02:26on the bb report views show several parts of the city including people socializing happily

02:31now a man is interviewed so did mayor fisk fix it yeah you know i read the papers see the

02:40numbers that

02:40like violent crime is down way down a property crime too but screw the papers you can feel it

02:47new york is back and better than ever he flashes a huge smile

02:55glimpses of superhero comics appear through flickering static which clears to reveal marvel television

03:04at night an aerial view of the brooklyn bridge with the manhattan bridge behind it

03:09rotates toward the manhattan skyline the view tilts down to a container ship cutting through the east river

03:15a view beside the ship reveals a name below the bow northern star

03:21a top-down view over the bridge shows cars driving along below it the northern star emerges steadily

03:33on the bridge's tower daredevil crouches with his head cocked and listens

03:44on the northern star a goateed man is silhouetted by bright lights

03:48he turns and patrols through the stacks of shipping containers

03:53someone leaps out from the side and yanks him into the shadows

03:58an armed man in a beanie marches over to investigate he goes alongside a container emerges at a small

04:05walking path on the side of the boat but finds the area empty of people from behind daredevil wraps

04:12something around the man's neck and strangles him a close view shows a trembling chain which becomes still

04:19bathed in red light another guard in a beanie patrols

04:23daredevil's horn shadow appears on a stack of boxes beside him he whips around and fires but a billy

04:29club connects with his head knocks him out daredevil steps out of the shadow wearing his black costume

04:35with the red dd symbol on his chest he listens

04:41nearby a squad of armed men round a corner daredevil whirls and smashes the point man who fires a stream

04:49of

04:49bullets into the air the men split up daredevil attacks picking them off one by one he bends one

04:56assailants arm backwards causing it to snap at the elbow he smashes another man to the ground whirls and

05:02finishes the man with a broken arm a shadow shows him repeatedly punching a foe the man on the ground

05:08crawls for a weapon the daredevil picks him up and chucks him into a box like a rag doll

05:14now security footage shows the aftermath a dark-haired man watching hurries to a bald man

05:19subtitles captain look what the captain eyes the security footage monitor and pulls back on a

05:27control at the stern the churning water from the propellers becomes calm back on the boat's bridge

05:34the security footage shows daredevil picking up the camera the devil

05:42daredevil smashes the camera a blinking word appears on the monitor offline elsewhere daredevil runs his

05:49fingertips over a smooth wall then lowers his hand

05:53head of the car he punches and kicks at the surface several times causing it to crumble

05:59once the opening is large enough he steps inside a long corridor stretching before him is lined with

06:05tubes and crates

06:12he opens a crate revealing just over a dozen pistols

06:17voices draws attention on the bridge

06:20you can't there are men down there do you know them i don't

06:26we were told what to do if we were boarded

06:28you know what happens if we don't

06:33the first mate averts his gaze the captain turns and presses a control a monitor flashes the word distress

06:44meanwhile daredevil braces himself as the ship shudders he turns and hurries back

06:48out through the busted hole as he runs along water drips around him

06:53he stops as he uses his super enhanced senses the view around him distorts

07:03he hones in on a watch on one of the thugs he neutralized he snatches it now on the bridge

07:08let's go captain we have to go the captain and first mate exit meanwhile daredevil places the watch

07:15inside the crate of pistols aerial views show the ship leaning and one end sinking into the water

07:21in a corridor daredevil hangs onto a pipe on the wall as the ship tilts vertically

07:29red lights flash as water rushes up to daredevil he drops into it and vanishes the water continues and

07:36blacks out the view

07:38on shore a small wave laps against a rock jetting out of the sand then recedes

07:44a shadow appears then daredevil's hand plants down beside the rock

07:52exhausted he rises onto a knee before standing unsteadily

08:02behind him the half submerged container ship's bow lifts into the air dripping water daredevil raises

08:10his head and bares his teeth from darkness a single light shines on the mask of a broken daredevil statue

08:17which faces upward the light dims then shines bright again and illuminates the mask looking down

08:23one of the horns has broken off another light shines on the back of a broad kingpin statue

08:31elsewhere in the darkness several cracks splinter across the statue of blind justice

08:37they run down the face and then up the arm now a light sweeps across a stone model of new

08:44york

08:45in a close view cracks rupture across the lapel of the kingpin statue elsewhere more cracks appear on the

