08:44Like black coloring

08:47What is the best way
08:49To actually treat them
08:52Joe that's a great question
08:54When we're dealing with darker pigment
08:56We will be using a 1064 nanometer wavelength
09:00This allows you to target the dark pigment
09:03It's a longer wavelength
09:04It is much safer
09:06Then when we are targeting your lighter pigment
09:08Such as your blues
09:10Your gris
09:11Your reds
09:12Your pangs
09:13We will switch it over to a 532 wavelength
09:17Which is a shorter wavelength
09:18Specific
09:19To target some of those more challenging thickness
09:21Use a peak-to-second technology
09:24Would melasma
09:25Would be the same thing
09:27Because I see a lot of
09:29But we in our own clinics
09:31We actually have a lot of
09:32You know
09:33People coming in with melasma
09:35Regardless of the Fitzpatrick skin type
09:38So how would you treat that
09:40That's a great question
09:41Because we get that asked a lot
09:43You're going to typically see melasma
09:45In majority women
09:47Fitzpatrick's 4, 5 and 6
09:49Which is something that we go quite in depth
09:51When we train you
09:53And
09:53It's a challenging pigment
09:55There has been a lot of options out there
09:58And this is a beautiful way
09:59To treat and shatter that pigment
10:01In the dermal layer
10:03And break down that pigment
10:05And increase that cell turnover
10:07So the skin can migrate it up and out
10:10And it just sloughs off
10:11Okay
