00:00160,000 people will lose access to the scheme if we utilise those numbers and that's a frightening
00:08amount of number and we know that we've got public that are concerned and we talk about
00:13fraud and we can align with that but what we want to talk about is how do we help get
00:19out of bed, how do we make sure that someone is safe?
00:23Unfortunately, the fact that we're looking at 160,000 people moving off the scheme, it's

00:54We need to be the ones helping to make sure that any decision made doesn't put us behind
01:02or others us and pushes us out of the community.
01:18Because we need to be the ones helping us look well.