08:52spire of the stone church

08:56statues and models crumble and fall apart including kingpin's clenched fist wearing a wedding ring

09:02blind justice's scales a police badge and a plaque that reads nelson murdoch page

09:09meanwhile more things crumble including the stone church's spire an american flag and the statue of liberty

09:19the crumbled pieces of stone shake and roll across the ground as if being pulled by a magnetic force

09:27they come together and form a statue of daredevil holding his billy clubs which rises a red light glows behind

09:34it

09:34a title appears in bold red text behind a cityscape with two gray words beneath it daredevil born again

09:53during the day a cloud of dust rolls by josie's bar the derelict facade is still covered in graffiti

10:01inside daredevil picks his way through the trashed interior he stops cocks his head and hears someone

10:06combat training with a dummy as daredevil makes his way through a door in the back the view lingers on

10:13red tinted light flashing on the wall above it matt removes his mask and passes through another door

10:19he arrives at a third and pulls it open to reveal a large hole in a wall as he steps

10:25through it the

10:26person training eyes him it's karen page northern stars all over the news you definitely sent fisk a

10:34message your source was right this is big it's a crack in fisk's armor the boat was full of weapons

10:40rocket launches assault rifles military grade european i think he's using the free ports to smuggle arms

10:47i think we hit him hard good just gonna lose his mind yeah i just can't help but wonder what

11:51out of the passenger seat of the lead car then opens the back door for wilson fisk harbor control

11:56confirms that the wreck is blocking the entrance to the port nothing is landing until the northern

12:01stars cleared fisk goes to a railing perishables are being diverted to new jersey the northern star jets

12:09halfway out of the water a helicopter searchlight sweeps over it

12:17wearing his iconic white suit with a black shirt the bald kingpin regards the wreck

12:23blake glances at cashman and officer powell

12:27a few boats circle the container ship and shine lights on the hull

12:32fisk turns to his team his brow furrowed he sweeps his gaze over their faces this is a terrorist attack

12:42orchestrated and executed by the vigilante of hell's kitchen

12:46blake and sheila share a look yeah i think i can get that out there powell

12:52i want you to organize the salvage operation copy that i'll have a crew for you by morning

12:58the hunt for daredevil and karen page intensify it yes sir buck cashman and fisk walk off together

13:05who knew what was in that ship besides you and i only the captain the first main

13:13find them they arrive at the car and cashman opens the back door fisk eyes the northern star again

13:19then gets in at a bar a man taps a ring on his rocks glass which sits beside several empties

13:28the view lifts to a tv playing the news a headline reads ship capsizes in new york city

13:35he answers a call he asks me yeah i'm watching yeah i would say clusterfuck is a pretty apt description

13:49no no it's fine i'll go up there myself

13:54i need the miles the capitol building in washington dc can be seen through the window

14:00he hangs up drops the phone in his glass and swirls it around on the bb report two people are

14:06interviewed they eye the northern star behind them so what do you think man fish is gonna clean that up

14:13i worry about the pollution babe this is the east river okay it's nasty there's like three diapers

14:18floating right there i'm worried about the masked bastards i don't care what he needs to do lockdowns

45:49he retaliates by delivering a devastating punch to cherry's head a billy club smashes the armed agent

46:19now a squad of armed avtf agents enter they scan the area and find cherry sitting alone

46:29finding the coast clear they approach him

46:33daredevil pops out hits one agent with his billy club and disarms another

46:38he throws the gun at a third causing him to shoot a comrade daredevil then lunges and uses his body

46:44to trip a foe still standing then stomps on his leg and smashes his face as other agents recover

46:50and get back to their feet daredevil flips through the air and fights them hearing cherry's ragged

46:56breath he stops in a flashback foggy lies in a puddle of blood

47:02the task force agents deliver several blows and overpower daredevil while he's distracted

47:07in slow motion he collapses to the ground

47:14cherry stares wide-eyed while gripping his left arm

47:20daredevil tries to rise but one of the agents kicks him back down

47:23they flip him onto his belly and smash his face into the ground

47:27one of the agents chokes him and pulls off his mask

47:39holy shit it's matt murdock the agent with the eye patch aims a pistol at matt

47:48shots fly through the window and take out the agents one at a time

47:52his eyes wide cherry leans over and falls out of the chair

47:57a knife is flung into the room through the window ricochets several times then sticks in the floor
