00:16Good afternoon everyone my name is Nuzat, a lead trainer with Aesthetics Depot. First of all I
00:21want to say I appreciate you guys for taking the time and I appreciate you for giving us the
00:25opportunity to host that important session so the first thing I want to talk about is going to be
00:30about the Astrodome so Astrodome is a non-invasive facial we have a gold standard facial in the market
00:36but the trend is that non-invasive facial so you might ask what's the difference a gold standard
00:41facial it has a little bit more in the invasivity and after you do the facial you might see a
00:48little
00:48bit of inflammation or redness some cases with the Astrodome our goal is a minimum touch on the
00:55skin and getting the best effects after they're doing the facial session so if you talk about
01:01the Astrodome as a normal facial without combining with the IPL we're just talking about Astrodome
01:05alone Astrodome comes with let me just show you guys there you go so the first thing we're going
01:11to be talking about is going to be the LED lights we have the red LED light which goes deep
01:16into our
01:17skin which helps with the skin elasticity and big pores as you guys remember Amanda asked what's your
01:23concern every client comes to your clinic the first thing your last you want to understand what's
01:27their concern and what's the goal for that visit right so when she said I want a smaller pores or
01:33maybe I am concerned about my skin elasticity this is when we are going with the LED LED light we
01:39have
01:39the blue LED light the blue LED light is something more type of topical on the skin so it helps
01:45with
01:45the oily skin and it helps with the acne but not active acne it's a different situation that we have
01:52to
01:52talk about the violet is a combination between the red and the blue and it gives you the soothing
01:58sensation after any invasive treatment that you're offering and we have the near infrared so near
02:07infrared goes deep up to eight hundred fifty five nanometers into our skin and the main reason they put
02:15that near infrared in that glow is to make sure that our LED lights would hit their target cells and
02:20after
02:21all it stimulates our mitochondria so that boost our collagen production ourself right the other
02:27thing is the negative ion we all know the main cause for aging is a free radicals and the negative
02:34ion is
02:34the main thing that would be used to fight those free radicals and get rid of all the germs on
02:40the skin
02:40approximately within the first two three steps of the Astrodome we will kill 99.9% of germs on the
02:47skin so
02:48this is one of the reasons why we could use the Astrodome alone and with the combination because
02:54this treatment would be more like a preventative treatment so we are preventing further or future
02:59infections if if might happen any invasive treatment that you guys could offer you can combine it with
03:05the Astrodome the first two steps that we will do right now you will see is going to be more
03:09focusing
03:09on the cleaning it and when you offer an invasive treatment we are preventing the future infection that
03:16this is why the the even the results are very instant so there's gonna be no infection the oxygen
03:22the dome that you guys could see it comes with the mist so can you guys see the cryogenic activator
03:28that's coming out from from here so this cryogenic activator and the first two steps two is we are trying
03:34to cool down our skin temperature so we call that a vasoconstriction it helps our skin to relax right
03:41when you have an invasive treatment one of the last things that we are doing it's either we are trying
03:46to soothe in the skin or sometimes you know we are doing some cooling mask afterwards just to make
03:51sure that they feel comfortable or we can use the dome actually with a cryogenic activator because it
03:57would decrease the skin temperature approximately by eight to nine Celsius so which is a very great feeling
04:05to have the oxygen ratio this dome would give you 99.9% of 21.9% of oxygen that
04:14we have in our air
04:16actually so we have approximately 76% of nitrogen and we have approximately 21.9% or 22% of
04:27oxygen and the
04:2876% of nitrogen the other elements we are not accounting for it because they're a light and
04:33they're not around us right so as you guys could see let me show you that so you guys see
04:41that circled
04:42light here and there is a small thing here so we call that a xylite so what does that do
04:49is it attracts
04:50all the nitrogen around itself so it leaves us with the oxygen out of this 21.9% we have
04:57in our air we are getting 99.9% of that oxygen so it is a very purified oxygen as
05:06is pure pressure
