00:00You know, they pushed us out of Virginia.
00:02You know, they burned down our stash house.
00:04But tonight is payback.
00:05This time on the season finale of Moonshiners.
00:09You got my money?
00:12Ain't no money, boss.
00:14Now, you're gonna pay me, buddy, one way or the other.
00:17Oh, we got us a hunk.
00:18That's like three or four pounds right there.
00:21Mark and Huck might have thought they got the best of us
00:23by dumping Road Killer in our last batch of mash.
00:26But guess what?
00:27Mark Rogers gonna pay for what he did.
00:28Why are you running around hanging posters
00:31of me and Jerry all over town?
00:33Because I know you stole my cow.
00:35If I don't get the cow back,
00:37things gonna get a whole lot worse.
00:39We got a problem with our old buddy again,
00:42the thief fake liquor seller.
00:44So what's that got to do with me?
00:46We got a plan to get this thief busted.
00:48What the hell are you guys doing here?
00:50You're fixing to get your f***ing head busted.
00:55This is how we make the moonshine.
01:10Tim, I just can't believe that we're going out here
01:12to deal with the same scumbags
01:13that burned down 1,000 gallons of shine
01:16at our stash house.
01:17I know it don't look right, but right now,
01:19we're getting the shine made that we need.
01:22In Culpeper County, Virginia,
01:24after Tim coerced a hostile group of shiners
01:27to produce a large quantity of moonshine,
01:30he can sell tariff-free to Canada.
01:32His plot to get even with his backwoods rivals
01:35seems to be bearing fruit.
01:40So these are the gentlemen that robbed us
01:42and burned us down.
01:44Yeah.
01:45You know, we're picking up these buckets right now.
01:47You know, these are the guys that, you know,
01:49are trying to run us out of the country.
01:50But right now, we got them working for us.
01:53You know, we're bringing them the grain.
01:54We're bringing them the sugar.
01:56They're making the moonshine for us.
01:59They're glued up.
02:00Yeah.
02:00That's the final run.
02:02You got the money?
02:04We're trying to get this shine to the buyer,
02:06and the buyer's going to pay me,
02:07and then I'll pay y'all.
02:09We're bringing some money.
02:10We're good.
02:10If not, it ain't going to be pretty.
02:12Just letting you know.
02:13You're damn right.
02:14We get paid, you get paid.
02:15That's how it works, ain't it, boy?
02:16So I'm going to see you one more time then.
02:18Huh?
02:19Who the hell is this ghoul?
02:20That's my businessman encounter.
02:24And he found out there's a big market up there.
02:27A hell of a market.
02:28So, you know, we may have to get you
02:29to make some more moonshine.
02:32You know, it's a lot of tension here.
02:35It's a lot of tension because, you know,
02:37they know what they did, and we know what they did,
02:40but I need them to make the moonshine.
02:43We'll sell it when we'll come back.
02:44We always sell our debt.
02:45We're going to sell it when we'll come back.
02:46We just need to get this in the truck tonight.
02:49I got the damn table gig.
02:50Let's get shit on the truck.
02:51Get it on the truck, man.
02:52We done worked all day and all night, man.
02:53We tired, man.
02:54Bring it on.
02:55Bring it on, man.
02:56Tomorrow night, we're going to take
02:58these buckets back to our steel.
03:00We're going to double twist this.
03:01We're going to get it above 150 proof,
03:03get this Canadian order, load the plane.
03:05There you go, boy.
03:07By two days, we're going to be
03:08expecting our money, right?
03:09We'll sell it when we'll come back.
03:15God, that's a lot of it on the back, ain't it?
03:20So much for the break in the weather, Jerry.
03:22I'll tell you what, man.
03:23It's crazy to start out as pretty as it was this morning.
03:25We got to hurry up and get this crap done, man.
03:29In Haywood County, North Carolina,
03:34after rival shiners Mark and Huck sabotaged their last run with roadkill,
03:43Mike and Jerry plotted revenge, but when their faces turned up on a wanted poster,
03:50payback had to wait.
03:51Now, with a bounty on their heads, they've got one chance to finish a $10,000 run and get
03:58out of town for the season.
04:00You know, that reward poster out there floating around with mine and Jerry's pictures on it,
04:04it's got us nervous.
04:05But my childhood home's up for sale in Mississippi,
04:07and I got to come up with $10,000 to put a down payment on it to keep it in
04:10the family.
04:11So me and Jerry come up with a caramel pecan pie recipe.
04:14If done right, it should fetch a premium price.
04:17Got to get her done, pun.
04:18Get her done.
04:19So the first thing we're doing, we're going to chop up the caramel,
04:22heat up the pot of water so that caramel can get melted in there.
04:25We're just going to put piles of caramel in a pot of water
04:28until we think it's sweet enough and flavorful enough
04:31to get the amount of alcohol and the flavor we're looking for to get it sold.
04:34Oh, we got us a hump.
04:36That's like three or four pounds right there.
04:38Yeah.
04:42You know, the most important thing about this whole run is fixing it at premium price.
04:46Ready for this?
04:47Yep.
