00:00Turn a brioche loaf into brioche almond toasts.
00:03Start with 10 tablespoons of room temperature butter.
00:07Cream the butter with 2 thirds of a cup sugar.
00:12As soon as the butter and sugar are creamed together,
00:15add one large egg.
00:17And also one teaspoon of almond extract.
00:22Add one and a half cups of very finely ground almonds.
00:28And we're going to spread this mixture on our slices of brioche.
00:33Sliced almonds on the surface.
00:35And don't forget, preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
00:40They should stay in there for 18 to 20 minutes.
00:43Now I have some in the oven right here that I like to show you.
00:47And now to powder the sugar, the tops,
00:49I like to do half a top and just dust quite heavily
00:52with powdered sugar.
