‘NDIS for kids never worked’, Thriving Kids co-chair speaks on new reform

The recent ndis reforms will see the federal government lean on the states through the thriving kids program. Queensland is the only state that hasn't yet signed onto thriving kids which will see children with moderate developmental delays or autism moved off the ndis to state-based supports. The co-chair of the thriving kids advisory group, professor Frank Oberklaid, says the current ndis system is not working for kids.