04:47This stuff's got a work-off grate, run-off grate, and sale grate.
04:53Boy, this stuff is smelling so good.
04:55Kyle, I love it.
04:56Smell that.
04:57Woo!
04:59The caramel is filling the air.
05:01Fall is in the air.
05:03I smell a good pecan pie coming on.
05:05Get her in there, baby.
05:08Woo-hoo-hoo-hoo!
05:09Liquid gold right there.
05:12I think it's a good idea.
05:13We'll go ahead and get them pecans and sprinkle some in there and let them be steeping.
05:17You know, normally we would extract all the oils and stuff from our pecans and infuse it in our final
05:21product.
05:22We don't have time to do all of that right now.
05:24So we're going to just mash them in just like we would any other type of grain.
05:27We're hoping to extract all that good flavor from the pecans to come through that mash and produce a premium
05:33product.
05:35Is it good?
05:36Is it pecaning?
05:37Oh, my God.
05:39Oh, God!
05:40He got a piece of pecan in his mouth.
05:42That is amazing.
05:47You know, once we add that pecan water and taste that mash, oh, my God, did it.
05:50I mean, the flavors are just popping everywhere.
05:52It's like a firecracker in your mouth.
05:53That much closer to success.
05:55That much closer to getting my home place back in Mississippi, brother.
05:59Grab that tart.
06:00You know, this mash smells just like my grandma's hot caramel pecan pie,
06:04but they don't guarantee the mash is going to taste just like that.
06:07You know, I'm hoping that the caramel and the pecan flavors carry through tremendously into our finished product
06:12because we don't have time for a redo.
06:14This is it.
06:15Pecan pie?
06:16Here we come, baby.
06:18Woo!
06:27Man, oh, man.
06:29What are you doing, big dog?
06:30You ain't even going to believe this.
06:32Old boy's definitely not done selling liquor.
06:36In Cock County, Tennessee...
06:38The news is going to come back.
06:40After confirming the rat who turned them into police
06:43is the same man selling cheap industrial alcohol as Backwoods Moonshine.
06:49Made you $100 he sent liquor.
06:51Mark, Digger, and Josh prepare to deliver a dose of centuries-old Backwoods justice.
06:57This boy is stealing this liquor from a chemical plant in a little old small factory.
07:03They make hand sanitizer and parts cleaner.
07:06It's actually his day job where they use this industrial-grade alcohol.
07:10He might not think he's a thief.
07:12He might be thinking he's earning it.
07:13See, now he's stealing it off the hand that feeds him.
07:15Who the hell steals liquor from their work,
07:19sells the liquor, and gets other moonshiners busted?
07:22Sorry, bastard.
07:23Well, he keeps ratting us out.
07:25We've got to do something to stop him.
07:26What are we going to do?
07:27The only real way that we can ensure that he's going to go back
07:31to where he could possibly get caught
07:33is we're going to have to make a big order.
07:37I like it.
07:38I like it a lot.
07:40So if you place an order, how are you going to catch him with it?
07:42And if you catch...
07:43I don't know.
07:44We've got to place a big enough order
07:47that it guarantees that he has to go steal more.
07:50If he gets a big enough order,
07:51he ain't got no choice but to go back to the well.
07:53And that's when we'll spring a trap on him.
07:57I don't know how the hell we place an order with him.
08:00You can't do it, and I can't do it, and you can't do it.
08:02How do we get our first jar of liquor?
08:05Stan.
08:06What are you talking about?
08:08He's the one that actually got us the first jar
08:10of this cheap-ass fake liquor from him.
08:12If we can talk our old buddy Stan,
08:14into going and making a big order with him,
08:16something astronomical where he'll have to go get more liquor.
08:20This is the only way to get us all in the same spot
08:23at the same time, is to get Stan to make an order.
08:26Look at how smart our boy digger is.
08:30Put the thief in jail. I'm down.
08:32You know, Stan's the only natural choice we've got.
08:35He's trusted by this guy.
08:36But all this right now depends 100% on getting Stan on board with this.
08:42I'm good with it if you are.
08:44I don't know what else to do.
08:46We're gonna go see Stan and fill him out and see how he feels
08:50about maybe being a double agent and help us set this rascal up
08:53and put a stop to all this foolishness.
08:56Let's go find Stan.
09:09There you go.
09:10They poured, too.
09:11All right.
09:12Well, they filled them on up, didn't they?
09:14Yeah.
09:15That's a good thing.
09:16We're taking this liquor that we're getting from these other shiners, and we're doing what we call
09:20double twisting, which is basically we're running it again.
09:25What that's doing is taking a lot of the water out of this alcohol and concentrating it more.
09:32All right.
09:33Yep.
09:33We got them.
09:33And the reason we're doing that is to up the proof as high as possible,
09:38because we want to be flying as much actual high-proof alcohol as possible.
09:43Then it can be proofed back down and made into more gallons.
09:47Well, what are you dressed like there, son?
09:49Most of the time, you've got shorts on.
09:51I always rock my shorts, but I am, fresh from Canada, a Canadian tuxedo.
09:56Canadian tuck.
09:57Glad to have you here.
