00:05when we come to the next election and we're ready to offer them that full prospectus.
00:10I understand why the country is hungry for change.
00:14Things haven't worked as they should for some time now.
00:18If you take the economy as an example, we haven't had two consecutive years of GDP per capita growth
00:25of more than 2% since I was at university and I'm 45 years old now, so that was a long time ago.
00:31So a lot of problems actually come from that core problem with our economic model.
00:38But we have serious social problems too and we have a state that seems to be incapable of getting things done.
00:44These are huge changes, very serious problems, and I trust in the Conservatives to do the serious work
00:51that means that we will be able to meet those challenges.
