring it to the, bring it to the runway.
19:55That's all it is.
19:56Bright-eyed and bushy brow.
19:59Be the strange wish to see in a world.
20:02South of allure relies on brains.
20:04Beauty be damned, let culture drain.
20:06If you want to join the revolution,
20:07innovate, that's my solution.
20:09Clip sounds, fuck with gender.
20:11Bend the rules, don't surrender.
20:12A thinking queen speaks to the heart.
20:14She's stranger than fiction, better than art.
20:15I'm real, I'm more true than real.
20:19I'm a magical bitch, darling.
20:21That's how I feel.
20:31Trinjistic, plastic, injectable realness.
20:34The body is here.
20:36I'm the mothertucker.
20:37What can I say?
20:39There can only be one, and I'm feeling the fantasy.
20:43My name is Trinjy, and can't you see?
20:45I've got a lot of plastic parts up in me.
20:46Crowns and gowns and tiny thongs, too.
20:48Other bitches wishin', but you ain't me, boo.
20:50The talent I've got, you just can't replace.
20:52Even with injectables in your face.
20:53Time has come to 100 years.
20:55You think you're gonna beat me?
20:56Girl, please.
20:57What category are we all right now?
20:58What category are we all right now?
21:00What category are we all right now?
21:02What category is free, it's kind of all it is.
21:04Some like Kool-Aid.
21:05Look at the edges I snatched today.
21:07I see you watchin' how I sashayin' other girls.
21:09Better get out of my way.
21:10Cause I wanna die, get it, and get my finger, and did it.
21:12Girl, I'm ready to show them how these bitches, I own them.
21:13Got that supermodel switch.
21:15Kool-Aid, she a real, real bad bitch.
21:18Let me rock this mic.
21:19Leave them in my desk like Tina did.
21:20I'm sick, you know, and real fierce, too.
21:22Chicago in the house, girl, what you gon' do?
21:24Better shut it down.
21:26I'm a mama-ru, bring the queen her down.
21:27I approve this message, and all I'm gonna say is
21:29some shake Kool-Aid, and I always
21:32Runway, run-run-runway,
21:34bring it to the runway.
21:35Runway, run-run-run-runway.
21:37Bring it to the runway.
21:48Oh my goodness!
21:50Wow!
21:52This is the best season of Dancing with the Stars ever!
21:57Coming up, ladies.
21:59It's time for your Final Four critique.
22:08Category is...
22:09Final four, eleganza, extravaganza.
22:14First up, peppermint.
22:16Well, I declare...
22:18The first lady of drag.
22:20I am giving you ultimate 18th century luxuriousness.
22:25I look gorgeous.
22:26Hell, we can cancel the whole thing and just give me the crown right now.
22:29This god is my witness.
22:31I will never walk this runway again.
22:35Sasha Velour.
22:37Crown never felt this good.
22:39Well, I think she's blooming gorgeous.
22:41This is my pretty in pink, but it has a distinct Velourian twist.
22:46There is a crown, leather gloves, and I'm angry and ferocious and beautiful
22:51and everything at once that defines me.
22:53I own 51% of this kingdom.
22:57Now, I'm going to wash the dishes.
22:59Leave me alone.
22:59Voulez-chez-coulez avec moi.
23:03Vous devez vous slay.
23:05My look is Balmain meets Bob Mackie meets Beyoncé.
23:09It's something that you would see at Madison Square Garden, and I don't doubt that your girl could make it
23:14there.
23:15It's like Beyoncé and a Smurf had a baby.
23:17Smurf-onse.
23:19Now, I love this look, but, and it's a big but.
23:24Trinity Taylor.
23:25Oh, I hate when I fall asleep on the bus.
23:28You know?
23:29Going through this competition, I've claimed to be a pageant girl and yet to give a sickening pageant gown.
23:35So, I am giving them every ounce of Trinity Taylor glamour puss as I can.
23:41Oh, and she's back on the chain gang.
23:44Yes, she is.
23:46Back chain?
23:48That way.
23:50Welcome, my gorgeous, gorgeous girls.
23:53This show is like a GPS system for many of our young viewers as they try to navigate their lives,
24:01which is why I think it's so important to ask you this question.
24:11Peppermint, you've provided us with a childhood photo.
24:15If you could turn back time, what words of wisdom would you share with your four-year-old self?
24:24Despite everything you hear from other people.
24:31Everything you feel, everything you feel on the inside is right.
24:45Please, don't wait.
24:47Don't wait to express it.
24:50Don't wait to express it, because the moment you realize that, everyone else will.
24:57That's beautiful.
25:02Sasha Velour, this is you at five years old.