09:58Yeah, I'm glad to be back, man.
09:59I'm okay.
10:00All right.
10:01Let's get it in there and fire it up.
10:02Yeah.
10:03When you go to bumping the proof up as high as we're trying to bump it up here, it gets
10:07very dangerous.
10:08You run the risk of actually blowing your still up because we're concentrating it more.
10:13So we're going to put some water over in our still before we put this alcohol over in it.
10:21There you go.
10:22There you go.
10:22There it is.
10:23There you go.
10:25I think it's good.
10:26You shut it off?
10:27Yeah, I'll shut it off.
10:33All right.
10:33Let's put that lick in there.
10:40You want to light this burner up?
10:42Yeah.
10:43Get the burner going.
10:44That way you can get it hot.
10:45Get it cooking.
10:52There we go.
10:58We can cap her up.
11:01Now what's going to happen when it finally comes time to pay these guys?
11:05I'm not paying them anything.
11:07And you know us, in the outlaw world, we don't pay no taxes in no way.
11:10But you know, when I was in Kentucky, I did have to pay a little for rent.
11:13So when me and Howard was out in Kentucky, we had a little run in with this guy.
11:17You know, it's like a kingpin moonshine out there named John.
11:19So what do we got to do?
11:22I want you guys to run the shine.
11:25Then we can work out some business here.
11:27You can call us home.
11:28That's how we do it here in Kentucky.
11:30For the Kentucky guys, they took 100 gallons for rent.
11:34And I really think me paying that little bit, that kind of got my way in with those guys.
11:39So now that, you know, I got this respect to John and his guys out there in Kentucky,
11:43so I think they understand too, you know.
11:46And when I'm dealing with these rival shiners right here in Virginia,
11:48I think they got my back.
11:50So now I got those guys.
11:52I really think when I call, they'll come.
11:54It's a plan.
11:55It's a good plan.
11:56I like it.
11:58We got liquor, boys.
12:01All right.
12:02All right.
12:02About time.
12:04What's it taste like?
12:05What's it taste like?
12:10I ain't hit you.
12:11You got that, brother.
12:12I don't know.
12:13Let's see what it looks like.
12:16You're a dog that size.
12:18Huh?
12:18I don't even quite know how to read that.
12:20It's hot.
12:21You got to hold your breath to drink it.
12:24Yeah.
12:24Yeah.
12:26Mmm.
12:31It's smooth, but man, it's got a bite to it.
12:33I can't hear it.
12:34It's burning my hand through that jar.
12:36Oh, please.
12:37Please.
12:39Right through the jar.
12:40You know, this moonshine that's coming out of the steel.
12:42I mean, all of it is easy over 150, 160 proof.
12:47I mean, that's what we need.
12:48That's what we want.
12:49That's fireproof.
12:51I think we both got it, y'all.
13:01It smells like pecan pie, don't it?
13:04It does smell like grandma's house for sure.
13:07You know, we've been waiting for our mash to work off.
13:09Today's the day to get in there and try to get this stuff run off.
13:11It's gotta be right.
13:13I have no time to burn.
13:15Look at that.
13:17We timed that about right, didn't we?
13:22It tastes good, man.
13:24Let's get rolling with it.
13:26This run determines if I get my home place back.
13:31$10,000 is what I've really gotta have for this down payment.
13:34This means the world to me.
13:36It's got to be right.
13:38Oh, hi-hat time, son.
13:47That is a little high cap, man.
13:49It'll give us a little reflux and up that proof without messing up the flavor, won't it?
13:53I figure them two tapers in and out like that will give us a little more surface area.
13:57We're doing everything we can to ensure that we get the best liquor possible.
14:00I'm just gonna cut this bottom real close.
14:02With that reward poster with mine and Jerry's pitcher on it, it's still out there.
14:05So finishing this run and getting it sold and putting it into our season is critical.
14:10Tell you what, man, that mash is delicious.
14:12I just hope it's worked off enough to give us the amount of alcohol we need
14:15and the money that we need.
14:17Right.
14:18If it don't, guess who falls short?
14:20We both do.
14:22I get that entirely.
14:25I'll tell you what, if we can't get this goal, meet this goal of what we need,
14:30we ain't got no time to do anything else.
14:33You know, this is it.
14:34Last run of the season for me and Jerry.
14:36No do-overs here.
14:37I just hope the caramel and pecans was fully absorbed throughout the mash
14:41so the pecan pie flavor actually comes through really strong in our final product
14:45so we'll have a premium liquor to sell.
14:49Hey, look here.
14:50We got liquor coming out.
14:51Yay, baby!
14:52Whoo!
14:53Smells like pecan pie.
14:56We put enough work into it.
14:57It should come out good.
15:00I think we're good to go on these heads.
15:01Yeah, chop them old heads down for the wheel.
15:07You know, as sweet as this caramel is, our hopes and dreams is to be able to get this caramel
15:11flavor coming out.
15:12I'm not sure how they're going to work.
15:14I'm going to tell you what, man.
15:14I'm going to get us a jar.
15:17Get an old taster-taster.
15:23Got a nose.
