00:00In today's Media Miss Minute, FBI Director Cash Patel says the Bureau has evidence to back
00:05President Trump's claims the 2020 election was rigged. And the FBI and Justice Department
00:12are easing hiring requirements as they try to fill staffing gaps.
00:19I'm Craig DeGrali. In today's Media Miss Minute, two stories getting little attention
00:24from partisan media. First, what the left is missing. FBI Director Cash Patel says
00:30arrests could be coming in what he calls a de facto coup tied to the 2020 election.
00:36In an interview with Fox News, Patel said the Bureau has information supporting the
00:41President's claims, but declined to provide details, citing an ongoing investigation.
00:47We have the information that backs President Trump's claim, but because it's an ongoing
00:51prosecution investigation, I can't get ahead of the DOJ and the President. But President Trump
00:58speaks truthfully when he says that. Patel also told viewers to stay tuned this week,
01:03suggesting new developments could come soon. Now to what the right is missing. The FBI and DOJ are
01:09facing staffing shortages and lowering some barriers to bring in new hires. The FBI is rolling out a
01:16shorter, nine-week training track for internal transfers and waiving certain assessments for
01:22support staff looking to become agents. At the same time, the Justice Department has dropped a
01:28requirement that prosecutors have at least one year of experience and is now hiring some candidates
01:33directly out of law school. For more stories missed or minimized by partisan media,
