Conservative Party Chairman Kevin Hollinrake says "it is wrong" that the Assisted Dying Bill hasn't been brought to a conclusion as it emerges the bill will formally fail on Friday after running out of time to become law.

00:00Well it's quite clear that Parliament voted for that bill to go through and go to the House of Lords.
00:05It's now stuck in the House of Lords and I think it is wrong that that isn't brought to a
00:11conclusion.
00:12So yes I think it should be brought back and these are matters of personal choice of course.
00:17This isn't a party political issue but I'm with the 80% of people in this country who think
00:23that people in certain circumstances should have that assisted death and should be able to make that choice.
00:30So this isn't going to be for everybody of course but I think for some people in some circumstances
00:34people deserve to have that choice.