15:40I ain't believing that, son.
15:42I mean, I don't think it can get better than that.
15:44If it had just level out and stay the way it is, it's money in the bank, son.
15:49It's delicious.
15:50Man, I'll tell you what, I couldn't be happier with it.
15:52I'm telling you now, baby.
15:54The proof ain't way up there.
15:57The flavors are here.
15:58The pecan and caramel's coming through together perfectly.
16:01We have hit the nail on the head.
16:04I hate to count my chickens before they hatch, but I can see myself back home in my new old
16:10house that I grew up in, sipping on some pecan pie and calling that home, baby.
16:16Get the heck out here and get it sold, baby.
16:18You know, Mark and Huck might have thought they got the best of us by dumping roadkill in our last
16:22batch of mash.
16:23But guess what?
16:24We're fixing to finish strong, and I can assure you one thing, Mark Rogers is going to pay for what
16:29he did.
16:35Well, well.
16:36What brings y'all back here?
16:38We got a plan to get this thief busted.
16:41What's you fellas up to today?
16:43It involves some help from our old buddy Stan.
16:45We didn't show up just because we needed you to see how pretty we are.
16:50That's a good thing.
16:51We got a problem with our old buddy again, the damn thief, fake liquor seller.
16:56I thought you was going to handle that.
16:57Well, we thought we had, but some bitches popped up again like a whack-a-mole, and he kind of
17:02changed the dynamics.
17:04He's not only selling stole liquor and playing it for backwoods liquor.
17:08He's ratting out people.
17:09He got both Josh's stills took.
17:11He's calling the law in on everybody.
17:14Yeah.
17:15He deserves to be caught.
17:16So what's that got to do with me?
17:19Well, he trusts you.
17:22We need you to line up a liquor sale if you can.
17:24We know he don't have enough of this stolen industrial grade alcohol to fill much of an order.
17:31So we want you to order more liquor than he has stuff to make, so we'll have to go steal
17:37more.
17:37300 gallons.
17:39Set him up to get caught stealing.
17:41Well, that's what we hoped.
17:42Whew.
17:43That's a stretch right here now.
17:45Now, I've been buying little orders from him, case here, case there.
17:50You know, we're talking big jump from a couple cases of 300 gallons.
17:54We've got to do some thinking on this one now.
17:56Stan's a little bit conflicted about this, and I understand, because it really isn't anything to Stan.
18:04It don't help Stan or hurt Stan either way.
18:06So what do you say, Stan?
18:08Can you do this for us?
18:22With any luck at all, we'll get Stan convinced that he needs to help us eliminate the liquor world of
18:29a damn fraud and a fake and a thief and a rat.
18:32He's working at the same place he steals it at.
18:35Really?
18:35Yep.
18:36We know from what me and Mark witnessed that this guy's low on GNS.
18:41Cheap industrial alcohol.
18:43If he gets a big order, he has no choice but to go back and steal some more.
18:47A thief, a liar, Ricky cheating everybody, stealing.
18:51He's got to go.
18:55Yeah, I'll do it.
18:56I'll do it.
18:58Outstanding.
18:58Just call you and let you know when I got it put together.
19:01Just call me and tell me, say done.
19:03All right.
19:04So we're just going to let Stan go get this deal worked up whenever he can.
19:09All right, bud.
19:09Thank you, Stan.
19:10You know, we know what this guy does for a living.
19:13We know where he's stealing his alcohol at.
19:15Then we can spring the trap and let this sumbitch land right in the middle of a pair of handcuffs.
19:20What do you think about old Stan?
19:22Good guy, ain't he?
19:32That's your guy right there, ain't it?
19:33That's him.
19:36You know, me and Mike, we've got to get this done.
19:38He don't have time to waste.
19:39And if we're going to meet his deadline, we've got to do it now.
19:42How's it going?
19:43You know, this is a buyer.
19:44He paid some good high price for our liquor before.
19:46So I feel like he's a good candidate for shutting out the money we need to get Mike's house back.
19:50Yeah, Jerry tells me you're from Georgia.
19:52That's right.
19:53That's right.
19:53Well, I got something you're going to love right there.
19:57Pecan pie, buddy.
19:59You know what?
19:59We love pecans in Georgia.
20:01Yes, sir.
20:03Yeah, it's got flavor like none other in the liquor.
20:10Oh, yeah.
20:11That's pecan.
20:13I can see it in his eyeballs right now, son.
20:15He's never tasted nothing like it's a day in his life.
20:17He's liking it.
20:18And I'm on to him.
20:20We got 10 good buckets.
20:22You know, I only need $10,000 to put down on my home place in Mississippi.
20:25But me and Jerry's going to try to get as much money as we can out of this guy.
20:29You know, you're not going to get another chance at this particular run of alcohol.
20:33This is once in a lifetime for all of us here.
20:36We're going to have to be on $250 a gallon.
20:40No, I can't do that.
20:42I'll tell you what.
20:43How about $225 a gallon?
20:46You know, I hate I waste y'all's time.
20:48I had it in my mind about what I wanted to do, and that's all I can do, so.
20:54Oh, my God.
