00:43he wasn't out on the road scouting these players.
00:47He wasn't getting background details on these players.
00:52And I think Ben, probably one of his qualities as a leader
00:57is his ability to delegate as a head coach
01:00and then understand that scouts have their role in the process.
01:05So he's going to have a very large say in what they do,
01:12but it'll be a Bears draft pick, I think, at the end of the day.
