00:0949ers owner Jed York was arrested on Sunday in Ohio after allegedly responding to an online ad to meet up
00:17with a sex worker for sex at a trailer park in Ohio,
00:21where he was investigated and arrested by a sting operation by the local police.
00:25Now, York initially faced a charge of prostitution or trying to hire a prostitute, but we found out that he
00:31pleaded no contest and that charge was dropped down to a misdemeanor for disorderly conduct and possessing criminal tools.
00:37York is married to his wife, Danielle, and has two kids, but York filed for divorce from his wife in
00:42a Santa Clara court back in May.
00:44The 49ers say this is a legal matter. It's been resolved. They have no further comment, but we think there's
00:49still more to come with this story.
00:50And this reminds us a lot of New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft, who, if you remember a few years
00:56ago, was busted in a massage parlor sting operation in Miami.
01:00That has all been resolved, as we know, but just seems like these owners keep getting up to more and
01:05more.
01:05And as we mentioned, the NFL is still going to be investigating under this conduct policy, so there could still
01:10be more punishment to come for York.