20:55Terry, hang on a second.
20:56Mike, come here.
20:58Hey.
20:59Look.
21:01We can't afford to let him walk away.
21:03I don't want to let him walk away, but I don't want to give it away, neither.
21:06I know.
21:06But you've got to get this house bought.
21:08Let's see if we can get him on $200 a gallon.
21:10That's only the money for the house.
21:12Oh, I know.
21:12I get it.
21:13OK.
21:14All right.
21:14Hey, Terry.
21:15What?
21:15That's what we're going to do.
21:18$200 a gallon, man.
21:19If we can't do that, I guess we can all drive home.
21:27$10,000.
21:28$10,000.
21:28$10,000.
21:29$10,000.
21:29$10,000.
21:30$10,000.
21:30Look at there.
21:30He come with the intention to buy now.
21:32Appreciate you.
21:33I appreciate it.
21:34The deal's done.
21:35I've got $10,000 in my pocket.
21:37I feel great about it.
21:39I ain't putting my down payment on my home place in Mississippi.
21:41All right.
21:41Let's get this loaded up.
21:42I can't help but feel bad for Jerry.
21:44He's got to walk away pretty much with nothing right now.
21:49You can't put a price on partnership, man, in helping a brother out.
21:53If the rolls were turned, I'd have done the same thing for Jerry, and I know he'd have made it
21:56up to me.
21:57I'm going south.
21:58See y'all.
21:59You see where I put that money, don't you?
22:01Close to my heart.
22:03Now it's time to take my money and get out of town.
22:06With all those wanted posters of me and Jerry around, we're going to have to lay low for a while.
22:19Well, tonight we're going to make our first delivery to a Canadian buyer at the airport.
22:24Henry.
22:24Take him.
22:25Henry's supposed to have 50 gallons of moonshine ready.
22:28We're going to load the van up.
22:29You know, hopefully it goes well and on the way to the airport.
22:32Look, we ain't driving all the way to Canada, are we?
22:34No, but you know, you have to be prepared.
22:37You see, last time we went down there, there was a security guard.
22:40So, I got this idea.
22:42The story is, we're taking the supplies to the guy with the plane that's going on like a hunting trip,
22:46going camping somewhere.
22:48So, I got all kinds of supplies.
22:50Now, I got some totes in there.
22:52We got 50 gallons.
22:53We put that in there, so a little space on top like that, we're going to have this stuff on
22:57top of it.
22:58Sounds good to me.
22:59I'm going with you, Tim.
23:01Okay.
23:01And I got this right here that we're going to take with us, too.
23:03This is apple pie brandy.
23:06If they like it, then we've got a whole other product line, and this is high dollar.
23:11I don't know about y'all, man.
23:12I'm going to be smoking me a big cigar and sipping on some brandy.
23:15I'm not going anywhere near that airport.
23:17I didn't tell them nothing about this.
23:19Well, that's why I'm going.
23:20I'm confident as soon as this guy takes one sip of this stuff and tries it, he's going to want
23:25this.
23:26Get those totes out the side, and we're going to start putting the jugs in.
23:29Putting the jugs in the totes.
23:30Yeah.
23:31I want to put the, you know, the moonshine, the gallon jug inside of these totes.
23:35And then I got camping stuff.
23:37I want to throw that in on top of it.
23:39So, if this is secure, the guys want to look inside.
23:42You know, I want to see that.
23:43I don't see anything wrong with what we got here.
23:45Let's load it.
23:46Load it and go.
23:46Let's get it up.
23:47You know, Tim has came up with one of the craziest ideas ever, how we're going to hide the shine.
23:51He's got sleeping bags, chairs, dry goods, everything you can think of that looks like you're going on a solo
23:57camping trip.
23:57Even pop at the door and look in here.
23:59You'd never know.
24:00It looks perfect.
24:01All right.
24:01Now get on out of here.
24:02We're just going to tell the security guard, hey, look, we're just making a delivery to some guy who's going
24:07off on a big hunting expedition.
24:14Last time we came, Chico, there was a guard at the gate.
24:20There he is.
24:21Uh-huh.
24:21Just like last time.
24:26Yes, sir.
24:26How are you?
24:27Hey, gentlemen.
24:28I'm doing tonight.
24:28All right.
24:28Good.
24:29You know what hangar you're going to or anything?
24:30We're going to hangar 32.
24:32And we got some supplies for a guy going on a hunting trip.
24:36All right.
24:37Give me a minute.
24:37You don't mind opening up your back, do you?
24:38Sure.
24:39Go ahead.
24:43He done told us he was going to open the back door.
24:44Yeah, let me.
25:01What did you want?
25:04Come in there.
25:05Okay.
25:05Okay.
25:05Can you step out here just for a minute?
25:10Step back here with me for a minute.
25:20What exactly are y'all delivering right now?
25:21Yeah, it's like food and stuff, you know.
25:24What?
25:25Where the guy's going on a hunting trip.
25:27And he's going out there to Montana.
25:30He's going for a couple of days out there and stuff, you know.
25:33What hangar are you going to?
25:3432.
25:35Uh-huh.
