Watch as a woman steps in to help a struggling pigeon after spotting something dangerously wrapped around its foot.
Kari Sharpe from Norwich, UK, captured the moment while feeding pigeons.
The video shows her noticing a young pigeon with thread tightly tangled around one of its feet.
Understanding the risk, she carefully catches the bird and uses scissors to remove the thread.
If left untreated, the thread could have tightened over time, potentially causing injury or even loss of the foot.
After freeing it, she releases the pigeon, allowing it to safely return to its surroundings.
The clip was shared online and Kari Sharpe said : "While feeding the pigeons I spotted a young pigeon with thread tangled around one of his feet."
"I then caught the pigeon and removed the thread with scissors before letting him go."