05:07it is a little bit pressurized because the dome gets out and this is how we're gonna like put it
05:13on on our client so it is pressurized but it is not as pressurized as oxygen chamber unfortunately we
05:21will start our cleansing so today it's gonna be a combination it's gonna it's not gonna be
05:27an eight step protocol so before i start the treatment the first thing i'll do always i'll try
05:36to prepare the dome as you guys could hear that clicking sound is not very like pleasant for our
05:43clients so the first thing i'll do is we have a reservoir here i'll make sure that we have the
05:48cryogenic activator here and the settings that i'm looking for beforehand so let me show you guys the
05:56setting i hope you could see it here so in the screen it gives you the led lights so the
06:04light of your
06:04preference that you'll choose it gives you whether you want to do head or face or the scalp or the
06:11face
06:11and it gives you the option to do a dry or wet facial you might ask what's the reason for
06:19the dry and wet
06:19facial so cryogenic activator a very small percentage of people might have an allergy to the cryogenic
06:28activator so we always go for for the facial with the mist but if you heard a client sneeze or
06:35they
06:35start having a runny nose this is when you change it from the wet to a dry facial again you'll
06:44get the
06:44same benefits same amount of oxygen same thing the only thing that you're not getting is the cooling
06:49down the skin temperature which comes from the cryogenic activator and the other thing that you're
06:53not getting is the smell actually i'm sure you've all been into the niagara pulse right there is a
06:58rainforest smell when you're walking there right so when you are doing that dome you'll get the same
07:03smell actually just to make sure that the client is relaxing this is the main thing that you're not
07:09getting it if you are doing dry facial i will make sure that i will put you already put four
07:17cc's here
07:17i'll put extra two cc's here so the first step would be cleaning the skin i will bring two cc's
07:27plus
07:28two portions of the pore mask here
07:34so this is helping the skin just for the cleaning of the skin so this is the first step
07:41and the second step after that is going to be the scaling and making sure that we are getting rid
07:46of
07:46the debris and everything on the skin the third step that we are doing today which is we are using
07:51the oxygen solution we try our best to oxidize our hemoglobin and then again cooling down the skin
07:59temperature making the making the area ready for the treatments so when korean people started
08:06offering these treatments they have very steady protocol they start with the less acidic less
08:13invasive treatment and they finish up with the most invasive most acidic treatment so for them it's
08:21like taking steps and steps and steps and steps until they finalize it so that means this is the less
08:29acidic
08:31the less acidic cleaning we are doing so right now i give her a very gentle massage just to make
08:54sure it stays
08:55there and the skin absorbs the elements we do our best to prevent eye touch nose and mouth but just
09:06in
09:06case if the client had something in their eyes the best suggestion is always use clean cold water let them
09:14just blink in the in that cold water and they will feel fine within like couple of minutes because our
09:20eyes
09:20actually they are fixing themselves up within like 10 minutes so it's very fascinating and i'll give
09:27her a very gentle massage we will wait for two minutes so it dries off and then we will clean
09:33it up
09:44so the skin is clean and we will start our scaling the astrodome comes with that spirit gun
09:55always when you're taking it off when you want to refill the bottle just hold it like this
10:01open it up so what i put there is a cryogenic activator so since it is very cold
10:11so i always want to have a gauze on my finger like this just in case if it drips on
10:17the client's face and
10:21this is not toxic you can inhale it you can drink it you can do like whatever with it so
10:26yeah it's just okay it's not like the acidity is neutral so yeah so we don't want to like shoot
10:34directly we want to put it on our fingers because we don't want to shock the client two passes it's
10:41enough
10:57so every time when you use you want to make sure that you're emptying it because the nozzle might
11:02get clogged if it gets too cold it might freezes up how do you feel good good
11:11so now the skin is prepped for ipo we cleaned up the skin we will just wait a minute and
11:21then we can do the
11:30ipo plain this is ultrasound gel just nice and cool okay for your ipl treatment
11:39okay just pull your lips in for me dear
11:42we'll all blob there we don't want
11:45so