25:36You know.
25:37All right.
25:37Well, close that up for me.
25:39Okay.
25:45All right.
25:46Go ahead and get in.
25:55Y'all gentlemen, have a nice evening, okay?
25:56Okay.
25:57Thank you so much, sir.
26:01All right.
26:01Holy smokes, Joe.
26:04That's a little too close right there.
26:05Look like you had that question mark on his face.
26:14All right.
26:15This the place?
26:16Yeah?
26:17Okay.
26:19We'll let this door shut here before we get going.
26:25Whoo.
26:26Okay.
26:26We're good.
26:27We're good now.
26:28Yeah?
26:29Yeah.
26:31Yeah.
26:31Check out that right there.
26:33All right.
26:33Okay.
26:34Yeah.
26:35Ah, okay.
26:36Okay.
26:37There you go, right there.
26:39Okay.
26:39Yeah.
26:40We brought you 50 gallons in there.
26:42Well, there's a little something else in here, too.
26:45I just wanted to get you to try.
26:47Let's start pulling them out.
26:48Uh-uh.
26:49Now, Tickle, he's up now.
26:51Now, he's got to sell this brandy.
26:53Well, now, this right here, good and high proof.
26:55Okay.
26:56What this is, is an apple pie brandy.
27:00Okay.
27:01It's like an apple brandy, but it's got cinnamon and vanilla up in it.
27:14They would love this.
27:16I think we could sell every bit of this we got.
27:18Right off.
27:19He goes, hey, our guys has never tasted anything like this.
27:22I'm for sure I can sell it.
27:23So, he's going to take it.
27:25Make sure we don't break anything here, man.
27:27You know, they plastic, but they will leak.
27:29And it'll make this plain smell real good.
27:3250 gallons of shine and nine gallons of brandy may not seem like a lot.
27:36But Jean-Luc says he's got bins down here in the States every two weeks.
27:39He's going to be rotating us in and out.
27:41As much shine as we can bring him, he can haul back.
27:43You know, I think this might be the most lucrative deal we've got ourselves into thus far.
27:46All right.
27:48Looks like you're all loaded.
27:49Okay.
27:51So, two weeks?
27:52Yeah.
27:52Okay.
27:53Yeah, we'll make it happen every two weeks.
27:54Okay.
27:54We're going to get right back to making this tear-free, looking for a Canadian buyer, and
27:58keep this train rolling.
27:59But first, I'm going to get my revenge on these rival shiners that burned down my stash
28:03house and ran me out of Virginia.
28:10What Josh Stan told us, he called me, he was able to make the deal to buy the 300 gallons
28:16from the damn GNS thief, and he's supposed to deliver it tomorrow.
28:21Unless he's got more GNS stored somewhere else other than where we look, in order to fill
28:28that order for tomorrow, he's got to steal more tonight.
28:31So, we're putting all of our eggs in this basket.
28:34Okay.
28:35One of the things we do know, thanks to some snooping we did, this guy's stealing industrial-grade
28:41alcohol from the place where he is employed at.
28:44He's doing everything wrong.
28:46Yep.
28:47He's making fake-ass liquor that he's stealing.
28:50Rattin' people out.
28:51Really don't get much lower.
28:53We definitely live by a code.
28:54This guy, he has zero code.
28:57He has zero morals.
28:59Who does this kind of thing?
29:01I hate a doggone thief.
29:02Cannot stand a thief.
29:04We're going to put a stop to him.
29:06We'll just ease through, see if his truck's there.
29:09Then we'll figure out if we're going to execute a plan or not.
29:12How in the world are we going to, what are we going to do?
29:15Me and Digger talked a little bit about it.
29:18If we can get him, catch him in the act, Digger's going to try to hem him in, and he's
29:23going
29:23to occupy his time.
29:24We want you to disarm his truck, grab the keys out of it, throw them away, whatever you
29:29got to do.
29:30Ride on.
29:31Make it where he can't drive off.
29:33I'm going to try to find a fire alarm, pull a fire alarm, and by doing this, because
29:38it's a chemical plant, not only will they send fire personnel, they'll dispatch police
29:43cars too.
29:44When this son of a bitch gets caught, he's done for.
29:48Well, this is the plant, Puss.
29:50He'll go to the penitentiary, and he'll go for quite a while.
29:53Digger, I'll turn it on the end.
29:56Let's see if that's it.
29:57I don't know if we can get on up there to it.
30:01Oh, that's it, right turn, Puss.
30:04We pull up in the employee parking lot, and there's a gray truck that we know he drives.
30:09Oh, look right back yonder.
30:11Oh, look sitting right there.
30:12Fake liquor totes.
30:14100% guaranteed.
30:16Right smart of them.
30:18I'm going to back us over in this hole.
30:19We'll hide right over here.
30:22Get behind these trees.
30:24Where we parked, we can see his truck, and then we can see the loading docks in the backside
30:29of the building.
30:30All we can do now is just sit in this little hole in the woods and smoke this boy out.
30:34And just hurry up and wait, guys.
30:47Dude, what are you doing in town still?