25:07Now, if you could turn back time, what words of wisdom would you share with little Alexander?
25:13Little Sashinka, you think a lot of negative things about yourself.
25:20That you are strange-looking, too femme, weird.
25:25And I want to tell you that those things are all completely true.
25:31And you need to stop running from them, because those are the things that make you amazing.
25:38And one more thing.
25:39Be good to your mother.
25:42Because there is less time than you would want.
25:45And she deserves to see the beautiful queen that you are.
25:49I'd like to think she's watching you right now.
25:53Thank you, Sasha.
25:55Shea Coulee.
25:57This is you at three years old.
26:01What words of wisdom would you share with little Jaren?
26:04Get your head out of the TV for a second, because I want to tell you, you are loved.
26:09And there are some things that you are going to experience that I wish that I could protect
26:15you from.
26:16But those hardships make you into the individual that's standing here today.
26:20And I want to thank you, even when I didn't think that we could do it.
26:26You did.
26:28And I'm so proud of us.
26:30Thank you, Shea.
26:33Trinity Taylor.
26:37This is you at eight years old.
26:39What words of wisdom would you share with little Jaren?
26:43As you get older, things are going to get really bad for you.
26:55You're going to go through a lot of hardships with your family, and people are going to
26:58die, and they're going to get sick.
27:02But you're going to find something very special that changes your life, and that is drag.
27:08Know that all the things that you've been through in life are going to make you into a very strong
27:12person.
27:16Coming up, one final question.
27:18Why should you, and not one of your fellow queens, be crowned America's next drag superstar?
27:31Ladies, it's time for your final four critique.
27:35Starting with peppermint.
27:36When there are hot, young guys in harnesses dancing, I get distracted.
27:41Look, a bird, abs, yay.
27:42But you kept the focus the entire time.
27:45The lyrics were hilarious, were uniquely you.
27:48You have all the goods, and you delivered.
27:50I think on this journey, as the competition went on, I feel like you've become more and
27:54more of yourself.
27:55And thank you for always coming out with charisma and making us all smile.
28:00What?
28:00She gets no uniqueness, nerve, and talent?
28:02I might be spelling a word here.
28:06Up next, Sasha Velour.
28:09We're going to give you uniqueness, because that is what you are.
28:12And tonight, from the start of the Vincent Price thriller moment, to your lip sync and the
28:16choreography, it was so Sasha.
28:18Throughout your journey, your runway looks have been genius, artistic fashion moments.
28:22You're always innovative.
28:24And you managed to be consistently you, and flexible enough to succeed in this competition.
28:29I've been impressed the entire time.
28:31Up next, Shay Coulay.
28:33Shay, it do take nerve, honey.
28:36I mean, whether it's Grandria Zuckerwomen or Blac Chyna, you always went all the way
28:41with it.
28:42And tonight was no exception.
28:43Your performance felt the most cool.
28:45You really captured what's happening in music right now.
28:47And this look, you're kind of giving us that, like, Beyonce glamour, and you have a sense
28:51of humor.
28:51And I think it's a great package, one that's really hard to beat.
28:55Up next, Trinity Taylor.
28:57My good gay gods, Trinity.
29:00This is my favorite look you've ever turned tonight.
29:03And who knew that Trinity was funny?
29:06The mom in 90210, it was genius.
29:09The nun was unbelievable.
29:10Sister Mary Kunt, I loved it.
29:13Talent, the tea, that's what I'm giving you, Trinity.
29:16Because you have done things in this competition talent-wise you didn't know you had in you.
29:21I'm finally figuring this out.
29:22See, you, and Trinity.
29:24Yay!
29:25I'd like to buy a Val Michelle Vassana.
29:28I told you I had a plane.
29:31One final question.
29:33Why should you, and not one of your fellow queens, be crowned America's Next Drag Superstar?
29:40Starting with Peppermint.
29:41I'd like to take a page from our drag foremothers way back at Stonewall and spread a message
29:47of love and light.
29:48I think we have to connect with our community and people outside of what we would consider
29:54our community.
29:54As America's Next Drag Superstar, it will be important for me to do that.
30:00Thank you, Rue.
30:01Sasha Velour, same question.
30:03The future of drag, to stand up and carry on your legacy, Rue, we have to be able to do
30:09something new.
30:10The new thing is going to seem a little strange and a little weird.
30:13And the new thing is definitely going to walk in with a scream.
30:17And that is me.
30:18Thank you, Sasha.
30:19Shea Coulee.
30:21I committed.
30:22I gave 110%.
30:24And even though I stumbled more than any of my competitors, I succeeded the most.
30:30That is the making of a superstar.
30:32I would want to carry on your legacy and be America's Next Drag Superstar.