30:49Well, Jerry, I think me and you need to have a little talk, brother.
30:52I thought we were laying low because of that wanted poster.
30:55You got one of those posters laying around we can look at?
30:59I mean, I've got one.
31:00Me and Jerry, we made a lot of money on our pecan pie shine, but there's something that's
31:06going through my mind that I just can't get off of it right now.
31:09Why would law enforcement put a wanted poster out like this?
31:15Well, that's true.
31:16I mean, the cops actually are going to put it out on the web nowadays.
31:19Either that, or they're going to track us, watch us, and catch us in the act, and we
31:23won't ever know nothing about it.
31:25Somebody done this.
31:26This is personal.
31:28And I've got a big hunch of who it might be.
31:33Compare numbers.
31:38Oh, my God.
31:40That's none other but Mark Rogers himself.
31:43You're telling me he's the one that put these posters out?
31:46If he didn't, why is his phone number down at the bottom of the poster?
31:50Let's give him a call.
32:02Why, in God's name, are you running around hanging posters of me and Jerry all over town?
32:08Because I know you stole my cap, and I want it black.
32:11Well, I don't know what you're talking about, Mark.
32:13I mean, I ain't got your cap.
32:14Well, there's one thing I can't stand.
32:17A thief and a liar.
32:18If I don't get the cap back, the thing's going to get a whole lot worse.
32:26Well, I ain't backing down from him, and he ain't getting that cap back.
32:29No survey.
32:30You know what that means, don't you?
32:32You got a hell of a start to the next season.
32:41He might not even be here, y'all.
32:43Well, he may not.
32:45We've been waiting here for hours.
32:46This feller's not only a thief, he's a rat, and he's the reason that I can't go back home and
32:52go back to make it liquor.
32:53I just hope he's in there.
32:54Well, I'm telling you, it makes you damn blood boil, don't it?
32:57I mean, it's one thing to steal, but to go out and defraud people, try to get them to believe
33:01it's something else, that's a whole other ball of wax.
33:03Yeah, and turn people in, just so you can have their damn business.
33:07Yeah.
33:08You're supposed to be able to make it on your own hind legs.
33:10We're going to put him back on these hind legs is what we're going to do.
33:14Up.
33:16I'm seeing shadows.
33:18Uh-huh.
33:19Boys, look out, here he comes.
33:22Oh, no, yep, yep, here he comes.
33:29Boys, we got him, but we got to give him a chance to actually get some damage.
33:33One damn GNS moving, but I want him to have a lot of evidence there to be incriminating on him.
33:39Oh, there he goes.
33:41Oh, yeah, look at him.
33:44Well, he's loading it up.
33:46This is what we've been hoping for.
33:48We've caught this son of a bitch dead to right stealing this GNS.
33:51Damn.
33:52I've seen about enough of this .
33:53I bet I had all I can stand.
33:56Everybody's square on what they got to do?
33:58Absolutely.
33:59Josh?
34:00Let's rock and roll.
34:01All right.
34:02Oh, man.
34:14What the hell are you guys doing here?
34:16You're fixing to get your head busted.
34:24All right, let's get it in there and fire it up.
34:27How?
34:27I just fell in a creek.
34:31Well, I think I lost an ear.
34:33Oh, yeah, you're bleeding.
34:35I got some paper towels in the truck.
34:38You get turned around over there, wind up walking off that bank with no light?
34:41I walked off the bank and I didn't know there was a bank there.
34:43Yeah, it didn't have no light?
34:44Yeah, it didn't have no light.
34:46Yeah, it didn't have no light.
34:47Yeah, it didn't have no light.
34:47Is my ear still there?
34:48It's still there.
34:49It'll be the only time you're getting married again.
34:52Holy .
34:53Well, you're gonna tell me this creek was down there.
34:55Well, I mean, moonshine still is at a creek.
34:57I mean, you know, the man is speaking words of wisdom here.
35:00Howard?
35:01You should listen where you're good at.
35:05Hey, you guys ain't supposed to be here.
35:07I got every right in the world to be here.
35:10I don't need no trouble.
35:11Really?
35:14My job is to make sure he can't leave.
35:16I open the door, freaking throw the keys in the woods.
35:22You up when you didn't take your first warning.
35:25It would have been a whole different ball game if you hadn't called in on this boy right
35:28here and got his still seized.
35:30We gave you a change earlier, you remember?
35:33I'm just trying to make a dollar, man.
35:35Hey, look here, boss.
35:37You had this man's still sight rated.
35:39They took everything he had.
35:40Just give me my back.
35:42I can't do that.
35:42Who do you think you are?
35:43I can't do that.
35:44You know that.
35:45Man, come on now.
35:46Josh, simmer down.
35:47Oh, listen.
35:50Oh, I bet that that's either red or blue lights.
35:57Let's go.
36:11Oh, yeah.
36:12Look back at all them pretty flashing lights.
36:14Oh, heck yeah.
36:19Oh, bless your heart.
36:22He ain't got no damn fighting him no more.
36:30What do you think about that, Josh?
36:32How in the world did we pull that off?
36:34I hate to do them boys that way, but they served a major community service today.