30:38Thank you, Shea.
30:40Trinity Taylor.
30:41Out of every contestant I've grown the most, not just as an entertainer, but as a person,
30:47I may have had some downs, but I've tried so hard through everything I've ever done in
30:53my life to make something better for myself.
30:56I've never had stability.
30:58And being the Next Drag Superstar would be a huge weight lifted.
31:02And I deserve it.
31:04Thank you, Trinity.
31:07Thank you, ladies.
31:08And while you untuck backstage, the judges and I will deliberate.
31:13All right, now, just between us four tops, let's talk about the top four.
31:18Peppermint.
31:19Peppermint is a classic.
31:20She hits her marks.
31:21She delivers her moments.
31:23She's a Jane of all trades.
31:25She's got that thing that is so crucial for anybody in show business.
31:30She's got the likability.
31:31And if she won the title, that's going to serve her well.
31:34Sasha Velour.
31:35I'm a huge fan because she dissects drag and then reinvents in her own very artistic way.
31:40Yeah, and we do know what a Sasha look and act will be.
31:44And I liked what she had to say that the drag of the future is not going to be what
31:48we're
31:48used to.
31:48I would love to see what someone like her could do with that crown.
31:51Shea Coulee.
31:53She's a great entertainer.
31:54She's a great dancer.
31:55She's a great actress.
31:56And every look was pretty great on the runway, with the exception of a stumble in the makeover
32:02challenge.
32:03She's just been up here.
32:04She absolutely proved herself every single time.
32:08You should call her the postman of drag.
32:10She delivered.
32:12Trinity Taylor.
32:13When this first started, we just saw a pageant girl.
32:15And as this contest progressed, so did she.
32:18She needed these challenges to say, no, you're actually really funny.
32:21And think about how funny Stanky the Starfish was.
32:23Was amazing.
32:24And tonight, with her dance, she was hilarious.
32:27That's my favorite thing about this competition, when the queens surprise themselves.
32:31I feel like Trinity has made the biggest leap, in my opinion.
32:35I'd love to see her in the top three.
32:37Yeah.
32:37Well, this isn't going to be easy.
32:39Silence!
32:40I made my decision.
32:41Bring back my girls.
32:49Welcome back, ladies.
32:50All season long, you've worked your big old booties off.
32:54And each of you has more than earned your spot on this stage tonight.
33:00The time has come.
33:03We need to lip sync for your life.
33:08Good luck.
33:09And don't fuck it up.
33:27I have to be in the top three.
33:29I brought as much grace and humility as I did talent and personality.
33:34Sounds like America's Next Trend superstar to me.
33:43I am determined to take over the world with my crazy, strange Valorian drag.
33:48And I'm not going to be stopped now.
33:51I have to make it to the top three.
33:53I have to win.
33:55Don't let nobody tell you you ain't beautiful.
33:58I've worked my entire adult life to build the brand of Trinity Taylor.
34:04I deserve to be a Memphis Next Trend superstar.
34:06So I'm coming for that crown, ladies.
34:08Back up.
34:09We will not be taken.
34:10It's about the drive and the nerve and the desire to win.
34:16I'm a total package.
34:17Y'all are placing bets on anybody.
34:19You want to throw $5 down on me.
34:21Big shot, non-stop, cancel out.
34:24You wear it well.
34:25You wear it.
34:26Ooh, ooh, ooh, ooh.
34:28Work it for me.
34:29Work it for me.
34:31You wear it.
34:32You wear it.
34:33You wear it well.
34:39Ladies, I've made my decision.
34:46Tonight, I've decided to eliminate no one.
35:00All four of you are moving forward to the grand finale of RuPaul's Drag Race.
35:08How do you like them apples?
35:09I love them, girl.
35:10They're real sweet.
35:12My top four queens.
35:14The race has never been so close.
35:17And now I want to hear from our super fans.
35:20Who do you think should be crowned America's next drag superstar?
35:24Are you hashtag Team Peppermint?
35:27Hashtag Team Sasha?
35:29Hashtag Team Shea?
35:30Or Hashtag Team Trinity?
35:33Let your voice be heard.
35:35Because Mama Ru will be hashtag listening.
35:38Now, remember, if you can't love yourself, how in the hell are you going to love somebody else?
35:44Can I get an amen up in here?
35:45Amen.
35:46Can I get a whoop whoop?
35:48Can I get a Sheena already in her hair?
35:51Sheena already in her hair.
35:54All right, now let the music play.
35:56All right, now let the music play.
35:56All right, now let the music play.
35:57All right, now let the music play.
35:57All right, now let the music play.
35:57All right, now let the music play.
35:57All right, now let the music play.