36:38They did, in fact.
36:40It's not Mighty Mark's DNA to rat out somebody, but at the end of the day, he makes all of
36:46us look bad.
36:47We were left no option.
36:48Well done, gentlemen.
36:50I ain't never been surprised to see blue lights.
36:53I'll tell you one thing.
36:54I'll just know dirt for a second.
36:56Josh was fixing to whip his ass.
36:59He's all I can do, not wring his dang neck.
37:02Oh, hell yeah.
37:04Let's go home and sleep pretty tonight.
37:06Let's do that.
37:12Tonight is a night.
37:14You know, tonight is the last load we're going to pick up.
37:16You know, they pushed us out of Virginia.
37:18You know, they burned down our stash house.
37:20Well, tonight is payback.
37:22These rival shiners that we tricked into making the liquor force, they deserve everything
37:27that's coming to them.
37:28These guys destroyed like $20,000 worth of moonshine we had.
37:32They destroyed our steel site.
37:33They burned our stash house down.
37:35I mean, we lost all our equipment.
37:37The steel, the burner, the thumper, the worm.
37:40We're not going to pay these guys anything.
37:42We're down here to take some alcohol.
37:45I pay them.
37:47We're going to pay them something.
37:48No, they ain't paying them nothing.
37:49We done got them to make a thousand gallons of moonshine for us.
37:52And then we're going to get the last load.
37:54And then I'm going to tell them tonight they can walk.
37:57That's when I'm going to let them know that we ain't going to pay them.
37:59Because these guys don't play, man.
38:01I'm telling you.
38:01I know.
38:01They got to be concerned.
38:02That's the whole problem.
38:03You know, and I made a phone call to Kentucky.
38:06And those guys has got my back.
38:08How can they have them back there in Kentucky and we in Virginia?
38:12They have already arrived.
38:13Seriously.
38:15My boy John, he's coming through.
38:17They are down there right now in the woods and nobody even knows they there.
38:22Oh my gosh.
38:23I got them trapped in a hole.
38:26They'll be lucky if they leave with shoes on their feet.
38:29I'm with you, brother.
38:30Let's do it.
38:31You know, the deal I had in Kentucky, now I've got a partnership with those guys.
38:36We all bond together and we're going to take care of these guys tonight.
38:46Hey, Joe.
38:53We got it run off, ready to go.
38:55How many you got?
38:5625 gallons.
38:5745 gallons?
38:59Yeah.
38:5945 gallons.
39:00That's all your rent off both steels?
39:02Both steels.
39:03That's what it yielded.
39:04Damn.
39:05Well, should have run twice that, but at any rate, let's get it on the truck.
39:08All right.
39:09That's it.
39:09You got my money?
39:12Ain't no money, boss.
39:17What the hell do you mean ain't no money, man?
39:18We had a deal.
39:19The deal was you make the moonshine.
39:21That's the deal.
39:22And the deal was you supposed to pay them.
39:23Nah, I think you owe us anyway.
39:25How you figure that?
39:26Well, we lost the stash out for 1,000 gallons.
39:28That's probably like $20,000.
39:30I told you I ain't bearing nothing down, buddy.
39:32But I think you did.
39:33I think I did.
39:34I think all y'all had something to do with it.
39:35Nah, you're going to pay me, buddy, one way to the other.
39:40Ain't nobody, boss.
39:42Come on, guys.
39:44You don't think I come alone, did you?
39:53As soon as this altercation even begins to take place, this whole steel site's getting lit up.
39:59Everybody, all kinds of people's rolling in.
40:02Meet my buddies from Kentucky.
40:03Right here.
40:03Nice to meet you, brother.
40:05Load this up.
40:06All right, let's roll.
40:07We're taking it all.
40:09Liquor, steels, everything.
40:11We managed to get most of our shine back out of these guys, but we're taking their stills.
40:16We're taking the burners.
40:17We're taking the gas tanks.
40:19We're taking the condenser.
40:20We're taking the doubler.
40:21Grab his grain, too.
40:22We're taking it all.
40:24And we let these guys know you are not welcome to be making liquor out here.
40:28This is what happens when you cross people like this.
40:31We'll see you again, buddy.
40:37What do you think, Tim?
40:38I think we got what we need.
40:40Yeah.
40:40When you're dealing with outlaws and people like this, you know, you have to take the law in your own
40:45hands.
40:45You don't go calling 911.
40:47You know, we are the law.
40:50Let's go, guys.
40:51Let's go.
40:51Let's roll.
40:52Let's go.
40:53Let's load up.
40:54Let's go.
40:55Get out of here.
40:59I went legal for a couple of years and then, you know, came back, you know, going back to the
41:04woods.
41:04You know, it feels good.
41:05It feels good.
41:06You can kind of set your own rules.
41:08Yes, a generation of people have changed, but you know one thing about it?
41:11We're always going to make it work.
41:12Moonshine is always going to survive.
41:14Yeah, we always do it in the dark, but it is what it is.
41:21I may have went legal one time, but, you know, I'm an outlaw.
41:24Born and raised in it, and it's where I'm supposed to be.
